Zenith, your assumptions about success and failure are correct, except that Argoni dropped that Pirate and I failed to remove him from the map. You are welcome to Retcon your actions, although the Starknife attack did kill the Aqua Bosun.

Zenith still would've needed to move/tumble through to get into the room, decided to finish, and then tumble through to make room/potentially get panache. Just would've tumbled through vs the nearest pirate (Bosun) but otherwise everything would still be the same actions.

As Rexon throws the Javelin, the Grey Pirate actually has a weapon in his hand and can take his Attack of Opportunity.

We're not seriously injured. That would have kept us from bailing the bilges. We'll be fine once we get out of here.

Argoni easily open the crude locks on the chains, and the captives begin to make their way off the ship.

So they go away from the ship. Then the party can set fire to the ship itself.
Catlyn doesn't fear the fire at all. So she can set fire along the ship after we use the accelerator and go out of the ship before it would sink.

Before she leaves, Karija tells the group:
The decks below this one are flooded. I see you rescued Ganthur, the dwarf, so everyone has been freed.
You have rescued all the prisoners, and dispatched all the Pirates. If you want to make a fuse on the Gun Deck, where the Gunpowder is stored, you can make a DC 15 crafting check.

Argoni holds up his alchemist's flask. "This ship has guns, right? Let's go find the powder!"
Once on the gundeck, Argoni rigs the gunpowder to ignite the alchemist's fire and burn the support timbers. "Even if it doesn't all burn, it'll collapse the ship!"

"Hmp. You're enthusiastic. I'd better get moving." Itka leaves Argoni to rig the gunpowder to blow and begins laboriously hauling herself off the ship and away to safety. It wouldn't do to lag behind this time.

As your party and the captives row across the harbor, the Swift Hunter starts to smoke and then explodes with a brilliant flash of light, with gunpowder kegs flying into the air before they add to the explosions.
The ship burns brightly, obviously visible from all over the city, for several hours before the last remnants of the hull slip below the water.
You all hear Safa's voice whisper in your ears, Well done, Pathfinders.

Before leaving the docks, Rexon hurls the brass stopper from the market into the sea. As the ship burns in the harbor, his face is set in grim determination.
"We have one more task to appease the genie-binder and secure our allies. Let's go."
