How cool would that be - having a clone of James Jacobs in your living room? That woud be even better than Paizo Gamespace!! Of course, we'd need to send a couple of clones to help out the real James Jacobs to free up some time for him to work on Unspeakable Futures.:) ![]()
![]() Congratulations Jim - your PFS Frostfur Captives scenario was AWESOME!!

![]() I'm going to be running something in the 3-7 Tier this Friday at Fanboy if you're available. Not sure what module yet, but just a heads up. Guessing you're away because it's a Friday. Just letting you know that the spark has been re-ignited at FanBoy.

![]() I was lucky enough to play in three of the slots over the weekend. Really enjoyable. Thanks to all the GM's for the huge amount of fun that was had. I always walk away from these conventions feeling inspired and that I have to "up my game" back home, because it's Pathfinder and standards have to be maintained. I just want my players to have as much fun as I did playing these modules. Thanks Dave, and all your crew. They truly are the best. Inspirational.

![]() Neil,
As for advice for newbie PaizoCon attendees, I would say, just "run up to it and hug it!". I live in England, and last year I went to the UK version of PaizoCon for my first encounter with the Pathfinder Society. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional efforts of the people who organised the event, the fabulous GM's who made every adventure an UTTER joy, and how good it was to meet new faces who love gaming as much as I do. And from what I hear the US PaizoCon is even better! The tradition of having a "meet up for a great meal the night before the convention actually starts" is inspired, and sets the tone for the entire weekend. You'll be gaming with friends, it's just that you may not have met them yet. For me, this will be my first time at a US games convention. Given the airfare, it boiled down to choosing this or GenCon. Between the two, only one had "Paizo" in the title, so it was a simple decision. I predict the "best thing about the weekend" will be something you didn't plan and would never have thought of. Or possibly, "Lilith's cookies". From what I hear, they're worth the airfare alone! |
