Flurry of Blows (Ex)
AC Bonus (Ex): When unarmored and unencumbered, the monk adds his Wisdom bonus (if any) to his AC and his CMD.
Elemental Fist (Su; +3d6 [+6 if cold], 6/day): At 1st level, a monk of the four winds gains Elemental Fist as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the prerequisites. At 5th level, and every five levels thereafter, the monk increases the damage of his Elemental Fist by 1d6 (2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 10th level, and so on).
Fast Movement (Ex; 20ft): At 3rd level, a monk gains an enhancement bonus to his land speed, as shown on Table: monk. A monk in armor or carrying a medium or heavy load loses this extra speed.
Maneuver Training (Ex): At 3rd level, a monk uses his monk level in place of his base attack bonus when calculating his Combat Maneuver Bonus. Base attack bonuses granted from other classes are unaffected and are added normally.
Ki Mystic (Su; 16 ki): At 3rd level, a ki mystic gains a pool of ki points equal to his Wisdom modifier. The pool increases to 1/2 his monk level + his Wisdom modifier + 2 at level 4. If the monk has at least 1 point of ki in his ki pool, he gains a +2 bonus on all Knowledge skill checks. As a swift action, the monk can spend 1 ki point immediately before making an ability, or skill check to gain a +4 insight bonus on the check.
Bastion Stance (Ex): At 4th level, a monk of the sacred mountain becomes like stone, nearly impossible to move when he stands his ground. If the monk starts and ends his turn in the same space, he cannot be knocked prone or forcibly moved until the start of his next turn, except by mind-affecting or teleportation effects. At 16th level, he is immune to any attempts to force him to move, even mind-affecting and teleportation effects. This ability replaces slow fall.
Mystic Insight (Su): At 5th level, a ki mystic becomes apt at giving just the right word of advice in just the nick of time. As an immediate action, the monk can spend 2 ki points to grant an ally within 30 feet the ability to reroll a single attack roll or saving throw. The ally must be able to hear the monk to gain the reroll benefit.
Iron Limb Defense (Ex): At 5th level, a monk of the iron mountain can deflect blows with an active defense that complements his bastion stance. If the monk starts and ends his turn in the same space, he gains a +2 shield bonus to AC and CMD until the start of his next turn. As a swift action, he can spend 1 ki point to increase this bonus to +4.
Wholeness of Body (Su):At 7th level or higher, a monk can heal his own wounds as a standard action. He can heal a number of hit points of damage equal to his monk level by using 2 points from his ki pool.
Adamantine Monk (Ex): At 9th level, a monk of the iron mountain has muscles so strong and skin so resilient that he gains DR 1/—. This DR increases by 1 for every three levels thereafter. As a swift action, the monk can spend 1 ki point to double his DR until the beginning of his next turn.

Backstory:
Eva spent her childhood traveling with her parents on her father's caravan. Since there were no other children with the caravan, Eva's childhood was lonely until she met the fey. She learned to love the child-like creatures, who were present no matter where the traders went. They taught her their language, and warned her of the ones who were dangerous. They warned her, too, of the evil of cold iron, and she learned at a young age to avoid it.

When Eva was not spending time with the fey or being taught by her mother, she enjoyed watching the caravan guards at their martial practice. She admired their toughness, and the way they seemed to shake off scrapes, bruises, and other injuries. For hours at a time, Eva would watch the guards at practice, and then would sneak off into the forest and cajole the fey into "practicing" with her as she tried to copy the movements she had seen. The fey thought it was great fun, though in their enthusiasm they sometimes punched too hard or twisted a joint-lock too far. In those cases, Eva would try to ignore the pain and instead playfully return the favor, careful not to do any lasting harm.

In the summer of her seventeenth year, while her father's caravan was visiting the empire of Taldor, a young man captured Eva's heart. Bidding her parents and the caravan farewell, she married and settled down in Heldren, wife of a farmer. With her breadth of experience, she began to teach the children of the village, at first unofficially, and later as the official village schoolmistress. Her austere presence evoked respect and fear from the children, even as her playfulness and love of life caused them to adore her.
