As the other Pathfinders go to confront the strangely-acting man, Zeldana is confronted by the final warrior on the hot coals! He sneers at the Varisian woman and swings! But she's able to quickly duck under the blow!
Over at the menagerie wagons, the profusely-sweating man doesn't even bother to answer any questions. He whistles loudly and turns to run as a nearby accomplish pulls the pins on the lion cage! A terrifying roar echoes across the courtyard as enraged lions rush forth!
Blue made the Fort save and is not sickened in Round 2. His attack on Zeldana misses.
I'll now roll Initiative for everyone. (Zeldana, it's up to you whether you want to continue the hot-coals fight or join the lion battle, but I'll still need the Fort save vs sickened at the beginning of your turn).

This encounter takes place on Slide # 2. I've tried to place you where it sounds like you'd be. The Yellow man to the top left is the sweaty guy you confronted, while the Red man near the lion cage is the one who pulled the pins. Civilians aren't depicted, but imagine lots of people panicking.

Despite dizziness from the heat and fumes, Zeldana somehow lands a punch on her opponent's hip! But her victory is witnessed by few as cries of distress and alarm arise from every corner of the wedding reception. Guests and guards alike flee from the terrifying lions!
Zeldana's attack hit! (Zeldana, you'll be sickened until just before the beginning of your next turn).
@Trajan: Sounds good.

As Tabar rushes into a veritable lion's den, Jaako gets his enchanted flail ready for combat. Meanwhile, Azelwarred starts roaring like a lion himself!

GM Jhaeman |

Hungry and frustrated from being caged for so long, the frenzied lions pounce on the closest living target: Tabar!
Yellow charges and gets a full attack with pounce, Black does a five-foot-step to full attack, but Blue has to do a move action to get there and only gets one attack.
Tabar, you get hit by three claws and one bite, for a total of 32 damage.
Tabar, since you have reach with the scarf, you'll get an AoO on Yellow as it charges towards you.

Inspire Courage continued as a free action.
He casts a spell, holding the glowing energy in his hand and rushes over to help Tabar. With a flash of light the spell is released, mending some of the mauled ratfolk's injuries.
Cast CMW for 2d8 + 8 ⇒ (1, 4) + 8 = 13, held charge, move, release charge healing Tabar.
"And for Pharasma's sake, someone stop at least ONE of those culprits!!!"

GM Jhaeman |

Tabar tries to parry one of the lion's attacks, but it overpowers his defences! Fortunately, Hamish rushes to his aid, shouting encouragement and magically healing the ratfolk.
@Tabar: Your parry attempt would have a -4 on the attempt (because you're two size categories smaller than the lion), and thus fails. Since the parry fails, there'd be no riposte. Hamish's healing will leave you down only 19 hit points, however.
Trajan is up.

Chaos and panic grip the reception! Victims trapped in the exits scream for help, a child is knocked to the ground in front of a snake charmer’s angry asp, a cloth pavilion catches fire, and a wagon filled with peacocks bursts open, releasing dozens of shrieking birds into the courtyard! But worst of all, an elephant from the menagerie, terrified by sight of the unbound lions, breaks free of its handlers and begins trampling those in the courtyard!
Most of the description above is cinematic and doesn't necessarily require intervention from you, but the elephant is an active threat for which I'll place a token and roll Initiative.

Tabar's attack hits--Yellow is *almost* down.
@Tabar: Can you please adjust your tagline to indicate hp loss and panache spent? (and you can wait until after you're attacked before posting parry & riposte rolls--otherwise, this poor GM will get hopelessly confused and it'll be harder to keep track of panache spent :) Last, can you remind me how you have shield active? This encounter started in the middle of the wedding and the spell has a minute per level duration. (maybe a class ability or magic item? I dunno)
Azelwarred is up.

As Azelwarred begins his spell, most of the lions continue their rampage, but one turns tail and runs!
Yellow withdraws. Black attacks Tabar and Blue attacks Winnie.
Black hits Tabar with a natural 20 (the parry above did not succeed), but it does not confirm. The claw and bite attacks miss. Tabar, you take 8 damage and lose 1 panache.
Winnie gets hit by two claws (one of them a confirmed crit), but the bite just misses. Winnie takes 22 damage in total.

Slightly concerned about spiders everywhere, Hamish retreats to the other side of the felines to tactically provide some extra flanking. While doing so he draws a sap and takes a swing at the blue collared lion.
