The party is able to retreat out of the manor with their lives as well as the deed to ownership for the Pathfinder Society. When you get back to the Grand Lodge, you meet with Zarta Dralneen, who seems very interested in what occurred.
"Well, my little flesh morsels, what really happened at the manor?"

"Nothing good," Grams replies. "The owner made a deal with the devil and they appear to both be trapped there -- one's a ghost now -- in misery. There were also a number of kobolds who wouldn't listen to reason.
"We had to kill them to defend ourselves," she says sadly, thinking perhaps they could have simply let them continue to live there in spite of everything they had discovered. "We did get the deed, at least."

"These creatures are an affront to Pharasma. I will hope to return someday to send them to the Boneyard."

Zarta chuckles at the vehemence of the Duskwalker, while nodding at Grams's description.
"I am quite interested in how this ghost and the devil are bound. We'll have to do more investigations on that, later."
We're just wrapping up. Please make your Downtime rolls if you would like them on your chronicle!

Objectives:
Primary: Recovering the Deed and the Letter to Gregaro Voth.
Secondary: Either seal Nashaxian within his throne or complete the adventure with Diggen Thrune still sealed within a magic item.
The first is clear, and the second is the interesting one. Technically, you left him sealed in there, since Nashaxian isn't going to free him immediately.
There will be some interesting reporting, though.
if the PCs freed Diggen’s ghost, check box A on the reporting sheet. If the PCs turned over Diggen’s captive ghost to the devil Nashaxian, check box B on the reporting sheet. If the PCs had possession of the deed to Diggen’s Rest when they completed the adventure, check box C. If the PCs defeated Nashaxian but did not bind him to the throne, check box D. Multiple boxes may apply.
So, I will be checking B & C for this one!

I'm sure Diggen and his friend are having a screaming good time in there right now, Zarta my dear. They will be there for a good while as well.

Farzin smiles broadly at being called a flesh morsel.
"For whatever reason, it seemed their destiny to be together."
He dons his disguise and returns to selling "authentic" Saurton Red. Or trying to sell it anyway...
