I think the enemy drops immediately asleep to the ground on Toral’s turn.

![]() |

I looked for this in the hex. Slumber says they are asleep and thus helpless. I looked at the condition. Neither 'sleep' or 'helpless' state they fall prone. I think it is totally accurate to assume they end up prone and drop their weapon. But people can fall asleep standing up, they can hold objects while asleep. I would love to learn if there is an 'asleep' condition that explains all these things. I, however, looking at the spell, sleep, only see that it imposes the 'helpless' condition. To your point though, previously in this fight I had Blue fall immediately and drop his weapon. I figured he was holding the woman's dead weight and that dragged him down and knocked his weapon out of his hand as he fell. This is society play and we must stay to the rules, so if I am missing a rule somewhere, please enlighten me in the discussion. Also, unconscious does not impose the prone condition or make you drop your weapon, but I would rule it happens as soon as you gain it.
The Red guard's head slumps forward and he seems to be slowly moving towards the ground.

Fox looks for signs of life in the woman, but does not see any. The woman was already in terrible shape, probably starving and her original wounds never really healed. Fox estimates she was probably just given enough water to keep her alive.
Toral and others look into the chamber beyond for the first time. They see a large room, bisected by a pit filled with burning coals. There are remnants of 4 burnt bodies at the bottom, some ten feet down. On the far side of the room is an altar, on top of which rests a scepter made of pure silver. At its tip is a large emerald. The alter bears the writing:
Iltorian. "For Iltorian, the blessed second who taught me faith in the gods, but reliance only in oneself."
There looks to be a pile of gear lumped against the west wall, an empty bedroll with blood stains is just beside it.
Each of the three guards wears a breastplate and has a heavy steel shield, scimitar and (2) daggers.
Alarka wears a chain shirt and has a heavy steel shield and a scimitar.

Reminder, back in the original room.
The SE altar is made of iron and lined with silver coated grooves. The top center has a square hole. An inscription decorates the front.
"Kiranna"
"For Kiranna, my right hand, my fifth, the one who brought order."
The NE altar is black stone with a triangular hole. It too has an inscription on its front.
"Osomi"
"For my beloved Osomi, the last love of my long life"
The NW altar is copper colored and inscribed similarly to the others. Its top has a circular hole.
"Shasha"
"For Shasha, my third wife, who taught me to always seek the best in life."
The SW altar is made of sandalwood and decorated with a fine ivory inlay. It is inscribed as well.
"Elea"
"For Elea, my delicate desert flower. May the fourth rest forever at my side."
It can reasonably clear that the materal of the altars corresponds to the rods now inserted into the center alter.
