Isder whips out a dagger while Sebasti moves over the charred corpse of the centipede to strike at Orange. While his first strike is easily dodged, the centipede is not so lucky on the second; Sebasti drives his rapier right between the creature's mandibles and it collapses, dead!
Red scuttles forward and attempts to bite at the daring swashbuckler! Its mandibles sink into Sebasti's boot just enough to break the skin on the first bite but he's able to pull his foot back and away to avoid the second. Still, the bite wound stings and burns...
Sebasti takes 1 piercing damage and needs to make a DC 14 Fort save.

Tarcog and his dragon buddy hustle closer to the remaining centipede and the dragon exhales a line of electricity over the creature. Caught off guard, the centipede seems to take even more damage than expected! Critical Fail!

Sebasti feels a burning pain beginning to spread from the site of his bite wound but he does his best to ignore it as he shouts encouragement to Bubba. He then moves up and attempts to skewer the centipede with his rapier but the pain of his wound distracts him and the strike misses the mark.
But Ezren has just the thing to deal with this nonsense - a barrage of magical missiles to the face. The centipede screeches in agony and falls!

Though the immediate threat has been ended, the centipede’s poison still rages through Sebasti’s system…

Looks like Bubba never got to his turn in the order so he didn't end up raging.
Bubba looks pretty agitated with the creepy crawlies but they're snuffed out before he can get in close to do anything about it.
"You sick? Did it poison you? Oh... not good! I've had buddies that worked the temples with me die of snake and scorpion bites!" He drops his plank and starts pulling out all manner of bandages and scalpels and old clay jars of ointments.
"Want me ta try helping?"
I'll let you decide if want some treatment, be it for poison or for healing. Bubba is +5 trained. You can make the roll.

"Ah. Yes. The bugger nicked me, but I guess it was enough to poison me," Sebasti says with a thoughtful furrow of his brow. He readily accepts Bubba's efforts to treat the poison, his wounds, or both.

Though Bubba is ready to help, the pain from Sebasti's bite wound quickly ebbs and finally disappears on its own. There's still some lingering injury but he feels fairly confident that he's managed to weather the poison's effects.
Sebasti is down 6 HP and Tarcog is down 2, just as a reminder.
Meanwhile, Isder carefully scans the centipede lair for any further signs of the Lorekeeper. Bones and other detritus litter the floor of this small chamber and strangely, thick webs cling to the walls and ceiling.
After poking around a bit, the two of you determine the bones here to be those of rats and other small mammals. You also realize that the webbing here was certainly created by a dream spider.
It looks like the tracks you've been following pass by this chamber and continue on to the east.

"Hold still, the burn means its working!" Bubba slathers the wound with some ointment in an unlabeled clay jar. The smell is NOT good.

Tarcog and his dragon were using the webs to hold the pieces of the various skeletons in place when he notices how the medical practice is going.
With a look of concern, Tarcog comes over. “I have this that might help?” he says, bringing out a Minor Healing potion. Handing it to Sabasti he adds “Go ahead and drink it.”

Bubba steps back and looks at his handiwork "Ya, something doesn't seem right. You look worse than before.. its super red now too... Does this hurt?" He pokes the now super red and swollen area, just to be sure.

Okay, so now Sebasti is down 14 HP and Tarcog 2 HP. Bubba might want to stick to smashing things, if that's how he handles first aid ;)
After, perhaps, taking some time to catch your breath and mend your wounds, you continue following the tracks on their panicked and meandering path through the cavern system.
Feel free to retcon any use of healing potions, re-focusing, etc. if you wish.
Circling around and heading towards the north again, the glow of Sebasti's wayfinder reveals another dead-end chamber to the west. Within, you spot another one of those ugly, oversized shrieker mushrooms from earlier - and lying at its base, a backpack!
Backpack is marked with the yellow 'X'.

Ezren rolls his eyes at Bubba's clumsy attempts at healing, and pulls out a pair of vials, each containing a reddish liquid. "Here, drink up and let's get out of this hole." Ezren has two minor elixirs of life he's happy to share. May as well use those pregen resources, right?

