As a heads up, I'm hoping to bring Zenith to Paizocon Europe on August 19th. I think that's plenty of time, but if it looks like it'll be close then for the last bounty I'll bring one of my other characters.

Thanks for running this game @Redeux! It was unexpected :D A bounty with a holiday theme of sorts. I know the story about stone soup, and when I looked at it on Wikipedia apparently it is easter European folk tale :|

Regarding Rawiri I am wondering if I should not swap his Wizard Archetype for something more CHA-based like Bard or Sorcerer. I can't find the angle for him personality-wise, is he a bit of a scholar? Stealing wizard that was thrown to of academy?

Mauve, as a reminder, I am out of town next week, so I would prefer to go last in our rotation.

I am unfamiliar with azarketi history (nor with Earthfall), I had some time to respond. But for that, I need a better backstory than being thrown out of wizard college. Darn that RP!

I botted Korakai since I'm going to be unable to post tomorrow (outpatient surgery). Maybe someone will be up for botting me? If not then no worries-- I expect to be able to post hopefully Saturday if not sooner. Just depends on how I feel.

All the best are you at the receiving end of that surgery or are you doing one? I hope it will go well regardless, but I am just curious.

I am from a country that does not speak English, so despite working in English (and playing RP in English), there are areas with vocabulary that are foreign to me (compared to other English language aspects that are just moderately foreign to me ;)). I heard the description as same-day surgery.

When I tried to analyze the words outpatient surgery my first thought was: they remove the organ out of the body do the surgery and then put it right back :D And that is why it is outpatient, I am glad that it is not it ;)

Every now and then I am caught by language differences: like in my language, doors are always plural, so even there was one door on Norther wall in my games they were always: 'There are doors in front of you.';)

As a heads up I think to play it safest I will run a VTT bounty session to get Zenith to lvl 2 before Paizocon Europe. This way we don't have to worry about them getting locked in.

I will plan to bring a different character for B10. Unfortunately my really fun concept already has B10 credit. Over next day or so I'll try to put together a different char sheet. Very likely will be a bomber alchemist.

Just fyi, I will experiment with a different Rawiri ;) I never liked to play Rogues and when I looked at the possible progression of Aldricht Tricksters I was not thrilled. I couldn't see my character with the feats, who he is and how he acts in and out of combat.

So I will try something else before the concrete of lvl 2 defines him

Sorry it took a bit longer than normal! Was my last week at work this week. Spent most of my free time hanging with my coworkers/roommates.

Will work on the chronicle sheets and reporting. Will do them first thing in the AM.

Will start B10 on Monday since there is no rush from Zenith and Rawiri needs to update.

@Gm Muave - thanks for running this bounty! I had a blast. I don't mind it taking a bit longer, but the story was cohesive and engaging. I like that bounty, the skill checks, and the whole story. So thank you!

And Rawiri is updated, Swashbuckler Batledancer with thrown weapons. He is a Dwarf Ifrit and the avatar was the closest that I could find. I will look for something more appropriate as he should not be that burning ;)

Yes, thank you for running @GM Mauve. I also had fun and dont mind it taking longer. Between these sessions and my other bounty group (running through all of them) I've learned that despite the short nature of bounties they can take longer in both VTT and PbP.

@All - I ran out of time to throw my alchemist's statblock into PbP format and come up with a permanent name. I decided to just copy Zenith's character sheet and remove the AcP stuff (so for this bounty they aren't a kayal and won't use a spiked chain). The credit will go under my alchemist's ID (2011). I picked human ancestry feat/heritage that gave the same number of skills as i had chosen for Kayal so everything should match pretty much 1:1 except lack of darkvision and no spiked chain.

Ha, the gameday sign-ups have started:
- My single table that I GM: Enter the Pallid Peak was full when I woke up ;) And I know all the players! Most of them have already played when I GM'ed which means: I don't scare people off :D Good to see you Watery Soup among the players ;) However, PC levels are all over the spectrum :|
- I was able to sign up to all of the tables that I wished for ;) However, the low-level tables filled supper fast. The higher tier tables take a bit longer.

I'll probably rearrange my character levels as tiers settle in. Expect a lot of that. I just wanted to reserve a space in a scenario I wanted to play and a good GM. :D

I find it nearly impossible to predict what's going to fill up. Last year, I used my GM signup to sign up for 2-02, one of the Season 2 intros, for which there were only 2 tables. Not even one table filled - we ended up collapsing both entries into one game and one GM joined as a player to make a table of 5. This year, 13 hours after registration opened, 48 spaces of 3-01 have filled up.

On the flip side, 1-08 filled up already?! Weird. That scenario is a year and a half old.

Yeah, I don't get it either! Some of the scenarios got full immediately.

...Expect a lot of that. I just wanted to reserve a space in a scenario I wanted to play and a good GM. :D

If you find such a table let me know, I would gladly join it ;)

Jokes aside I also have high hopes for that scenario, I love the idea of exploring dwarven settlement, and I seem to have gathered a good team of players. The only downside will be fights which for some will seem to easy while for others to hard :| But what can you do? I will focus on other parts.

Btw. I saw that you signed for Dacilane academy, I really liked that scenario. When I GMed it, I got a really cool team, and some of the parts were really entertaining

Chronicle looks good, downloaded and saved. Thanks for running it Watery Soup, I really liked this one. The bounty seemed to be cohesive, the skill checks made sense the fight was cool, I liked the interaction between players. NPC and her bird was something else, so yeah I liked the whole lot of this game!

And as noted, we are at the end. Thank you all for taking part of it! It took us 4 months to go through 8 bounties which I think is good speed. I definitely enjoyed it a lot! Thanks, folks, I would gladly repeat it in the future, if you ever feel like doing it!

I am playing Menace under Otari with MuaveAvengr and at a couple of Gameday tables WaterySoup.

When we're done with the 2-20/2-22/2-24 series, I will likely offer to GM it, assuming that running 2-16 (my first level 5-8 scenario) doesn't turn me off from GMing higher tier scenarios, heh.
