I don't know exactly what I was expecting with this class, but I absolutely love it. The thematic nature of it was really nailed in the feats and features and just... I really love it. Very, very excited to play one.

I just want to comment that swashbuckler looks to be my new favorite class, even at an initial read through.

The class is full of flavor, and I love how its mechanics interact with each other, and it looks to be incredibly fun to play.

I can't wait to roll up my longtime pirate OC!

The Iruxi are super cool and I have a concept for an Animal Instinct Barbarian who reveres the crocodile, buuuut I'm waffling between three options to substitute.

Shark, Snake, Wolf.

All three could work, but I'm leaning towards shark?

Going to be starting up a Hell's Rebels campaign within the next few months, and one of my player's wants to play a Hellknight in the Order of the Torrent.

I know it's feasible, but does anyone have any specific ideas as to how best to facilitate it, given the events of Turn of the Torrent?

Hi all,

So, I'm starting up a campaign soon and I had my players vote on which AP they wanted to do, and we ended up tied between Carrion Crown and Reign of Winter. Thus, I have to be the tiebreaker!

Of these two, which do you think are more fun and would be worth playing more? (We plan to do whichever one doesn't get chosen next, but it'll be the first impressions for Paizo's adventures for two of my players, and I want fun to be had by all.)

So, I'm going to be playing a Sea Singer Bard in a Skull and Shackles Campaign and I scoured the rulebooks and various internet sources, but couldn't find a suitable answer, so I'll ask it here.

Sea Singers get the Exotic Pet familiar at 2nd level, but say you begun the game with a pet monkey. Could that monkey then gain the Familiar abilities at 2nd level?

From what I've seen, it would make more sense than just randomly finding a monkey in the first part of the Adventure Path. Also, there could be good backstory and RP fluff for already having a monkey.
