Any hope of this being released for general consumption?

You can buy a DVD for $10. Just look around for Mr. Beckett during Paizocon and ask him about it.

Being in Ohio, that would be tricky. :)

I wonder if Paizo might set up a way to sell the DVDs on the site. I was very impressed with the production, and the plot was very cool to follow who someone who (GASP) has never played or even READ Burnt Offerings. It was all fresh to me but the kids and adults did a great job and the production values of the play, costumes, and sets were really excellent. Big thumbs-up for all the Da Vinci peeps.

I'll ditto that. The Burnt Offerings play adaptation was amazingly well done. Really impressive stuff. I was just astounded at how well the actors (and actresses) handled the dialogue and how Tom addressed the complexities of imparting so much of the backstory to the adventure through the entire play. Can't say enough about how good this turned out. Well done, guys!

Thanks to you all. It is amazing what you can accomplish when working on something you love.

I sold all of the copies of the DVD that I had made. However, if I can get 40 more people to express interest, I can probably get another batch done for mailing out.

Anyone else interested?

*raises hand* Me! Me! Pick me!

(yeah, I'd buy a copy in a heartbeat =p)

Yes.

Still sorry we missed it, but we had to squeeze in a few hours of time to visit with friends of ours in the area that live in the area. Missing the show was made up for by being taken to BJ's for some of the best pizza I've ever had.

Very happy to have gotten a copy at PaizoCon - I was also fortunate enough to sit very close to the projection system, so had an audio experience similar to watching it at home. The whole show was fantastic!

We're talking about how we can make this happen... and how it can provide some direct financial benefit to the theater program at DaVinci. Stay tuned.

Sovereign Court

I'm interested too, and would be prepared to pay shipping of the DVD to New Zealand

Sovereign Court

Count me in as well

I would love 2, if possible.

Any update on the status of this DVD?

Paizo Employee Chief Technical Officer

As I understand it, Jozka was planning to make a couple of editorial tweaks before calling it done.

Sovereign Court

A Director's Cut, perhaps?

I can wait for this, as my PCs never finished Thistletop

Skinsaw plot spoiler:
before I introduced two new players as the Foxglove sisters. They became rather motivated at knocking off their younger brother in the family home than doing anything about goblins.

although they intend a final assault next Tuesday on the complex. I hope it works better than the last two attempts (most recently, Yeth Hounds pursuing them all the way back to Sandpoint).

Once that's done, it would be nice to show them this DVD.

Awesome!! I've wanted to see it since Jozka first announced it

Sovereign Court

I'm still tuned to this topic! Still no rush, as the PCs only captured Orik and Tsuto at Thistletop, and failed in their attempt to stop Nualia releasing Malfeshnekor. Fun GM times ahead!

Have we heard anything else on this?

Definitely would drop money on this. I'd show it after my party finishes the first adventure, but I could enjoy and horde it all to myself before hand though. I'd spend as much as $20 probably.

Dear Vic

What is the status of the possibility of Burnt Offerings on Stage on DVD with some direct financial benefit to the theater program at DaVinci?

We're nearly up to the six month point since it was first mooted...

This is the last I heard. I'll check with Erik, though...

Dear Vic

What does Erik say?
