They could simply take a quick look in the data and see x Shipped / x pending

i work in a warehouse that ships a lot each day and we can easily see how much has shipped each day and how much is pending in the data. And i assume Paizo is using a similar system

My players are going to be able to take ancestries/feats/stuff from the Lost Omens: Mwangi Expanse book now.

Paizo is indeed more transparent with their issue and they are overall most forthcoming with a lot of things.

Yet i'm relatively new to pathfinder, started with 2e and bought so far everything via pdf. So i have no attachments to b&m stores for this. And given the state of the world for the last year, increased online sales would be Paizos biggest income right now and going forward i guess. As it would saving them the cost for printing, shipping and storage.
So i can not agree that b&m are important for their future.

Being outside the US and not having any b&m store around for TTRPGs and similar stuff might color my view differently on this.

For sure. Yet here we have a delay of two months now, missing two months of sales, which will cost Paizo either way money.

I'm sorry but i'm really upset about this by now. I know that Paizo has its reason for when they ship what. But delay upon delay for a finished product (the pdf) just to keep brick&mortar stores happy is for a customer who buys directly from you a bad experience.

And for me who is a first time subscriber, who hoped to get the pdf version early (as i heared those who sub get them on occasion a few days earlier) it's disappointing as it not only affects me, but my whole playgroup who were so fired up to start with it.

I really hope Paizo learns from this and plans a contingency for their customers if something like this happens again in the future

Well, obviously the Players Guide doesn't include rules to build team encounters, as this should be contained in a GM facing product like the AP itself.

The Team Building Tables are more to flavor your players party a given way

I wrote it in the other thread but here is my solution to this:

This would give the Magus the niche of a highly accurate, high damage character, but at the expanse of loosing actions, which the fighter could use to move around, raise a shield, trip, use an item, etc.
