Wouldn't his full stat block not make for a nice blog post, if you already have it lying around? :)
I second this request maybe a blog that presents things that did not make it to the books and were left on the cutting room floor.
I third this request! Even if they aren't introduced proper in the canon Golarion, it'd be nice to see them fleshed out as a sort of "deleted scene(s)" in a blog post for those that have been waiting many years for the return of the Runelords.
Oooh, that would be cool. I lurk more than anything else, but I'll fourth this!

I fifth this, my players have been gunning for a fully fleshed out Xanderghul ever since Rise. A fully powered Xanderghul would be a nice Christmas present to present my plyers with.

My main question is if the Azlanti Emporer is named Ming, followed by if he is merciless. If so, I shall prepare a certain Queen song for my PCs.

To be fair, I had a team of 5 lvl 4 PCs defeat a wyrm black dragon because their dice rolled hot and the dragon's sucked. So the person you should ask is your dice.

Personaly I hope they add an easily achived feat or ability that lets you change your Key ability. Mostly because alot of classes Key abilities as written are mostly steering players into one kind of build rather than allowing different approaches to the same class. Solarion in particular, which has alot of ways to ignore having a low charisma except the low resolve points you'll have. A high str and cha operative is also viable if the key ability is switched. Same with high dex mechanic. I'll probably house rule this in but it'd be nice to have the option.

I can see Razmir driving a Tesla, gotta show off that Bling for all those folks clamoring for you to bless their babies. Aston Martin for Storm makes sense, looks classy enough without being obnoxious, and the parallel to Bond should feed her Hero ego. Elminster in a Cadillac I can see, especially with the top down and going 100mph down the highway with eithier Zeppelin or Wagner blaring.

So I must start this thread by saying I have no working knowledge of cars. If you asked me the difference between a Farrari, a Jaguar, and a Prius I would say "paint job?"
However, my players may meet a bunch of famous wizards from D&D and Pathfinder holding a meeting on Earth in the modern day. I know what type of car and its condition/assessories can say alot about a person. So assuming they're keeping their magic on the DL, what do you think the following wizards would drive:

Golarion
-Old Mage Jatembe
-Aram Zay
-Razmir
-Abrogail Thrune (sorcerer but still there)
-Queen Edassiril
-Baba Yaga

Greyhawk
-Mordinkinen
-Rary
-Igwillv
-Tenser
-Otto

Forgotten Realms
-Elminster
-Mansoon
-Khelban Blackstaff
-Storm Silverhand

I have to say I'm in the opposite camp than most people. I like real time combat. In fact, the faster the combat the better. Turn based combat just seems to drag on over long for me, and as someone with 2-6hrs a week to play games, spending 30minutes to an hour on a single fight is way too long.
Also, to answer the why Kingmaker question, I suspect it has something to do with innovation. Alot of games that just stick to the formula wouldn't get far without a key innovation. Without nemesis Shadow of Mordor would be an Arkam Clone no one cared for. Without invasions and brutal gameplay the Dark Souls games wouls just be another third person RPG. Without kingdom building this game could be pushed aside for any other RTwP game or any western RPG for that matter. Not saying the Civ. Games don't count but to flawlessly blend those elements together with deep story and rpg adventuring is gonna be a difficult task that can also prove rewarding and put this adventure on the map.
I really like that we're going with a single player game and hope it feels really in depth Golarion. If this works I think the next adventure should be set some place less generic, like Varisia or Cheliax, or even Numeria or the Worldwound.
Otherwise, awesome, really looking forward to this.

So, coming from someone who has both started a player as a graveknight and also helped one progress, here is my opinion.
Starting: If your campaign is high enough lvl to start with a Graveknight then you as DM have enough resources at hand to deal with him off the bat. Probably require him to take a penalty since he is rediculously more powerful and immortal, like a devil he compacted with that occasionally able to call upon him at the worst time, or an aversion to things that were once sacred to him in his last life. Overcoming these obstacles can make for a fun sidequest.
If it is a late game goal, give him time to revel in his newfound power. I would suggest 4 sessions to the end. Also remember that while it is deliberate out of game, it need not be deli erate in game, and he can be cursed with his undying form due to failing a quest or tricked by a necromancer or fiend. Lastly, if it is his choice, make it a logical choice, something that will make it almost nessecary, such as pursung a nihilistic necromancer to the negative energy plane, or bodily plunging into a pool or cloud of (insert graveknight's energy here) to destroy/retrive an artifact. This way it feels like there is payoff for his actions.

Glad to he proved wrong! In which case I look forward to seeing what neiche you carve out for yourself. I have alot of your Deadly Delves and Shadowsfall products and think you already have a good system down for your adventures and campaign products, and may want to use Shadowsfall for any high level romps (being Planar already, it is a good.place to find deadly perils lurking).

