It had the potential to be decent but it arrived warped beyond usability. I don't know how such a mistake would get past quality control.

Great idea, poor plastic

I love dungeon dressing, and I feel this piece is versatile and well-designed. Paint job was fine, and I liked the sculpt, but somehow even with its rather impressive density, it still managed to arrive warped, so it won't stand nicely on its own. If it had come in proper shape, I'd have given a full 5

The portcullis I found in my case set was warped (think trapezoid with the base footings closer than the top) and the "gate" also warped like waves on the ocean. What happened and how do I get a replacement? I read that others have received this miniature similarly deformed.

Looking closer at the posted picture above, it appears to have the same issue, though the gate only has a slight 'wave' than mine.

Adventure Path Charter Subscriber

Put it into a flat dish, pour boiling water over it to cover it, leave for 30 seconds and when it’s soft straighten it out, then run it under cold water. Did this for my 2 and they’ve. Oath lost the warp altogether.
