A Brief History:
Carol was abandoned at an early age, and basically raised by the 'fine' orphanage system of Ustlav, which is to say she was raised mostly in the streets. She always had a thing for exploring places she shouldn't be and learning things she shouldn't know, particularly about history. She met Lorrimer about halfway through her teens, and the good Professor was the one responsible for her cleaning up her (admittedly shady) act and going to a proper school to learn about classical history and the like. Carol was previously out exploring the area around Ustlav looking for ruins prior to hearing of the Professor's death, and she's returned to town to pay her respects, and investigate the odd goings-on around the town.
Personality:
Carol is direct and strong-willed, with a thirst for both adventure and money. She's loyal to what few friends she has. When not out adventuring, she is something of a puzzle and riddle buff, and enjoys figuring out new ones to make her colleagues scratch their heads in confusion.
Random Things:
I chose this avatar because I looked at it and thought 'Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?' That is all.
Appearance:
Carol is a blonde-headed, blue-eyed girl that would seem equally at home in a cave somewhere as she would a house. She keeps her hair short, as keeping it long would make it more likely to get caught in something when she needs to make a timely escape. Her clothes are generally dusty but well-kept otherwise, and she constantly carries a whip on her belt. No, she does not wear a fedora.