As you well know, higher lvl adventures tend to sell less than lower lvl adventures. This being said, I personally need more late game content. 16+ on average, but it would be nice to go back to 20+ adventures since we now have the mythic system (as I do not know yet if anyone has been bold enough to tackle a rehash of 3.5's Epic rules).

As for subjects: I personally would like to see stuff involving deities, demigods, their spawns, their forgotten creations or sealed enemies, ect. Stuff on a truly epic scale (think God of War, Dante's Inferno, Shadow of Mordor, and Force Unleashed. Things where you step into the limelight and challenge the big named unique foes. Hopefully with better writing than some of the above mentioned).

The novels line would be a good series to make movies, especialy Varian and Radovan. They could also do TV shorts between. Movies based on their apperances in the AP stories. Looking back at the comics line, condensing those into a movie can work well too, although I feel like alot would end up being cut or rushed through. If they do end up doing the pulp pathfinder feel as mentioned by Pan above, I think that Eando Kline's adventures would work the best as many of his adventures had definate beginnings, middles, and ends while he went for a bigger goal. Although TV would be ideal for that too.

I think that a TV series would be better for Pathfinder in general, but that's not this forum, just my 2 coppers.

But in seriousness; I use them as an outline for character ideas and encounters, but don't usually railroad players. Reading through this, sounds like an idea I may steal from. This being said, there would be a premeditated way out, because that's only fair.
On another note, I see alot of people demanding a reward for sticking to the rightious path, like free rezs and powers ect, and I'd like to remind people that sometimes, fighting the good fight is its own reward. At the end of your days, as you kneel in dust and feel your life ebb away, and you can look back and see that the world is better for you having been in it, then you've been a good paladin. Not only in fighting evil, but in being a mentor and example to others, in making a difference when others faltered to act, in being a shoulder to cry upon and a hand to help others rise. And if you go to the Great Beyond with no greater reward than having made others lives better for your passing, and you can die content with that...
That, is what makes you a great Paladin.

But yeah, it can also mean your DM is a dick.

Negative energy is not inherently aligned.

A valid argument. However, negative energy is still a consumer of positive energy, which is the basis of life and usually held as sacred by those who are of good alignment. With the negative energy seeking to consume these energies, or colouring the afflicted's minds with hatred and jealousy for those who have positive energy animating them, the undead descend morally into evil per the standards set by mortal societies.

This being said, as an undead continues to live, I see no reason why the afflicted's mind cannot find a way to cope, hence why it is more likely for longer "lived" undead to go to neutral.
My theory does have the hole of "what about ghosts?" To which I have no reply. Fun topic, I hope we can derive something concrete from this discussion.

Back in my day, we didn't have any of this limited DR. You didn't pack a backup silver weapon you weren't hurting that werewolf that was eating your face. And back in my day we didn't need these Lovecraftian Horrorz to put the fear of the DM into players. We had vampires and ghosts and wraiths which did the job just fine. And on that note, we didn't have dungeons that had to advertise that they were hard, THEY WERE ALL HARD!

So I have recently become a huge fan of the Dark Souls Series, and one of the greatest aspects of the game is the "Story w/o telling". With the exception of the occasional peice of dungeon dressing (how'd this doorknob get in the iron maiden?) Or monster (How did the Hydra get through that 5ft door?), most stories in dungeons are able to be puzzled and figured out.
So how would you go about creating a dungeon where very little to nothing is explained? A game where NPCs are uninterested in holding their hands through quests or will lie and misdirect to achieve their ends, where they walk in the wake of great events and have to discover what happened before if they want a chance to get out of their situation alive? As a (mostly) nonvisual media, the game's method of hiding hints in scenery is impratical, and without item descriptions like in the game, hidden messeges and wordgame riddles will be harder to insert. Any ideas how to meet this challenge?

As usual I'll probably end up buying all the APs they produce. That being said, if Starfinder will be having the same release ratio as Pathfinder I may be forced to choose between the two since my wallet isn't made of gold and stuffed with platinum.
As for the APs
Ironfang makes the top of the list. I've wanted more information on Nirmathas for a very long time and this adventure also feels like it is a gesalt of LoTR, King Arthur, and Robbin Hood with a touch of Dragon Age.
Strange Eons is next because everything is better with Lovecraft.
Ruins of Azlant I'm on the fence with. I've always wanted to learn more about lost Azlant, but the Underwater scene has never been my thing. Maybe I'll be plesently suprised and find my previous outlook to be biased due to my own lack of gills, and with aboliths involved I think that'll prove the case.

That being said, a journey to Arcadia (possibly from the Linnorm Kingdoms) would be awesome, as well as a Around Golarion in 80 Days type setup where the players spend some time crossing all the continents so everyone's outside inner sea itch can be scratched without the devs having to dedicate themselves to one culture too long.

I'm not thrilled, I've always been more of a fan of good costume and props than outright CGI, but then again, done well, CGI can blow my mind.
My bigger concern is if it will FEEL like a game of D&D and still be a good movie, which has been a stumbling block for previous D&D movies.

