does the fire resistance from Juis stack with Tad's domain fire resistance (10)? If not, excluding Tad might make it last a little longer for everyone else.
nope. The SRD links from the Fire domain to the ability engery resistance which says >This resistance does not stack with the resistance that a spell might provide.

I think there may be an error in Tad's HP. The last GM post had him at 12, then he channeled for 11, which brings him to 23, not 7. Ninneye was at 28, channel brings to 39, readied attack to 25, spell bringgs to 18, and then hammer attack brings to +7, not -4 at the most recent GM post. I'm not sure about the others. Did you perhaps miss the channel Tad did?
since the result of the comment above may change Tad's action, I'll wait for a response.

The pinky on Makras' right hand disappears almost entirely into his left nostril. As he wiggles it around, he says "What are we here for? A book or some such? Probably not in the gardens."
"So, what did we find before we were so rudely attacked?"
"We have the book, but we need a certain scholar, and I doubt we'll find him in the garden, too high a risk of him trying to escape. Maybe there's a study or something similar."
right you went looking for the library and didn't search the other rooms. so where did you want to go? Let's move along please :)
Makras shrugs and heads towards a nearby door.
I'll try "A13"--I don't think we've been there?
"Yes. Lets check for traps first. I imagine this entire place will have them."

A thick rug with interlocking geometric designs covers the
marble floor of this lushly appointed office. Two fatly stuffed
leather sofas, an enormous desk of red-tinged wood carved
with ancient Osirian motifs, and a large high backed chair
fitted with colorful silk cushions dominate the northern
half of the room. The focus of the southern half is a tall iron
safe, black and imposing, angular runic designs painted in
gold about its heavy surface. Four statues of roughly worked
marble—winged dwarven forms holding lanterns—flank the
safe, two to a side. A wood panel at the center of the western
wall stands strangely askew, and a whiff of sulphur lingers in

In one corner, an opaque silk curtain partially hides an ornate
tub for bathing and a marble chamber pot.

The west wall is lined by a large cupboard and bookcase, and
a lavish green rug covers most of the floor. The source of the
sulphur stench wafting through the manor is lying on the
floor: a battered, vaguely humanoid figure of gears and metal,
with malodorous yellow-gray fumes seeping from cracks in its
motionless form. West of this thing lies a body, bruised and
battered. A large hole about eight feet in diameter mars the
north wall, as though something exploded out into the room.
Sharp bits of metal are embedded in the walls and furniture.
The bookcase has also been rummaged through roughly, and
a dozen books lie scattered on the floor.

Peeking in from outside Arie notices that safe.
"Ah, THAT look important. Also looks like an obvious trap..."
She will cast Detect Magic on the room, particularly the safe...
As the others busy themselves with trap detection, Makras trudges over to the chair with the silk cushions and takes a load off, sighing contentedly.

"Ha! Poor bastard. An early taste of the pits of Hell we'll all be in once this sorry excuse for a world cracks into pieces. I don't got rope, but this'll keep him company until the end." Makras throws a waterskin full of rotgut into the pit.
Arie shakes her head.
"No one has a rope?"
If not she'll sigh and shake her head again.
