Kingmaker 10th Anniversary Campaign Begins!

Tuesday, May 7, 2019

Nearly a decade ago, the Kingmaker Adventure Path helped lead the way with an open-ended "sandbox" style adventure that encouraged exploration and conquest in a rugged wilderness. Its open-world narrative and kingdom-building elements gave players and Game Masters unparalleled freedom to explore and shape the world with their heroic actions. It has become one of the best-selling and most beloved campaigns in Pathfinder's history.

Today, we are proud to announce the Kingmaker 10th Anniversary crowdfunding campaign has begun with our friends at Game On Tabletop! You can see all the details now at KingmakerCampaign.com. Explore the books, the Add-Ons, and the Level-Ups. Help us build a bigger, better, more immersive Kingmaker campaign.

Together, we'll take your new kingdom—and the Kingmaker campaign—to new heights of power!

Make your pledge on Game On Tabletop!

That's the PDF for this hardback version, right? So I can avoid going to look at my digital assets, since I know that PDF isn't in there. :-)

This is one heck of a slipcase.

Yes, same for me. I got my Shipment email on 8/30, but in checking that, I realized it said 4 to 8 business days, so I'll give it through the weekend before I escalate.

I wrote Paizo an email about this on 9/13, and (of course) I received the package on 9/14. Everything is in good condition!

Is PZO2031 the Kingmaker Special Edition slipcase? I know PZO2032 is the regular Kingmaker slipcase.

Any update on European orders? (Or other non-US orders)? It is quite quiet on those….

I'm in australia and got a notification from Aetherworks implying shipping will start to us sometime after september 17th.

One day, it will happen in the EU too.

A little after Tasmania got theirs, maybe.

Nothing from Aetherworks yet for me over in the west. I hope I hear from them soon, even if I still need to wait for packing and shipping.

If you want to contact them directly the email I got suggested the aetherworks Facebook page would have updates. (I don’t have Facebook, so I don’t have access to those to check on the WA situation).

The email did also include:

“Please use the kickstarter project tag Pathfinder Kingmaker when submitting an address change.”

Which is a little amusing (since the kingmaker Kickstarter project was for the owlcat computer game a few years prior). No doubt Kickstarter is to crowdfunding as Kleenex is to tissue. ;)

In the states, shipped USPS from paizo, I get notifications straight from USPS so I did have notice that a package was arriving, but not what it was.

I just made an announcement on this topic. Apologies for the delay, but tracking down port conditions took us a bit longer than expected.

Has anyone solved the mystery of how to get that tracking link to USPS, that doesn't work, to work? I don't want something to get left outside in the rain, which I can avoid when I know which day is delivery day

As my wife and I are out of town a lot over the summer, I created an account at USPS.COM and under "Informed Delivery" (I think), you can sign up for daily emails about mail/packages coming to you. You can also not use email, but daily check what is coming.

I'm able to see my Paizo shipment in Informed Delivery. It does not match the tracking link that Paizo sends, so you shouldn't bother with that link.

I've unfortunately had my Informed Delivery tracking not update until the package was delivered recently. Thankfully, there's usually somebody at home to hear the Ring alert say there's activity at the front door.

I don't see anything there, either, but although I got the email from Paizo it was way before 26th October (when it was supposed to be released to the proles like me) so perhaps it's not even dispatched yet.

I am very much looking forward to getting it, anyhow (it'll be in a competition for next campaign with running the Pathfinder Savage Worlds version of RotRL as my current group have never played Runelords).

Just to clarify, USPS Informed Delivery shows what will be delivered on that day and what was delivered over the past week. It is NOT a predictor of future deliveries.

That's just for general mail. With packages, they usually provide the standard order tracking and give an estimated delivery date.

Is "when we get around to it" a valid delivery date? :-)

Still no luck in terms of receiving the stuff here sadly. :(

Haven't even had an email about it from Aetherworks here in NZ.

Maybe we should each send one of these to them to spur some action.

I haven't heard from them either, and I am in Australia.

Also, I haven't seen Kingmaker come up on their list yet where they track what they are packing and shipping (Facebook).

Thanks for posting that. I don’t have Facebook and I couldn’t find another way to check.

I stll have some hope that EU funders will get their stuff before EU people who purchase it on Paizo.

Not that much hope though.
