Aiming a bony, decaying finger at the worm-figure, he adds, "And I'll try to make the fight a little easier for all of us."

Though Sarma's attack does fry a small worm... which falls to the ground all crispy, Karasuma's, powered by his magical clasp, cleaves through many, many worms. The worms collapse into a wriggling mass, though it is apparent that they still have cohesion. (Dying, but not dead) Doriana touches a worm... one of the worms appears to be on the ground, unable to move.
