"Give me a moment and I'll go check the stores in the basement." The bartender fulfills a couple pending drink orders, then lifts wooden panel behind the left end of the bar to reveal a staircase leading down, down which he promptly disappears. You hear the sound of rummaging for a few minutes. He pops back up at the top of the stairs for a moment, long enough to grab a wooden bowl, then heads down again. After another moment of rummaging, he emerges once again. After a moment to close the panel covering the staircase, he plops the bowl down in front of Amanita. "I didn't have any mushy apples, but I got a crate of pears with the intention of making a batch of perry, and like pears are wont to do half of them have gone brown and mushy already."

Tiny stretches and yawns. "Hmph. It's too early for all this." He puts his hands in the "small" of his massive back and pushes forward, eliciting a series of loud pops. "I gotta wake up a bit before we do that again." He pulls out a large can of neon red energy drink, pokes a hole in the bottom with one massive claw, then opens the pop tab and drains the drink through the jagged hole. He stretches again and pulls out another can, popping the top normally this time and taking a sip as he leans against the wall.

10 minute rest to regain stamina.

Hearing the mage's instructions to the fighter to chase down the wounded man, Kiri tries to ensure the man's getaway. They mutter a word of power and disappear, reappearing next to the man as they weave another spell to make him disappear from sight!

Kiri sits quietly as Soomdevi and Noxolo say their goodbyes, not speaking until they turn to leave. "Good luck, friends. Otoro heals Bireli, then sends a blast of water at the remaining armor. It's a glancing blow, not catching enough of the armor to do any damage, but it throws the construct off-balance enough that it's unprepared for Demonica. She follows Puddins' lead, winding up for a mighty swing that scatters the remaining armor into rusty bits across the hallway! Just barely a crit, which similarly one-shots the last armor. Out of combat!

The humanoid frog hadn't said much to that point, spending most of the call fiddling with a strange rifle with a distinctively home-made look to it. Finally setting it aside, he says "Any of y'all good at talkin' t' folks when they're feelin' a bit jumpy?"

"It's been fun so far, for sure" Doven says with an only-slightly-nervous smile. "Nice to meet you, Pappy; I'm Doven. So, you've brought the caravan to join in? I suppose with an event like this, the more the merrier, and you certainly seem to have a knack for it" he says, gesturing to the scarecrow. "We're happy to have you join in, but are hoping we can get you to agree on a few ground rules: most importantly, no pranks that will injure any of the students, please."

It's almost certain that Envar isn't at this tag, though, just like he wasn't at the last one we checked, so you'd be risking your life for nothing. And this is not a planet to mess around with."

I have Tenpot leveled. Main things to flag at this level: Greater Resolve (so Will crit fails now become fails and fails take half damage, in addition to the success -> crit success of normal Resolve), and Tenpot has added another reaction to his collection (now up to 4!): Harbinger's Caw

I will miss the free lore skill that came with school training. More Lore skills at the table is fun. Any chance we could replace training with something like “all PFS characters are automatically trained in PFS lore”? It’s honestly never really made sense to me that you’re average Pathfinder wouldn’t know the basic history of the Society.

Tenpot is overwhelmed as the power of the melded implements floods his mind. He reels for a moment, until the waves of overwhelming sensation subsides. Gaining some measure of control, he begins to manipulate the mindscape around him, first tentatively, then gaining confidence as he goes.

**HOUSE GM ANNOUNCEMENT**

Venture-Captain Viore Ciobanu stands at the altar where, not long ago, Serraleth stood performing her foul magic, a look of determined concentration on his face. Eando Kline gently hands him the amber pendant lent to the Pathfinders at the beginning of their journey, which Ciobanu stares at for a long moment before speaking. “To think, after all these years, I would be standing here surrounded by Pathfinders on a mission for the queen. There’s hardly a moment in the last decade I would have believed this to be possible.” He regards the item for another long moment, then looks up once more. “Well, I suppose we ought to begin.”

