Hello!

I would like to cancel the following subscriptions please:
Pathfinder Lost Omens
Pathfinder Adventure
Pathfinder Rulebook
Starfinder Roleplaying Game
Starfinder Society

I have been a faithful fan and consumer of Paizo products for a long time but have always described the company as "hard to love".

Originally, my issues laid entirely with the Paizo website and store. Dungeons and Dragons have an amazing website, their Beyond system makes sense in today's world of technological tools, and I've never had any complaints. The Paizo website and store, on the other hand, has required me to email customer service for every order I have ever made, and for all of my subscriptions when setting them up. The system seems to be broken in so many ways, and it's frustrating to spend money. But I enjoyed the game and liked the staff I had met so far, so I was fine with it.

The recent allegations against the Paizo Management echos long time rumours and rumblings, and dis-heartens me. A company cannot thrive and progress when such toxicity streams down from the top of the mountain. And so, I'd like to cancel all my subscriptions and will no longer be purchasing any Paizo products until the removal of Jeff Alvarez, and until the management reflects the morals and values of the people who strive to make the game as welcoming and safe as it's known to be.

Please confirm when my subscriptions have been cancelled.

Regards,

I called again and got through. Everything is solved. Thank you!

Hi there,

I've tried calling, I've tried emailing repeatedly, and I haven't been able to get through to anyone. I'm hoping the forums will work.

I've signed up for the Pathfinder Rule Book subscription starting with the second edition Bestiary. I have received this product no problem as can be seen with Order 8044927

My confusion comes with Order 7962632, which was an order that included my copy of the deluxe second edition rulebook and alien archive 3. Originally, these were together in my side cart so that when Alien Archive 3 shipped out they would go together to save on shipping (I don't know why Bestiary was sent alone, but it is what it is.). However, now the order includes a copy of the 2e Bestiary. I was already charged for this and have already received it.

As I mentioned earlier, I've been trying since August 14th to reach someone at Paizo about this via email. Today, I tried calling and there was no response. I left a message but I figured I should post this here too just to make sure someone sees it.

If anyone can help solve this to make sure I don't get charged and sent a second copy of the bestiary, but also make sure my subscription is still on track, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

This is where I dropped the Carrion Dreg. Made the flowers a bad disease that turned them into an undead mess. It was a fun investigation turned creepy

We had a WTF moment yesterday as the players went to Outpost Zed. I laid out the map for them and they wanted to go from A2 to A5 since there is a way there on the map. I started to wonder how it can be since there are hostile creatures there and it's right next to the cantina. I also remembered it was supposed to be only accessable from the pipes. Quite a bug in the map, or did I get something wrong?

I just came up to this problem. It’s super weird of them to do this. Like the map artist and writer just didn’t communicate? I use a VTT so I’m not sure how I should edit the map to reflect the pipe and pipe maze appropriately. My options seem to be:

A. Do as drawn. Not as written.
B. Close the gaps with pipes and make it work.
C. Ignore the map and do some theatre of the mind and only pull it out if it’s needed
