Very nice...seems like it's been a while since we last saw some new wallpapers. :) 
The campaign traits were in People of the Sands. 
When can we expect the Player's Guide to the MM AP? It's usually available around the time the first issue of the AP starts to ship. But, as Majuba says, the campaign traits are already out in People of the Sands. You can see them here.
Thanks for the info - I haven't acquired People of the Sands yet, and I hadn't realised that any traits in it are already up at d20pfsrd. :)

Hrm, Rob McReary said #3 is Kyra So #4... Still guessing Lirianne, for the double down combo of all female, all non-avistani. Although Kyra's origin is Small Townish rather than a national source (though she appears to be of Kelishite heritage, which would imply Qadira or East). 
I got that too. I had to stare at it for a little while though. :)
