I think under normal circumstances Grigore would've picked up that something was off and I would've rolled SM, but given the odd situation, I'm inclined to say he's a tad distracted. :)

I had considered the same. Aid another is always an option. Plus, if me or Wulfric were the primary and we managed to hit a 25 with aid, he could regain additional HP.

A team of healers standing over a patient.


BTW did I take any sanity damage? I know what madness I want if it's over my threshold.

No such luck within the cloak or shirt. But feel free to take a look around the rooms you have been in and see what you might discover. Only hit for finding stuff I will give moving forward.

Sanity Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2 Damage is what those who failed will take. Fortunately... unfortunately... it was only the good doctor that failed.

I have the gear added to the loot sheet and the 13 pennies added to party gold. I will start to take off claimed items and clothing tonight. I don’t think it will benefit us particularly to track that.

BTW I have dyslexia so if there's some weirdness to my writing it's likely because of that. One of the reasons I started PbP was to help get over my aversion to people reading my writing. I like writing and almost minored it as an undergrad. But I'm not good at it and I get discouraged easily. I've got better because I've stuck with PbP; turns out practicing every day, even a little, for years makes you better at a thing.

Anyway I'm not fishing for compliments just sharing.

It seems like it'll be difficult to conduct a diplomatic conversation when poor Erebus can't hear what they're saying, and can't hear exactly what's gone on so far either (insert laughter-crying emoji)

Hey guys. As you come across items make sure that you are adding them to your alias/character sheet, edit your status bar, and claim it on the loot tracker. This is a huge help for me because when I make rolls I base them on your status bar. It is also helpful so that everyone knows what items are spoken for and which ones are free.

Hey everyone! Two things. 1st I have added an Overview Map to the maps tab up top, and it will be at the top of each of my post. Give you a kind of "fog of war" progression as we go.

2nd: As things progress with exploring, I would like a marching order. "Single file" and "two by two" I don't know if I'm missing it but I'm not seeing it in my notes. Thanks!

Asrat is fine with any marching order as long as he has someone in front and behind him at all times.

Ryzel in front for sure. When we get/find armor for Bolkvar that'll be great, but at the moment my 15 is our best AC, haha. Ethyl's listing seems great to me.

Once I get my formula book back I can get my AC up to 18 for a long amount of time, and 22 for a short amount of time. Some armor would be nice too...

I did some clean up on the loot pages, I want to verify that Vex took all the armor we have, (leather, kilt, and buckler), and that we have 3 spare improvised weapons. Right now Chatty, Angry, and Doc have claimed one each. I assume Vex and Blue don't need imp weapons since they have real ones.

I stole all the armor, yup. (OOCly I'm certainly open to sharing it around, but ICly Ryzel would grab it and nobody's said anything about it IC. :P And it's not the worst to have one person be dedicated tank and get them as high as possible, anyway.)

And yes, no improvised weapon for me due to Dagger.

The marching order seems fine to me!

With the low damage potential, given a negative strength score, Erebus wouldn't really be able to do more than 1 point of damage per round with the improvised weapons. A dagger would be modestly better. He'll continue to rely on spells and aid another actions for now, at least until we find ranged weapons he can use.

I added the gp value to the items on the loot list that were missing it. I combined a few items that were the same to the same line with quantity 2.

Sorry for the delay- things have gotten busy at work with the holidays and end of year paperwork and whatnot (and also I got caught up in a big game of axis and allies over the weekend). I should be posting in all my games at some point later today.

And, marching order looks good- my damage output is bad enough that I don’t really need to be near the front (though I had picked up one of the improvised weapons), and being near the middle helps me hit everyone when I channel.

For the sling, do we need actual sling bullets for it to be used? Or can we use the rocks among the debris as bullets? If so, would that count as an improvised weapon or regular weapon to determine if we'd have -4 to hit using it or not.

According to the Sling entry on the SRD, you can use rocks and other hard projectiles but instead of a 1d4 damage, they do a 1d3. And you get a -1 to the attack roll. From the description it is due to the fact that anything other than bullets don't have the correct density or roundness that the bullets have.