Ciobanu wipes the altar clean, laying the amber at the center of the inscribed circle on its surface. Saying a prayer to Yuelral in Elven, he picks up the stone and holds it up once more. A beam of sunlight pierces the clouds outside, streaming in through a high window and striking the amber, which casts a golden glow throughout the temple. As if in response, the altar seems to illuminate from below in red, blue, and green, the lights combining to bathe the whole temple in a beautiful, shimmering cascade of light. The corruption so evident a moment ago throughout the temple seems to melt away from the light, and by the time the sun passes once more behind a cloud and the light fades, no sign of it remains. In Ciobanu’s hands, the amber stone has taken on a murky, opaque appearance.

After another quiet moment, he hands the stone back to Eando Kline, who quickly secures it in a small wooden box. “Thank you, agents. You have done the people of Kyonin a great service today. Serraleth’s intentions were not good, and who knows what her scheme would have done to empower the schemes of the Tanglebriar should she have succeeded. More immediately, you have saved the people of this town from a horrible fate, and for that you should be commended twice over. I won’t soon forget what you have done this day, and hopefully neither will Iadara.”

“For now, agents,” Fola Barun says, joining Viore on the dais, “we can enjoy our victory! I understand the people of Folien are preparing a celebration as we speak! Rest, relax, and be comforted in the knowledge that you have done well. You deserve it!”

Seedy has the Channeled Succor feat, will use one use of divine font to cast restoration (5th) on Jaqard at the start of the day, which will reduce Drained by 2.

I think that's a good approach, TBH; there's no need to preemptively 'keep up' with all of the new options to be able to GM well. Learning it on the fly, together with your table, is fine. I think a culture of 'the GM has to be the absolute rules authority' is a bad thing, and ultimately harmful to org play.

Seedy rushes over to his oldest friend in the Society, his hands beginning to glow as he lays them on her shoulders. The flow suffes into her, knitting together some of her wounds before she can bleed out.

Starting with healer's gloves on Xanno.

He then quickly gathers the others around, triaging and treating wounds in order of concern and severity. Ward Medic, Assurance 25 on the DC 20 version of Treat Wounds. Continual Recovery means only immune for 10 minutes.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that previously did a full slate of GM slots, but now doesn't feel safe attending a massive con with a practically non-existent covid policy, in a state that has demonstrated itself to be pretty bad at public health in recent years, not to mention the risks associated with travel to get there.

Kennari is fascinated, not thinking to prepare for trouble as he directs all his attention to the tower. When his eyes reach the dimmed orb, his expression changes from wonder to a frown. Cavernshark mentioned ships, but I'd love to see other vanities back as well. Those were always lots of fun for high level characters in PF1. They don't have to have a mechanical effect to be worth adding, but I would love if they were tied to unlocking new skills for Earn Income. For instance, if my cleric of Cayden Cailean bought the You Own a Bar vanity, then he could use Diplomacy for Earn Income, to represent how full the tip jar is.

After working with Firepot to carefully dismantle what remains of Thiravo's bombs and harvest whatever useable alchemical materials can be salvaged, they finally get down to study.

Month 1:
Kiri begins by leading a group of students in study of the ruined mural. "Though none who lived here are left to tell the story of this place" they say, pausing to the consider the bog mummies nearby. "At least, none capable of telling the story. Still, that does not mean the story is lost. There is much we can learn from the physical evidence that remains. It continues to play a part of the story of this place, even if the storytellers are gone." They use specific legends from the lives of the Magic Warriors to illustrate how a place might tell a story.

Kiri screams as the creature's wails suddenly and painful flood their mind with memories long buried.

Endless, pitch-black chambers, collapsed and choked with rubble, buried under a sea of sand, lost and forgotten to the world, stifled and still. No way out!

This is the opposite of what I want. The main thing I think Hero Lab is missing (and something I was hoping this might solve) is offline character access. Conventions often don't have good connectivity, and it would be great to have an app with full access to my characters even when I don't have an internet connection.

You've proven yourself adept at applications of rapid oxidation, but I would like you to expand your expertise a bit in a new direction" Kiri says, guiding Fire-Pot toward one of the burned buildings. "I think you, of all of us here, have the knowledge to create some sort of fire prevention for this village. Perhaps some alchemical coating? Or a new construction technique? Imagine a rival alchemist were trying to burn this village down; what would you do to frustrate their efforts?

"I will aid you however I can, but you are the expert here, so the project is yours. I will ask, though, that you please think carefully before embarking on any testing. We don't want to make things worse."
