Once she regains her mind, the pink dwarf hurries on hand and knee between the open legs of her friend. Her eyes hesitate in her gaze, just a moment before her body practically melts against her. Mouth on the upper body, hands in the lower, and her tail curving around, insistent and sensual from the bottom. "I've been practicing" she whispers with embarrassment as the tip of her tail pushes through any resistance. The tingling sensation of her succubi skin radiates into Floare where ever she is being touched, which is in all the important places.
What Tandri lacks in non-classroom experience, she makes up in eagerness and supernatural gifts, bringing the stunning witch to ever-increasing exclamations until damn crashes open, and all that was built shudders out.
Tandri's eyes quickly scan Floare's, once she starts to recover. "Was that... I mean... okay?" Receiving a satisfied smile and languid nod, she curves into her side, two women, naked and radiating in their afterglow, look up at their spectator, waiting.
Sariana Nightsong |
"Undo me Sweetling." She commands, humming in approval as Tandri places a trail of kisses down her spine as pale flesh is slowly revealed.
Once the dress in undone Sariana lets it fall in a slithering rush and the vampire herself blurs into motion, leaving Floare suddenly pinned to the mattress by a petite, but very strong, pair of hands. Insistent knees push her thighs apart, wide enough to for the muscles to protest a little, although the pain is smothered by pleasure when Sariana presses down, rubbing their cores together.
"What are you waiting for?" The vampire asks, eyeing her little demon, still kneeling beside the bed. The way her own legs are parted, spreading Floare wide in the process makes it very clear what she wants and as Tandri moves to fulfill her wish Sariana cranes her neck to look up at Floare. Their height difference makes eye contact difficult, but it does leave Sariana perfectly placed over the witch's smooth neck.
"Are you ready?" She asks and then, as Tandri brings tongue and fingers into play, she sinks her teeth in and draws deeply on Floare's blood, which is every bit as wonderful as she'd imagined.

Turn 6
Rejuvenated by the celebrations around Sariana's birthday the citizens of Nightsong return to their jobs with good will and much progress is made. The brewery is completed and Nightsong's prospectors travel north to stake a claim on the gold mine discovered during the initial explorations. In addition further progress is made on road building, with the new roads to the Sootscales caverns nearly completed.
All in all a profitable and effective month for the growing kingdom.

The full moon sent dark shadows across the open space between the small house and the barn. The regular sounds of night birds stilled as heavy feet shuffled around the barn. Figures moved past the stacked bags of fresh feed and barrels.
"Tarn, take Sanis and Bor and barricade the front door. Then torch the roof," the lead figure grunted in a low voice. "I thought we's gonna get some play first," a slender figure complained. "Not this time," the leader responded. "We're sending a message. A message that the Black Tears follow through on a job."
The darkness is pushed back as magical fairy lights fill the air, dancing and bobbing and causing the shadows to join in their merriment.
"Our post is quite reliable around here and a much better way to send us a message," a woman's voice calls out. Looking up, the thugs see a slender figure sitting on the roof of the house with her arms wrapped around her knees. Not more than a girl, really. "But, perhaps that's not the sort of message that you had intended on sending," she adds. Reaching out, she scratches the ruff of the wolf pup sitting next to her.
"Maybe we'll have a little fun after all," the leader speaks, his grin showing broken, yellow teeth. One of his companions nudges him with an elbow. "Uh, boss?" Taking his attention off the girl, the man looks to where his lakey indicates. The grin vanishes when he sees at least a dozen crossbow bolts leveled in their direction. Their ambushers rise from their concealment behind the carefully placed bags and barrels.
"So ... uh ... it seems that you've got the jump on us, Missy. How about we talk about this." One hand subtly moves to the shortsword at his waist.
"Oh, that's not up to me. Decisions of such nature are best left to those that rule. Lady Nightsong? Your wish?"
A small and slender figure detaches itself form the shadow at the edge of the house. The floating sparks of light reflect off her revealed fangs as she offers a grin of her own.

