D'OH!!!

Do I feel like an idiot.

I went to order the Beastery and saw that my previous order of the PRPG hardcover (#1042631) was not in my shopping cart, so I ordered it again. This was because I thought it was canceled :/ I only discovered this error when I looked at my order history and saw the 2 hardcovers

Can you please cancel one of my hardcovers but still have the two remaining books combined for shipping purposes?

Thanks

I am looking for a decent but FREE mapping software that is good at adding terrain features and stuff like that. I am (I think so anyway) good at coming up with decent land masses and have the means to scan them, but I absolutely SUCK at the things like mountain ranges and forests and other terrain features like that.

Anyone know of a free software that could handle that for me? Pretty please? I'm on my knees begging here!

(And wipe that thought RIGHT out of your mind right now buddy. You might lose it instead!)

Command (Sp): Once per day per two paladin levels of its master, a mount can use this ability to command any normal animal of approximately the same kind as itself (for warhorses and warponies, this category includes donkeys, mules, and ponies), as long as the target creature has fewer Hit Dice than the mount. This ability functions like the command spell, but the mount must make a DC 21 Spellcraft check to succeed if the target is being ridden at the time. If the check fails, the ability does not work that time, but it still counts against the mount’s daily uses.

The way I read this is that the mount must use it's Spellcraft skill to be able to use this ability. My question is: Are we expected to list skills for animal companions now? While the mount is indeed smarter than most equines, the text in question seems to imply that they should also have a decent grasp of high magical concepts if they are to be able to pass a high DC skill check while suffering a negative in the associated stat.

Why is the mount rolling a skill check as opposed to the target having to roll a save, possibly using HD as caster level?

Or am I miss reading this?

OK, I know this is not the proper place or time for this thread, but until we get there, I think hashing out the bold text could be constructive.

There have been a few threads over the last bit that I would have liked to keep track of. However there is no way of doing so unless you have the time to look through all of the threads, if you remember which forum it was in. This is a bit of a problem for me (my memory SUUUCKS) and I find that it is much easier to look up threads in my account on various others sites and see if there are new posts for the threads that I am interested in.

Are there future plans for subscribing to threads, and tracking them somehow?
