The pledge manager was gameontabletop, and I've just changed that, but the Kickstarter surveys can't be changed unless we message Ninja Division and last time I tried that I got nowhere. Yeah, I'm in the same boat. If you ever find out where or how, I'd love to know, since my address for these is two addresses ago. I'm assuming at this point I'm just out the ~$200 for what I pledged, since there's been no updated on the Kickstarter since June of 2020, and if anything has shipped it's definitely been to the wrong address.

I've seen first hand Shax's House of Pain on Absalom Station under Thursty's designs. It's beautiful. And terrifying.
I was curious how (or if) the Multiple Attack Penalty impacts when you use Bespell weapon. While some cases would be pretty clear (Casting, say, Jump, then using BW), I was wondering about spells that require Spell Rolls? If I cast Shocking Grasp and then made an attack with BW, does that take the multiple attack penalty? How about a spell that requires a save vs damage, like fireball? Or what about a save-or-suck class of spell? My assumption is "if you make a spell roll, it triggers MAP. But if it doesn't require a spell roll (i.e. requires a save; or alternatively has no save or spell attack roll, like Jump), then you don't have to deal with MAP" Thanks!
I have a couple characters I could bring, and K'Coro and Haranum can vouch for me! ^_^
Hey Pathfinders and Starfinders! Winter WolfCon is coming up in just a few weeks in Chicago, and I'm still looking for both GMs and Players for PFS and SFS play! It's November 24-26 at The Gaming Goat/Omega Station. You can sign up at our Warhorn site. GM one event, and you get in free that day. GM three events, and you get in free all weekend! I hope to see some of you there!

I've absolutely had GMs use these on me, and used it on players as well. Hell, I had it happen in Bonekeep, no less. Rough times. (I literally lost my clothes.)
Hmmm... Server Admin seems like I'd have to be some sort of Wizard. Probably conjurer or transmuter, as I change and/or make things to do what people want. Honestly, some sort of golemancer would probably be close, but it implies that I make things. Is Technic League member a legitimate choice? :D If not, probably some sort of assistant at the Arcanamirium (I work at a University). I'd be game for that!
Hey Socar! I'm from a bit south of you, down in Central IL, but if you'd like some advice on getting a group going, I can tell you what I started a year ago, with three or four tables in a month, to get up to six to eight. 1) Definitely build your GM base. If you have people who are considering it, but nervous, encourage them to run something easy, like The Confirmation, The Wounded Wisp, or Master of the Fallen Fortress. Host a GM 101 session on a day that isn't a game day for new and interested GMs. I ran on a 4 GM pool for about 4 months before I could broaden it, and would frequently run two slots back to back myself, just to help prevent burn out. 2) For building a player base, advertise. If it wasn't for the combined efforts of word of mouth of my players, my GMs, and my FLGS owner, I don't think I'd grow at nearly the rate that I did. Adveritse. Get your name out there. If you find someone who enjoys or is interested in gaming, encourage them to come out, and have pregens, pencils, and if you can afford it dice and figures for them. 3) Something all my players seem to love is immersion. Try and use the Iconic Heroes figures for pregens, or to loan out to people. If you can get the Bestiary Pawns or flip mats for a scenario, do so. People love the pretty, even if they say they don't. 4) Work with your FLGS on incentives. I know I lured a couple of GMs with a discount offered by my FLGS to get them to run, just so they could buy something that day as a discount. 5) Stay organized. Figure out what you're going to run early, and post it early and often. I try to have my next game day posted within a week of the one before it. (e.g. I just had a game day this past Saturday, and I plan to post the next one, with at least a tentative schedule before this coming weekend). I'll likely make 2-3 posts about it (and my FLGS will make one) before it happens, including a call for GMs, and a call for players. 6) Attend cons near you, and talk with people there. This is an amazing way to build your player base, because even with all the advertising you did, you're still going to miss people. Also, cons are the best place to learn new and amazing GMing tricks. I know that I've stolen more than a little of my GM style from people I've met at all sorts of cons, from local to GenCon. I have other ideas I can pitch your way too, but I didn't want this to get too long. Also, Preston's ideas are GOLDEN. Steal them, use them, and grow as best you can.