"Check her Sweetling." The vampire says eventually. "I don't want her hurt."
As Tandri goes to do her bidding Sariana watches the smooth pink flesh with a slow pleasure. The moment Tandri rises with confirmation on her lips Sariana grasps her face in one cool hand.
"Don't speak." She commands. "You tongue has one use tonight." She surges in to kiss the tiefling fiercely, biting the plump lips and ruthlessly plundering her mouth until Tandri is gasping and barely able to breathe.
"Kneel." The vampire continues, "Kiss my feet. Worship them." The thrill of watching the cleric kneel and do exactly as she asks sends a shiver through Sariana as she reaches out and pulls Floare across her lap.
"Don't even think about going to sleep!" She says sharply. "I'm not done with you yet!" Her hand rises and falls with a whip-crack sound, leaving a bright red print of Floare's white and smooth cheeks. "Count. Thirty strokes, and don't miss one or I'll begin again!"
She glances over Floare's prostrate form and uses a toe to nudge Tandri higher. "Use your tail Sweetling. Inside her. And don't stop or else you'll be here next."

Turn 7
Nightsong continues it program of expansion with renewed effort as the kingdom expands its reach northwards towards Oleg's Trading Post. Excited and well motivated work crews set out from Stag's End, and word soon comes back of a new logging camp going well, as well as a mine where gold seems to practically spring from the ground.
All this good news is reflected in Stag's End itself where the population rallies around a local woman named Agatha whom has demonstrated some skill with herbs and healing. A shop is soon constructed and Agatha thereafter is a fixture around the thriving town.
Things are going well.
Tandri Rumblespark |
Tandri is yielding and expressive in her obedience, as one would for a birthday wish. Her spine though stiffened just a touch as her amber eyes look up and flaring at the treatment of Floare's backside. Tandri does have a streak that appreciates pain in all forms, but she also seems to have a fierce protective vein inside of her.
Despite that minor resistance, her tail weaves slowly across the woman's curves, then with a sensual push enters the inner walls.

Deregar is relaxing at the kingdom's map table, wargaming strategies for an invasion from Brevoy with Tyr when Linzi bursts into the room.
"Oh, Deregar, thank goodness! I've been looking everywhere for someone. There's a crowd forming in the main hall - it's not quite a mob but they've got someone tied up and he's being accused of theft! They wanted me to rule on it but the laws say we have to have at least two of us without Sariana there and I couldn't find her! Can you come and help me?"

"Of course. Let's take care of it before people get too rowdy." Deregar comes to stand in the great hall, with Tyr looming over his shoulder.
Deregar, or perhaps, Tyr's appearance cause the crowd to quieten and most of them fall back, leaving two burly men who have been training as part of Valerie's militia holding a third man who is skinnier and shaking slightly.
"So, err, Viceroy Deregar sir, its like this." The first man says. "Bert and I, we was walkin' down the street loik and then this fella comes runnin out the brewery. Big who-hah, lotsa shoutin and Mr Battens, him who is the new brewer, yelled 'stop thief'! So Bert and I collared 'im. 'E had these on 'im." Bert waves and a woman in a sturdy dress, with her hair tied back in a rag, steps forwards holding three bottles and a small pouch.
"These are bottles of our latest beer batch." She explains, "My husband and I are trying a new process and it's working well so far. The pouch was the money for our wheat supplier. We're expecting a new batch today and thought that Frenk here was bringing it. He looked terrible, all trembling, and I asked if he was sick but he said he was fine and asked about something in the back room. The moment we turned our backs he swiped the bottles and the money and ran for it. My husband called out and Jay and Bert were able to stop him getting away."
She nods her thanks to both men and then offers a slight curtsey to Linzi and Deregar. "Those are the facts sir, ma'am."
Deregar Rogarvia |
"And Frenk, what is your side of the story?" Deregar raises an eyebrow. It seems an odd choice for a theft, when the chances of being caught were so high.
Sariana Nightsong |
"And Frenk, what is your side of the story?" Deregar raises an eyebrow. It seems an odd choice for a theft, when the chances of being caught were so high.
"I needed it!" Frenk cries, and indeed the palpable shaking in his hands and the quiver in his voice suggests someone in desperate need of something. "I'd bought it fair and square but they don't pay us till Toilday, tis cruel unfair! And I need it now!"
"I think its alcohol sickness." Linzi says softly. "I've seen it before when people drink a lot and then suddenly can't get any more. Tandri might be able to cure him, but he'd probably just go back to drinking again."
Deregar Rogarvia |
"Be patient a few moments, please." Deregar gestures for the complainants and the excused to step aside and waves over an agent.
"Go talk to this Frenk's neighbors, and see if what he says is true."

