It will take 3 rounds to do this but this is what I got.

Round 1: Chak moves next to the devil. Drawing his sword and dropping his bow.

Round 2: Retrieve an oil of bless weapon and apply it to my blade.

Round 3: Coup de grace the devil if still unconscious, full attack if possible, if not.

Chak steps behind Balik and a scroll shoots into his hand from its sheath. He touches the fallen archer reinvigorating her.

Molly is stable but unconscious.

Molly would be at 4 hp, but since the spell brought her back to life she gains a negative level and thus loses 5 hp, putting her at -1.

Chak will take his move action to renew the studied target bonus he's granting to Balik and Emberwik. Molly will lose it since she is still unconscious and cannot see or hear Chak.

I'm still not sure how Balik has a flat-footed AC of 18. A monk doesn't lose his monk bonus to AC when flat-footed. It seems like Balik should not have been down as some of those flat-footed attacks should have missed. I guess it's probably too late to fix it now, but Balik should fix his AC for the future. Although, I'm not sure we can actually save him unless Emberwik has ranged healing abilities.

So why all the 90 degree turns instead of descending at an angle? Fly forward 30 ft, descending 10 feet by the time you reach the destination, then reverse direction (10) then 5 feet towards Chak while descending 5 feet. Gets you where you can touch Chak and uses only 45 feet of movement. If the GM doesn't allow descent angles less that 45 degrees (some don't because it means you are not neatly in a cube through the entire movement) then you would need to use an extra 5 feet of move, but if you have a fly speed of 60 that wouldn't be a problem.
