In PF1 yes, PC dwarves had stonecunning because average dwarves had stonecunning. In PF2, those abilities are ancestry feats, so some PC might pick them, and some other might pick something different.
<p>Maybe it's the same for the starting bonuses to abilities. For example, I might see how "Halfling luck" is something that work for heroic halflings, and not every single halfing in the world goes around winning lottery every other day.