The neighbors are new residents of Stag's End, and know little of Frenk's habits. With no conclusive information, Deregar recommends exile for the thief.
Sariana Nightsong |
Linzi quietly points out that Frenk is a citizen and has the records to prove it, which limits them to a fine of gold - this being his first offense.
"If he doesn't pay, or commits the crime again, then perhaps we could propose banishment to Sariana?" She whispers.
Deregar Rogarvia |
"Ah, very well." Deregar laughs, a bit bashfully. "I'm not used to sitting in judgement, but I better get used to it."
He speaks to Frenk, "Come, you'll pay for the ale, but I think I know an herbalist that may be able to help you."
Deregar escorts the thief to Agatha's shop and has the herbalist fix a tonic to easy Frenk's alcohol sickness.

"What? You can't make me do that!" Frenk yells, "If I had the money I'd never have taken it in the first place! I want my appeal to Lady Nightsong! Screw you and your damn pet! She'll see me right, she knows what its like to need your drink!"
"Appeal denied." Sariana's voice is liquid and cold as she emerges from the shadows at the side of the room on silent feet. "The Viceroy speaks with my voice, citizen, and if you speak to him like that again then they will be your last words. My council stands in judgement and we all respect their decisions. Thank the Gods for it Frenk. I would not be so merciful."
She stares at the man for a few moments until he cowers before nodding to Deregar and vanishing once more into the shadows.
The crowd disperse, happy to see justice done and exchanging hushed words over the sentence and Sariana's dramatic intervention.
"Thank you sir," Madam Batten says, offering Deregar another curtsy, rather lower this time. "It's a just sentence if you don't mind me saying so. Batten and I would like to see him helped. You're a good man sir."
Agatha mixes something in a couple of minutes and Frenk downs it and almost immediately makes a dash outside to find a bucket while the herbalist watches with grim approval.
"He won't be drinking much after that sir, ye' have my word on that." She says with a thin smile.
All in all Nightsong comes out fairly well from their first serious lawbreaking and both Deregar and Linzi enjoy a mild boost in popularity as their reputation for justice and fair solutions spread around town.
"Well done." Sariana says to Deregar later that day. "I'd like you to take the lead on matter of justice for the time being. You've already got a reputation for it and I don't intend to get involved like that every time. Thank you Deregar, now, why don't you show me your plans for Oleg's? Are you sure he's willing to become an official part of the kingdom?"

"Grumbling about too much food..." Harrim comments morosely with a slow shake of his head, not even bothering finishing his statement. He is in Tandri's small cluttered office, keeping her company. Their relationship had settled into friends, once Tandri started sharing Lady Nightsong's bed.
"It could be raining gold, and someone would complain about how it damaged their roof." Tandri responded with a smile and a hum. She did enjoy problems, at least the kind she could solve with thought and a pen.
The farms had just had a bumper crop and the foreman had come to see what the kingdom wanted to do with the excess.
As treasurer, it landed in Tandri's lap. The little pink dwarf was a bit of a hoarder, so the answer was of course to keep it all. Just had to find out "Where?... hmmm, kobold caves are cool are they not? Plus could be considered defensible in case someone attacks. We can dry out what we can here, store them in our cellars, then put the rest deep as we can..."
Deregar Rogarvia |
"It will be a simple settlement, at first, balancing the need for protection from bandits with easy access to the trade roads. Oleg will be happy for the customers, I think. He's very independent, but we proved ourselves to him and Svetlana." Deregar fondly remembers nights of warm soup as the Leveton's guests. "And we can ensure that he doesn't get swallowed up by any of the surrounding kingdoms."

