Die last brother have nothing to surprise you with, so let us fast forward it, as we are down to 60 hp, and mostly misses on your end ;) in any way he will not turn it around
Shirota is overwhelmed by the storm of strikes, he falls to the ground unconcious, as despite some efforts Moonlight did not make the killing blow.
When on the ground, you go through the belongings before trying to inspire Shirota to speak.
Shirota has greater crafter’s eyepiece, +2 greater resilient greater fire resistant raiment explorer’s clothing, spacious pouch (type III). While Zaiho has +2 greater resilient greater fire resistant raiment explorer’s clothing, eye of the mantis (page 104), Gun Sword with 20 rounds, greater obsidian goggles.
Feel free to heal, and make an intimidation roll to get him to speak

Shirota awakens to a crossbow pointed at his head.
"You will answer my colleaugues' questions"
Ann Hilate
Once the group is ready (and all the valuables stowed among them), Ann grabs Shirota by the front of the shirt, lifts him halfway off the ground, and slaps him awake. She leans over him as he comes to, so that he'd have to get into an awkward position to get his feet under him. Shoving her face right into his, she snarls: "You're going to answer some questions, or we're going to desecrate your brother's corpse. First: Who are you supposed to report about us to?" With her other hand, she plants her thumb onto his eyeball and presses just hard enough to let him know that she's perfectly willing to keep going until it pops.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (17) + 17 = 34
GM Farol
Ann wakes Shirota up, not the nicest of ways, he first looks at the body of his brother than at her. As she makes her threat he takes a look at one of the tables that toppled and papers flew out of the drawer
"There is everything you need, now let me die already."
He falls unconscious again. What you do with him is not really important for the story, up to you
You go to check the documents ...
They are detailed notes and descriptions of various locations the conspirators have used to share information and supplies via dead drops; they provide lists of names of lower-ranking agents associated with the conspiracy; and they confirm that the conspiracy’s end goal is to replace Blood Mistress Jakalyn with one of the Vernai. As with the other conspirators, none of them know exactly who in the Vernai leads the conspiracy. All of this information counts as an item of hard evidence.
So the last place to go is the monastery ;) How will you approach it?Do you heal where you are? Take a rest for the night?
Party loot is updated with links and prices, feel free to claim what you want
Ann Hilate
Once her team has verified that the indicated documents are the evidence they need, Ann grants Shirota's request as quickly and painlessly as possible. Let the brothers rest together. After all, Shirota wasn't really a threat once his brother was downed, and he didn't dither or deceive when it was time to talk.
She helps gather the evidence, then suggests the party do some quick healing as necessary, then split up and take the scenic route back to the safehouse. "The folks who left the teahouse have probably reported that we're in here. We'd best get scarce before some *real* trouble comes."
The loot that interests me is the Greater Obsidian Goggles. I already have regular ones, so if someone else wants them that's fine.

10 HP for everybody from the breeze. An additional 34HP for myself and Moonlight. With Continual Recovery and another 20 minutes or so I think I can get us back to full.
Chi Sien
Sien has Crafting, but not Magical Crafting, and we don't have a day - but if we can cheat at transferring runes, he'll take one of the greater resilient runes. He'll take the eyepiece, since nobody else is trained in Crafting.
The raiment is actually probably better on someone else - Sien's Stealth DC is higher than the raiment's.
And he'll take the greater fire resistance rune if nobody else wants it, just because he has space on his armor.
So the last place to go is the monastery
Do you mean hospital?
GM Farol
I will allow to move runes in a magical way ;)
You move towards the Hospice and look at it from distance ...
The Hospice of Serenity presents a facade of caregiving and solace, and its members are quickly recognizable by virtue of their white and gold robes. In truth, the caregivers of this supposedly merciful operation are yet another cover for the Red Mantis, who maintain this abbey in the city slums as a front designed to keep watch over the downtrodden.
The Hospice of Serenity is a relatively humble one-story stone building. Its 15-foot-high walls can be Climbed with a DC 30 Athletics check. At each corner of the building stands a 40-foot-tall minaret, while a large copper dome surrounded by several glass skylights adorns the main roof. The only relatively safe way to ascend or descend to or from the roof is via a flight of stairs in each minaret. Otherwise, anyone else who wishes to reach the roof must either climb, fly, or teleport.
Map is up! How do you approach it?
Ann Hilate
In a completely different disguise, Ann scans the rooftop for watchers. "Last time I was here, they had a sentry on the roof turning people away."
Perception +21: Is there anyone else watching/spying from the roof or nearby areas?
GM Farol
Perception, Ann: 1d20 + 21 ⇒ (1) + 21 = 22
Perception, Sien: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (7) + 19 = 26
Perception, Ketsu: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (19) + 23 = 42
Perception, Moonlight: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (9) + 28 = 37
Ann knew that there were people on the roof, but she can't seen anyone. Same as Sien who declares that 'the coast is clear'. Moonlight and Ketsu however spot at least 3 assassins looking in a direction from where you try to do your lookout...
3 badides put on the map... what now?
Chi Sien
Sorry - missed this before I went skiing for the weekend.
Sien can go invisible and climb up, but I'm not sure if that's a viable group strategy. Should we knock politely and try some other way of getting in?