Sadly I tend to find that my gaming group has difficulty adjusting to female players. This is not due to overt sexism, but usually because the one woman in the group is outnumbered by the mass of desperate single men. Inevitably someone starts hitting on the "gamer chick" and someone else gets jealious and then they start quarrelling while the woman in the group gets weirded out and the other players gut irritated with the whole affair. It is a shame because I always welcomed a woman's perspective in these games.
This being said, I have seen three occasions where one player that is the opposite gender of the rest of the gaming group (twice with woman and once with a man) tries to use the gaming group as their personal harem. In two cases they were outright rejected, but the one case they succeeded it ripped the group apart and destroyed many of the friendships. This is also a shame for it casts such a pall on mixed gender groups.

As a DM I have always added a bit of spice to important encounters by tossing a bit of Background Music into my encounters, and I always have a go to list for certain monsters or types of monsters. However my list is starting to get a bit stale (and predictable) and I was interested to see what the rest of the Paizo community use for their encounter music, either for specific bosses or general creatures.
For Example
Vampire Bosses: Van Helsing Sondtrack
Anything from Leng: Prince of Persia, Warrior Within
Taldorians: Anything posh and classical
Orcs: Usually any of the Howard Shore LOTR or Hobbit soundtracks, but occasionally the God of War soundtracks for brutal orcs.
Demons & Devils: Hanz Zimmer's Angels and Demons and DiVinci Code
Baphomet: Avenged Sevenfold's Sheppard of Fire
King Ivoretti: Avenged Sevenfold's Hail to the King
Kingmaker Adventure Path: Game of Thrones Soundtrack
Mythic: Two Steps from Hell

Not looking at it mechanically, but from the perspective of a powerful evil wizard, Lichdom is not only worth it, but does not have to be the final step. All the steps described above for living characters (the contingencies, demiplanes, ect.) are still possible for the lich once he has the resources and power to perform those deeds. The reincarnations, resurrections, ect. just have to be set for when someone destroys his phylactery. He will lose the lich template, but he would have successfully have dodged his death, the world will think he is perma-deathed, and he'll now be able to pursue his living immortality with the powers and abilities he achieved while undead.
Also, Worm that Walk OR Lich? Why not AND? ;P

WotR: Xanthir Vang

Spoiler:
I played up Xanthir Vang's weirdness through his minions. The Party read his minion's memories and realized that many of the not demonic minions were pressured into their acts w/ horrific torture (such as eating out their eyes and regenerating them). Add also that he was the most resourceful of the villains the party faced who was not a demon lord or relative thereof, and that I made him the orphaned Archmage's uncle. Lastly he hurt the party the most not by targeting them, but by slipping out his own base after preparing to have his minions ambush the party, and then murdering as many of their friends and allies back home and leaving taunting letters initialed:
X (Seipa Snake Sigil) V (Explosive Runes)

S&S : Barnabas Herrigan

Spoiler:
Just got done with the first module but he's a powerful but now servile pirate captain respected throughout the Shackles and the primary face of the BBEG through the whole adventure... AND HE HAS NO SENSE MOTIVE MODIFIER! The whole trip the party was able to pass their shenanigans off on Plugg and the "Plugletts" because they were just canny enough to phrase their lies just right and rolled high bluff. Yet even while they fooled them time and time again, he was still fearsome and ruthless enough that they knew they were playing games with a hungry tiger

Early Osirion Modules: Her Magistrix's Expeditionary

Spoiler:
Having competed with the party the whole time only to find the Vienstone pyramid too tough for them, the party had to (after a brief and one sided battle where only the Scepter died) ally with them to survive. Shockingly the party and the expeditionary worked well together and were both able to just barely escape the pyramid as it was fading back to it's demiplane. The party also managed to leave them stranded in the desert and make off with the majority of the loot.
Which made it really awkward when they returned as allies of convenience in the Pact Stone Pyramid, and ended up turning on them at the last second and killing the party's wizard and monk in the process and escaping with a fair amount of the treasure themselves. It was nice to see my players humbled by a party of resourceful NPCs for a change.

Homebrew game, CHR: Ehrimun

Spoiler:
A Ghoul diplomat in the Classic Horror's Revisited and a fairly rounded Necromancer, he served as a dangerous enemy when my players took it upon themselves to disrupt a massive shipment of slaves being paraded through Geb to Namret Narkota. He personally slighted each PC in the party and killed two of them in the process, served as a constant barrier to their progress and forcing them to make contingency plans as he dynamically adapted to their actions. The best part was that he was a 14thlvl GHOUL neromancer. The entire time the players thought he was a lich or some other high and mighty undead, only to find that they were being countered at every turn by the same type of monster they were swatting in graveyards and sewers at lvl1 (although to be fair he did have 14lvls of Necromancer)