Earlier...
As the winter months approach, you decide to explore some of the region surrounding Stag's End. You head east from your settlement and start to map out the hills nearby.
As dusk approaches, a hulking white-furred wolf approaches, three smaller wolves trailing in his wake. The wolf steps forward and addresses you in Common. "Humans, you are trespassing on my lands. I am Howl-of-the-North-Wind. You have not right to be in my territory. Leave at once, or suffer my wrath."
Sariana Nightsong |
"Then we have a problem." Sariana replies, seemingly unaffected by the cold she's dispensed with the long sleeved cloak she normally wears and is enjoying the fresh air. "I am Lady Nightsong and my kingdom is expanding rapidly. I intend to claim this land but I am willing to come to an accommodation if you are. We can define your territory and leave it be, in exchange for you oath of fealty and assurances that you will not harm any other of my citizens. If that does not suit then I will challenge you for the territory, as our kinds have always decided things."
One of the advantages of being a vampire is the strange magic that lets Sariana communicate with creatures of the night, such as wolves. In this case is simply means she isn't only speaking to Howl-of-the-North-Wind, but to his pack as well.

Tandri sends more negative healing into Sari. The pink dwarf is not an expert in combat, even with the amount of violence she's seen in the last month (which is a LOT, between wolves, turtles, and bandits, oh my), but even she wonders if maybe their little band of misfit warriors should invest in armor. Huge suits of it, bristling in spikes and chains, maybe with a shield as large as her.
But then they probably wouldn't need her nearly as much, her mind counters, so she throws that suggestion in the brain's trash bin where it deserves to be.

"I couldn't do without you Sweetling." She says, running a finger down Tandri's neck and across her favourite feeding point. "In battle or out."
Once Floare has done with the wolves Sariana stretches luxuriously. "Let's not head back just yet. I'd like to head east a bit more then swing back south and west until we get to the lake again. It'll do us all good to be out in the wild again for a while."

"They need a new alpha and as handsome as he is, I don't think Dante fits the bill," she says with an affectionate glance at her familiar. She turns her attention to Sariana. "Since you can speak their language, you should position yourself as their new leader."
DM Brainiac |
Resting following your encounter with the wolves, you head east again to continue exploring. In the hills here, you come upon an opening in the side of a barrow. The fissure leads into a dark chamber with a high ceiling. The walls of this octagonal chamber are caked with dust. Here and there, faint glimpses of a detailed mosaic can be seen under the grime. A thick carpet of guano covers the floor; it’s crawling with insects, and the sharp tang of ammonia hangs in the air.
Your presence disturbs a swarm of hundreds of vampire bats roosting on the ceiling! They squeaks as they swoop down to attack you, but you fend them off and defeat them in short order. A cobweb-filled tunnel to the east leads deeper underground....
Sariana Nightsong |
Sariana does indeed position herself as the wolves new leader - making it clear that the pack is hers now and anyone disobeying will be killed just like Howl-of-the-North-Wind was.
Don't attack two legs. Is the only command she gives them. If you do. I'll end you and your pups.
------------------------------------------
Oddly enough Sariana is utterly untouched by the bat swarms - another benefit of being a vampire seemingly... once they are gone she looks down the tunnel and grins.
"Come on ladies and gentlemen. Another thrilling adventure awaits!"

DM Brainiac |
Four tunnels exit this circular chamber in the cardinal directions. Between these entrances, each wall section is decorated with a different large, monstrous stone face, leering or grimacing into the room. A skeleton sprawls facedown in the middle of the room.
Sariana notices several sensors set in the floor near the skeleton. It appears there is a magical trap ahead!
Disable Thievery DC 23 (expert) to disarm the trap’s sensors in the chamber floor, or dispel magic (3rd level; counteract DC 23) to counteract the faces.
Tandri Rumblespark |
Poop and insects is not part of Tandri's definition of a thrilling adeventure, but she sniffles her thoughts. "My magic isn't strong enough to disable the sensors." the cleric said, looking at the others to see if they were.
