Huzzah!

That's really useful! I carry a PDF of the rules on my phone as-is, so this is clearly aimed at me.

I suppose it's not feasible to include the Core/Curse/Conversion FAQs, since those are 'living' documents that include frequent updates with time, huh? ^^'

That's super handy. I'm going to try it out.

Neat, I'll try it out!

I'd love it if we could get the Organized Play rules in there as well, but having the game rules is a nice step!

Please, tell me it's not a replacement for a sequel/update to Pathfinder Adventures app!

I gave it a try. Unfortunately, I couldn't download the rules package (it just sat there at 0 bytes downloaded) and without it the app is useless. Hopefully you all will have better luck.

Also note that the app is "free with ads".

I wouldn't expect any updates to it, as Obsidian lost money on the project. Perhaps someone else will try if the new set is popular, but the PACG is a rather complicated game.

The card diagram under the Rules: Traits section is the same one in the rulebook / rules pdf with the mislabelled icon label on the card (but the one under The Basics: Card Basics is fixed...).

That should be fixed now too. Thanks!

Now you just need to bring the PRD and SRD to apps.

What is the advantage over simply putting the PDF on my device?

Working links, I imagine.

The one I have on my Android phone is Pathfinder Open Reference. Site searching with your favorite search engine works as well.

I use RPG Books on my iPad, works great.

And as far as I am aware none of those have been Updated since the PRD went to Nethys. And there is none for Starfinder

Apart from simple rules reference, Dized intends to provide tutorials for many of the board games it supports. They say it is better than YouTube tutorials, because you can use it step-by-step while playing your first game, as opposed to watching a full game tutorial before playing. I've seen Dized at Gen Con for the past two years and it sounds helpful for a game night situation where the group picks up something new and no one knows how to play. Instead of waiting for someone to read the rules or the group instead deciding to play something more familiar, you can just jump in and play.

While the Kickstarter FAQ said that the app and rules are free, it also mentioned credits to use some of the game content in either a single game pack purchase or a monthly fee. I understand that to mean some content will only be accessible as in-app purchases, so it is possible the tutorials are premium. However, they also say that game publishers choose to charge or not charge, so I'm curious to see some of those costs if there are any yet.
