What kind of information do you want? Want Pulp Cthulhu Character sheet?
Character Sheet. Want to know more about the campaign? Horror on the Orient Express is a classic Call of Cthulhu Campaign about a journey across europe, from England to France, Switz, Italy, and even through time and space. What should be expected for this game? While Pulp Cthulhu make the character more heroic and not as fragile, you're still human, or at least partly human, and aren't immune to death or horror of the mythos, Theme of this game would be Discovery and Lost, while the Mood is Heroic and Macabre. How long this will take? This Campaign is famous for how long it take to finish, so maybe about 3 to 4 years. About the house rules? I'm still working on some of it.

There's also Luck?
Do we assign the rolls to the characteristics as we want?
I'm looking at a couple of ideas.
Either a Medical Doctor (Thrill Seeker/Medical Doctor), or a more scholarly type in history archaeology and occult, who was a nurse during the Great War. (Dreamer/Dilettante).
Either way my character would cover medical needs like first aid and medicine.

You only do 1d6+13 or 1d6+19 on your Archetype main characteristic.

Doctor: Shen Wei (Billie Shen) born and raised in Shanghai, China to one of the wealthiest Chinese families in the city. She went to New York for college, then medical school. Her hobbies mostly involve adrenaline related things like auto racing, skiing, and mountaineering. She chose medical school as a way to avoid going back to Shanghai and a marriage that would inevitably come with it, but turned out to be an excellent surgeon. She is taking a year off to travel before she starts her residency.
Dillente Nurse: Dorothy Asquith-Tennent, British but born in Athens Greece. Her father is a diplomat in the foreign service who has an interest in archaeology. She picked up his interests and later served as a nurse on the western front. After the war she attended Oxford for history as a non-degree student (Women could attend Oxford at the time, but were not granted degrees).

Ah! That makes sense. The results otherwise are very high.

Hi Paolingou, a couple questions about character creation if I may ask:
1. Is there a deadline for submitting characters for the game, and when approximately when do you expect to start game play?
2. How many characters are you choosing for the game?
3. When you wrote Choose Archetype, roll 1d6+13 or 1d6+19 if your main characteristic is 3d6+6, did you mean 1d6+19 for a main characteristic that's 2d6+6? I don't see how any characteristic would be 3d6+6...
Thanks!

1. The deadline is before December 30th, I expect the game to start in December 30th.
2. 4 characters, but wouldn't mind have more characters.
3. You roll 1d6+19 for you main Archetype if that Characteristic is 3d6+6, certain non-human playable species, have certain Characteristic at 3d6+6.

I don't recall stat generation being like that?
It looks like stats are generated the usual way, below is copied from the Pulp Cthulhu book:
Use the following rolls to determine each of the characteristics,
although substitute a roll of 1D6+13 multiplied by 5 for the
hero’s core characteristic (as determined by the archetype
chosen in Step One).
• Strength (STR): roll 3D6 and multiply by 5.
• Constitution (CON): roll 3D6 and multiply by 5.
• Size (SIZ): roll 2D6+6 and multiply by 5.
• Dexterity (DEX): roll 3D6 and multiply by 5.
• Appearance (APP): roll 3D6 and multiply by 5.
• Intelligence (INT): roll 2D6+6 and multiply by 5.
• Power (POW): roll 3D6 and multiply by 5.
• Education (EDU): roll 2D6+6 and multiply by 5.
I believe the changes to character creation are for the non-human options. I haven't seen any specific house rules about them yet. Looks like humans get an extra talent, 3 instead of 2.

I should have some time tonight to look through my Pulp Cthulhu book and come up with a concept. Thinking about a priest character who is questioning his faith due to some things he experienced during the great war...
Great, if you have more solid idea, post it in Discussion, and also read the Homebrew stuff at the top as well.

This is Pulp Cthulhu. There is an investigator quick creation alternative set of rules given, but we're using the standard creation rules, which I posted above. Stats are rolled.
I can't speak to creating non-human investigators, I haven't seen any house rules posted for that yet.

The rule for Non-Human character are in both, Character Creation Guide, and Talent and Non-Human Benefit.

Rule for playing Non-Human is my Homebrew, but you can played as Non-Human officially in some of Call of Cthulhu scenario.
You don't have to play as Non-Human, it's just something that some people like.
