Hallidan sprints across the yard to take cover amongst the stench-filled vats while Octavonius's spell impacts the ground next to the prone tiefling.
The guard dog continues its attacks against the prone tiefling...

...but this time Guillaume is able to avoid the slavering jaws and manages to gouge a large chunk of flesh from its side. The dog whines piteously before collapsing in a heap!

Guillaume sees the now loudly barking dog emerge from the door and immediately proceeds to engage the annoying dog! Double move, no Charge possible due to the vat in the way.
While Cimri proceeds slowly at the edge of the yard she readies her sap even as she slips back into the shadows, her eyes widening as Fellzir announces himself to the occupant.

Hallidan and Aureluis easily dispatch the second guard dog while Octavonius stumbles and tumbles to the ground in a heap, spraining his shoulder badly! 1d6 ⇒ 5 falling damage.
The man inside the office pauses, momentary confused by the words spoken here, but seeing the dog cut down steels his resolve. "Archie...NO!" He exclaims in a mix of grief and rage as he readies a large crossbow...but instead of firing it he tosses a small stone onto the ground, that shatters, emitting an ear shattering boom!

Fellzir wonders what the small stone is... maybe a small dog toy? The owner was clearly going to believe his bluff and invite them into the office. And then BANG!

Guillaume savagely cuts into the man with his blade, blood spraying everywhere. As Fellzir steps back to allow the healing energies to wash over the group (wisely ecluding the guard dogs from the energies), the man's eyes widen in fear as he gazes into the hellish eyes of his opponents. "Who....Why...uhhhhh....." he stumbles backwards trying to force the door shut behind him in a feeble effort, but to no avail. As he staggers to the side he starts to reach for his pouch before he finally collapses to the ground in a heap The man is currently Disabled and Unconscious.
As you pause here to catch your breath Cimri hurries up to the office door. "Good job guys! Now let's get what we came for and get outa here!"

Octavonius lies on the ground for a moment, intense pain wracking his shoulder. "Curse this body of mine," he thinks darkly to himself. "Gotten too old for jobs like this."
A familiar raven swoops down to land on the part of the palisade where the wizard stood just moments before. "Master down! Master down!" it squawks.
"Be silent, you infernal creature!" Octavonius hisses as he pulls himself to his feet. A moment later, and warm energy floods his body, numbing the pain in his shoulder until it is nothing but a memory. He turns his head to see the others violently pushing their way into the building, the fight already well in hand.
"Impressive crew this young woman has gathered," the old wizard mumbles as he hobbles his way to join them. He notes several of them pointing at ears and shaking their heads and can't help but chuckle. "Could use some work, but then again who am I, old fool that I am, to talk."
His familiar takes its familiar place on his shoulder as he steps behind the group gathered in the small building. He nods in stoic agreement to Guillaume's observation and says, mostly to Cimri. "The tiefling's right. Unless we have exact permission from higher powers to commit this act of violence and vandalism he will need to be silenced. That is, at least, my opinion but it is you who gathered us here so I will adhere to whatever wish you desire."

Hallidan Regg |

Hal can only watch Cimri, squinting through the pain in his ringing ears, and try to get the general meaning of her words. He points to the fallen man, presumably the tannery owner, and draws a finger across his throat. He hopes the message she receives is, Should we kill him?

Aurelius simply shrugs. Caring exceedingly little for the mans life, but also caring that he is not getting paid murder wages.

Cimri quickly ushers the rest of you into the office where she nods briefly at Fellzr and Auelius. Through pantomime she is able to convey to you, "This is a smash and grab here, not a hit job. Jabral lives for now...unless my masters deem otherwise."
Now that you are able to focus here you see several antique tanning tools and a pair of patterned leather tapestries decorate the walls of this small, rustic office. A well-gnawed pig’s foot lies in the corner. Searching the unconscious man Jabril has a vial filled with a milky white liquid, labeled a potion of Cure Light Wounds. Searching his body also produces the quiver filled with 10 bolts for his crossbow, lying still on the floor, and a pair of keys, one you see is for the front door, and the other is for a small lockbox pushed under Louslik’s desk.

