About Elise Montilyet

Elise Montilyet, apprentice witch, hails from Galt originally, but her family was forced to flee to her father's native Mwangi when it was found that the Montilyets were of noble blood. There, she grew up fascinated with the magic of the area, and was taken on as a student by the wandering tiefling witch Lilith Kasdeyae. She, unbeknownst to her, was abysmal at channeling any sort of magic, and when given the chance to study as a wizard, was found to be unable to keep up due to her wanderlust. Lilith, not wanting to break her dreams of becoming a powerful mage, convinced Elise's father to hand down his most prized "magic wand," an old, busted Musket. Delighted to find a magic wand she could easily manipulate, she became a fairly renowned huntress in her community. She was discovered by a party of Pathfinders travelling through Mwangi, searching for fellow Pathfinder, Nieford Sharrowsmith. After seeing her prowess with the gun, they invited her on their expedition, eventually leading her back to the City at the Center of the World to become a full fledged Pathfinder. She has recently joined the Dark Archive after the Paracountess gave her the "Things I've Shot" trilogy by a renowned Pathfinder and fellow Bullet Witch.
