Cirri Merryweather, the Strix

The GM plays in one of my other games and his computer crashed and then he caught the flu. I haven't heard from him in a bit.

This is the last encounter. If you'd like your downtimes part of your chronicles, go ahead and roll them.

OMG I apologize! I thought I dropped a notice on this table that I was down with the flu. Been sick since last Thursday and am only now recovered. So sorry all!

Wow! A port town! Cirri spends some time sailing around the lake, reminding people of the joys of sailing.

Do swarms cause issues casting spells? Or would Achurius even know without a recall knowledge roll?

I think the biggest thing about Troops is that, while individual target spells work, they're limited in effectiveness. Meaning, no matter how much damage you do, you can only take out one member of the troop at a time, so you can only do up to a certain percentage of their HP at once.
Area effect attacks work as normal, though.
And I may be remembering all wrong and/or getting my editions mixed up.

Right - the troop shrinks based on the damage caused... btw, this is the first time I've had to use a troop so if I make mistakes, please feel free to correct me.

Are troops and swarms impacted normally by a kinetic blast? Or am I getting editions mixed up?
Impacted how? You can use regular attacks against them. Troops usually don't have the Swarm resistances though (e.g. Resistance to physical except bludgeoning, etc)...

Not seeing the chronicle in either my inbox or spam folders. I don't usually have any problems receiving RPGChronicles. Please confirm that the email address is a Yahoo email for miteke. Then again it may be that 404 thing that is popping up. I may need to try again later.

Nope, that was just a count of unread messages that just happened to be the number for a common web error, and I am getting other messages. Please resend as I cannot find it in my in box or spam folder.