Aurelius switches from his bastard sword to his sap, and blindfolds and gags the sod for good measure.

He very carefully inspects the main office for anything that could have been overlooked.

Guillaume finds little of interest in the desk which hold several sheafs of papers being used as a ledger here, detailing the mundane financial and other assorted operations of the tannery.
Fellzir and Aureluis both see the leather tapestries and the tannng tools (which bear the initials “L. T.”) are all well-made and could be worth something...
The lockbox opens easily after you use one of the keys found and it contains numerous small leather purses (each branded prominently with the initials “L. T.”), containing silver pieces in 10, 20, and 50 sp increments. The funds are worth a total of 800 gp.
The two leather tapestries on the walls are worth 200 gp each, and the antique tools are worth another 200 gp.

Aurelius joinks both the tapestries and the tanning tools, putting them into his backpack.
"Seems valuable" being more then enough for him, knowing just how valuable is best discussed when he could actually discuss things.
Does anyone even have appraise?

Octavonius Procchus |

Octavonius and his familiar post themselves just outside the door, leaving the scrounging of valuables to the more physically capable while keeping eyes and ears peeled around them. Ohd occasionally hops around to face the interior of the building and caws in excitement whenever something particularly nice or shiny is revealed. The wizard shushes the bird several times but can't help but gaze back over his shoulder in curiosity every now and then.
Appraise: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
With a keen eye for goods honed by years of stealing (and a fewed cawed words of advice from his raven) Octavonius rattles off the values of the tapestries and tools.

"Deaf! Deaf!" Ohd caws in Infernal.
"Oh Hells," Octavonius curses. He then waves until he gets Aurelius' attention, points at the backpack, and uses his fingers to count out the full amount of the items he just placed inside. "This is going to get old fast," he mutters darkly to himself.

Remembering that the mission was to ransack the office as well as rob it, Hal takes pains to scatter everything from the desk onto the floor and generally make a mess of the room.

Aurelius points to Guillaeume, points to Cimri and makes a questioning motion.

Cimri nods in approval at your team's thoughtfulness here including Hallidan here, though she does give a glare to the tiefling at his desire to torch the place. "C'mon, we got what we came for here...Let's get outa here. Remember to split up and meet me back at the Ash House fer yer rewards." She also snags the healing potion from Jabril's pouch and drops it into her own.
After securing your ill-gotten gains here and taking hold of the lockbox, which weighs a hefty amount (20lbs) but still easily carried, you all exit the office...where Ohd, Octavius's trusted familiar raven caws out a warning, "Master, gate isss opening! Someone isss coming!"
Actions? Keep in mind Aurelius, Fellzir and Hallidan are still Deafened. Also who is carrying the lockbox?

I only have a one-handed weapon and can fight just fine while carrying something, so I can take the lockbox.
Hal, none the wiser for whatever the old man's animal helper has to say, continues out into the courtyard.

Octavonius Procchus |

"Damnation!" Octavonius hisses before reflexively hushing his companion. He orders the raven to take flight and leave the place before turning around to face the others as they make to leave, motioning for them to stop and go back into the building.
If they do he will follow inside and try to close the door before the gate opens.

Aurelius Flavius |

Aurelius sees Octavionus and has a reasonable idea whats up, taking position inside of the building, while making certain his face is sufficiently obscured.

Quickly you position yourselves to 'greet' who happens to be returning to the tannery at this late hour. The noisy rumbling of the gate effectively masks your noises and soon the gate reveals in the shadows a stained, flower-painted handcart loaded with chamber pots and fresh excrement is being pulled by two elderly humans. They do not seem to notice you at first as one of them calls out, "Abbie...Abbie? C'mere girl...got some nice.." their words are interrupted by the blood stains on the courtyard ground, along with the unconscious hounds lying on there!
