Origins Update

Awwww, that's disappointing. I was hoping that since they pushed it back to September there might be a chance to have the Paizo team there. Well, always next year I suppose. Stay safe!

We got the same update.

We've discussed it and, with us having a major presence at Gen Con Online two weeks prior, our ability to support an online component is almost zero (Alex and I do need to eat/breathe/sleep). So no official Paizo presence. We've reached out to the local venture team, but they have a regional event that weekend and are unsure of their ability to coordinate. We will update as we know more.

This in no way limits GMs who may want to run games from doing so by organizing directly with Origins. There just isn't a centralized organization for this con. The Origins peeps are soliciting events right now via the link you posted.

I deleted some posts bickering about Covid guidelines and safety. There's no need to argue about who's right and who's wrong here.

By the way, a huge thank you to those of you that in so much work into making the online presence so solid over the past year. Last year's ConCurrent, in particular, was an impressive bit of improvisation. Hats off!