Another one of them shrieking mushrooms.. well, no sense standing here like a noob!
"Don't worry, I got this." Bubba shuts off his light, draws his dagger and creeps towards the mushroom. Now, where's that air sac again?

Confident that if he can handle one shrieker he can handle a second, Bubba creeps forward. As he gets within reach of the oversized mushroom and reaches out with his dagger, it almost looks as though he slips - but it must've been your imagination as he easily slices off the shrieker's air sac, leaving it silenced.
With the shrieker taken care of, you're able to safely retrieve the dropped backpack. Rifling through it reveals a journal filled with sketches of various objects, a series of progressively more challenging Dwarven writing exercises, and theories about possible locations of ancient ruins. There's also a week's worth of rations as well as two minor healing potions.

"Hey, some snacks left in here! Not sure why anyone would leave behind perfectly good snacks and potions.. the other stuff looks a bit boring, but maybe its important?" Bubba turns his light back on and partakes in some jerky as the others look things over.

"I probably should," he agrees with Tarcog when they discover the lost backpack and its contents. "Hopefully, the lorekeeper won't need them or won't react as poorly to Bubba's ministrations."

"Oh, that makes sense about the lore stuff. Hopefully he's not so allergic for sure." Bubba picks one last bit of jerky from his teeth and rearms himself with his wooden plank.
"Onward!" He announces.

As you help yourself to (some) of the contents contained in the pack, Tarcog wonders aloud as to why it would've been abandoned here. Thinking on the tracks you've been following, the length of the stride of whoever made them, and the meandering path they've followed, you suspect that whoever made them was likely running through the caverns in a panic.
With Sebasti's wounds now mostly taken care of, you push on, following the trail as the tunnel continues to the east and then winds north and then northwest. As you round a turn and reach an intersection in the tunnels you can see a very large chamber immediately to the south. The sound of dripping water echoes throughout and you can see a large but shallow pool of water within the chamber. Thick webbing covers a large boulder protruding from the floor at the center of the pool. The desiccated husks of dozens of insects and arachnids, and the bones of a few small mammals, lie in the water. One recently dead spider with an intricate pattern on its abdomen lies near the boulder, a dagger embedded deep in its thorax.
And there, just at the edge of the bright light, you can see a figure slumped against the boulder and partially bound up in the webbing!

"Ugh, I hate spiders. Let's lure it out and I'll smoosh the green goop out of its belly!" Bubba takes out a two foot chunk of 2x4 with a handle carved out of it.
"I can toss this into the web and see if a spider jumps out, then we smoosh."

"No time like the present," Sebasti says. Blade ready for the inevitable arachnid ambush, he moves into the cave toward the web-bound figure on the boulder. "Don't let me die!"

Made you look!
Ever cautious, Isder and Sebasti cautiously approach the webbed-up boulder and the figure slumped against it. Thankfully, no spiders show themselves and they're able to get a better look at the orc woman who seems to be partially trapped in the webbing.
At first, it seems as though you might be too late as the duo notice a fair amount of blood seems to have pooled and puddled around the orc. But as the pair watch, they begin to see the shallow but steady rise and fall of the woman's chest and realize that she's still alive! She certainly needs some sort of medical attention, however.

As Aella, Sebasti, and Isder see to the injured woman the rest of the group fans out to secure the rest of the cavern as well as inspect it for anything of interest. A bit of nosing around reveals that there don't seem to be any additional dangers lurking about, nor does Ezren detect any magical auras here.
Meanwhile, Sebasti and Isder cut the orc woman free of the webbing that binds her while Aella applies healing magic to the woman's injuries. The scrapes and bite wounds knit together and the orc's color improves, her breathing becoming less shallow. Presently, her eyes flutter and open.
"What... what happened? Who are you?" she asks as she rubs the back of her head, and then moves her hand to look at the blood that is caked in her hair. "Oh...The last I remember is heading into a cavern system, looking for signs of ancient ruins. I found a cave...there was a loud shriek...and a spider..."
