Lyzannder's check:

You know it's a black dragon. You also know that it spits acid. You don't know it's age. But you do know, from the libraries at Wayreth, that dragons are dangerous opponents and are resistant to magic.

Varis' recollection:

Varis knows that during Huma's time there was chromatic and metallic dragons. And that Huma had banished Takhisis and the chromatic dragons back to the abyss. With this dragon, still in it's prime, it could be that Takhisis could have returned as well.

Ahto moves in a straight line from his position until he is clear of the darkness. (Single Move or Double Move, if needed.)

He keeps his crossbow at the ready, firing if and when he is able to see the dragon.

If he gets clear of the darkness in a single move action, otherwise double move instead:

double move is needed, Ahto. Good shot, but you missed anyhow.

DARKNESS
EVOCATION [DARKNESS]
CASTING DC: 26
# OF SLOTS: 1
RANGE: Touch
TARGET: Object touched
DURATION: 10 min./Caster Level (D)
SAVING THROW: None
SPELL RESISTANCE: No
This spell causes an object to radiate shadowy illumination out
to a 20-foot radius. All creatures in the area gain concealment
(20% miss chance). Even creatures that can normally see in such
conditions (such as with darkvision or low-light vision) have the
miss chance in an area shrouded in magical darkness. Normal
lights (torches, candles, lanterns, and so forth) are incapable of
brightening the area.

School evocation [darkness]; Level bard 2, cleric 2, sorcerer/wizard 2
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, M/DF (bat fur and a piece of coal)
Range touch
Target object touched
Duration 1 min./level (D)
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance no
This spell causes an object to radiate darkness out to a 20-foot
radius. This darkness causes the illumination level in the area to
drop one step, from bright light to normal light, from normal
light to dim light, or from dim light to darkness. This spell has
no effect in an area that is already dark. Creatures with light
vulnerability or sensitivity take no penalties in normal light. All
creatures gain concealment (20% miss chance) in dim light. All
creatures gain total concealment (50% miss chance) in darkness.
Creatures with darkvision can see in an area of dim light or
darkness without penalty. Nonmagical sources of light, such as
torches and lanterns, do not increase the light level in an area of
darkness. Magical light sources only increase the light level in an
area if they are of a higher spell level than darkness.
If darkness is cast on a small object that is then placed inside or
under a lightproof covering, the spell’s effect is blocked until the
covering is removed.
This spell does not stack with itself. Darkness can be used to
counter or dispel any light spell of equal or lower spell level.

Not even Varis has such low touch AC :)

"Spawn of Tiamat! You will not prevail!" Varis yells as he comes out of the darkness

He gets tanglefoot bag from his belt and targets the flier as it goes by.

Ranged attack: 1d20 ⇒ 6 - I'm not sure if throwing heavy bag uses strength or dexterity so the result is either +3 (dex based) or +7 (str based) vs touch AC

This assumes he went out of the darkness in two moves, if the dragon is too far far the throw, he readies an action

Let me check real quick. I think throwing the tanglefoot bag at a flying dragon counts as an improvised weapon.

Okay, if you have the Throw Anything feat (page 135 of the PFRPG) you would not suffer a penalty for throwing your tanglefoot bag at the black dragon.

EDIT: I checked your character, and you do not have a human bonus feat selected.

M Human Warpriest 5, F:8 / R:3 / W:9; AC 24/11/24 HP:26/38

I don't think you need throw anything for something made to be thrown?
When you throw a tanglefoot bag at a creature (as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet), ... ....
Also, human feat was abandoned for save bonuses
Awareness (replaces bonus feat) +1 all saves, +1 concentration

Who is Tiamat? How many of us are in the darkness still?

Ah, okay.

The tanglefoot bag can be thrown, sure. I always thought it was moderately heavy. Hmm, let me check something.

A tanglefoot bag is a small sack filled with tar, resin, and other sticky substances. When you throw a tanglefoot bag at a creature (as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet), the bag comes apart and goo bursts out, entangling the target and then becoming tough and resilient upon exposure to air.

Ah, your right.

Touch Attacks: Touching an opponent with a touch spell
is considered to be an armed attack and therefore does
not provoke attacks of opportunity. The act of casting a
spell, however, does provoke an attack of opportunity.
Touch attacks come in two types: melee touch attacks
and ranged touch attacks. You can score critical hits with
either type of attack as long as the spell deals damage. Your
opponent’s AC against a touch attack does not include any
armor bonus, shield bonus, or natural armor bonus. His
size modifier, Dexterity modifier, and def lection bonus (if
any) all apply normally.

I think you apply your dexterity bonus to a ranged touch attack, so recalculate your strike including your dexterity bonus.
