Pathfinder Second Edition promises to be easier to learn, faster to play, and to offer the deep character customization that we all love. Let’s prove it! Join us at OfficialPaizo on Twitch for "3-Action Game Night" this Friday on August 23rd from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific. We'll make four new characters, design fresh encounters, and play them - all in one session!
YOU get you to be involved in the process!
That's right, by joining us live on Twitch, you become the deciding factor in what we play, what we fight, and where we adventure. And it's only going to take you 3 actions!
YOU get to make the characters!
For two hours, live on Twitch, we will open the floor for you to vote on what characters our four Paizo co-workers will play. You design them, and whatever they are, we play them!
YOU get to pick the monsters!
Bust out your Bestiary and your imagination as we show you how easily Game Masters can create encounters. You will choose the creatures, location, theme, and a map. Then, Jason Bulmahn will take your choices and craft the adventuring session!
Now we play!
Watch as we sit down and play through the session that YOU created with some of our developers and designers! Who will they be? Will you make them completely outrageous characters? What optimizations have you discovered? Will they fight a sizeable dangerous foe, or perhaps an army? It's all on you!
So be sure to join us for 3-Action Game Night on Friday, August 23rd, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific and help us Unleash Your Hero!

Or some Alchemist with Str 10 in order to see how they intend the Bulk situation to work for them.
Both on one Alchemist is probably not cool, though.
And also, seeing an Alchemist played would be neat.

I concur, as long as the ask is presented in a good faith manner, in the way I believe DMW is presenting it.

I think they have every intention of fixing both those things, and that they may well both constitute typos as much as anything. But I'm super curious what those fixes look like, and think having them play an Alchemist who needs to use them is a great way to maybe get a look.

I certainly want to see an alchemist. Preferably a mutagenist but I'll take a low str any other alchemist.
Also kind of want to see a cleric of a TN God, ideally not Nethys. Or a TN divine sorcerer. Any divine without any access to the aligned spells, really.
The ones that worry me or that would give us some answers and hints as to what's to come. Or would help me understand some things.
Beyond that, I'm up for anything. Is this going to be level 1 characters?Either way, I'm intrigued, and will try to show up... at least for the early bits of it.

This'll be fun.
I want the mto make an Alchemist so I can see how I build vs them. (Also to see how they opt to read certain confusing details)Its my fav class. Would be neat to see.
if higher level I'd love to see an Aid focussed bard or someone who dipped bard for inspire competeence and combines that with aid in combat too.

Pathfinder Pathfinder Accessories Subscriber; Pathfinder Roleplaying Game SuperscriberNo subscription required, but subscribing gets you access to on demand videos and extra emojis. There are often gift subs given out during streams as well! $5 for basic tier, $10 for the next level and $25 for third level, or as mentioned Amazon Prime gives you one for free every month.

So I just need a free Twitch account to participate, as opposed to a paid one? Great! I was always sort of curious why I could watch the streams in an incognito window without logging in, if Twitch required a subscription and was sort of sheepish as to wondering if that was an exploit.
Video is not my preferred medium if that wasn't abundantly clear already.

I'm not sure why their past broadcasts section is so limited though.

Twitch is generally always free to watch live. Recordings occasionally require subscriptions depending on the streamer's choice. Chat can be toggled between Sub-only mode and open to everyone by the streamer, so that may or may not require a sub from stream to stream. By default, the only thing a subscription grants is emotes to use in chat and I think no ads in an individual streamer's channel.

From my experience, you need neither a twitch account, nor do you need to watch it live to see it on twitch. At least the stuff from Paizo. Other channels may vary. I actually have no internet access in my burrow, so I go to the community watering hole and download it via mystical means and watch it home with my burrow-mate and pup.

Just an fyi, you can set Twitch to audio only in the settings

Goblin shark barbarian was brutal!Chat was genuinely uncooperative with the alchemist, since I think the stat line was 12 Str, 14 Dex, 16 Con, 18 Int, 12 Wis, 8 Cha. Which is almost doable as a bomber, but the mutagenist would want to swap Con and Str there.

Which is almost doable as a bomber, but the mutagenist would want to swap Con and Str there.Dr. Heckle spent more time dying than making actions. I don't know if I'd believe that would have changed with a 16 STR and a 12 Con. The class seems to have no survivability and was greatly out shone by the shark barbarian.
Granted, those were tough encounters against high AC creatures all around, but I think a lot of people wanted to see how a mutagenist would perform at low levels, and the answer was: not well. Which is too bad because Cosmo did a great job giving it flavor.
