"A kelpie?! That checks out - no sane horse would ever criticize your performance, Oskar!"
Roumatha sticks his sword into the mud and draws a shortbow, then sends two cold iron arrows flying into the equine fey.
Shot 1, Courage: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 7 + 1 = 21 for: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 1 = 4 damage
Shot 2, Courage: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (13) + 7 + 1 - 5 = 16 for: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 2 + 1 = 5 damage
GM Sedoriku
Or you could use your cold iron rapier and do a much more reliable +5 to your damage only downside is you don't have that +1 to hit. You know it's weak to the metal.
Horatio is able to overcome the slight mental fog from the kelpie's luring, and instead tries to overstuff the creature full of food.
Will save, DC 19: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (2) + 14 = 16
A variety of meats and wines appear in front of the kelpie and magically stuff themselves into it's maw. At first the horse happily gulps up the nutrients, but quickly realizes how much there is and how it can't keep it all down. The white face turns a sickly green with nausea.
Max tries to puncture the horse with his rapier but the weapon is just barely turned aside. His dagger however does find its mark in the side of the beast, but it doesn't stay in long enough to release its poison. Even a 19 misses, and the dagger wasn't a crit so don't waste the charge. Also don't forget your Multiple Attack Penalty on the second strike!
However, Ruby then lands on the thing's back and tries to maul it to pieces. She tears a strip of flesh off, and nearly gets at a critical spot she but fails to get a good latch and is tossed off shortly.
Zabu is able to sweep under the legs of the creature and cause it to fall on its side before he then scythes a claw into its neck.
Roumatha fires his one cold iron arrow, just barely hitting the prone horse, and causing it to squeal in pain. His second arrow misses and plinks off the rocks beyond. You only got one free cold iron arrow from the preparations, so you could only fire one unless bought more. Though I'm sure that some people in the party might be willing to give you theirs.
With the arrow in its side the horse gives one last heaving breath as the cold iron arrow burns through its body and slowly pierces it's heart. The thing then dies, as it's form turns back into it's natural seaweed covered form. The weakness was the last point of damage you needed. Also picture of the regular form in the slides.
Picking up the slightly gnawed on wayfinder lid, you find the name of the missing scout that Balckthane sent you out to find. Reporting back the dwarf gives a small sigh of sadness from losing the scout but then looks back up at everyone. "Good work, that thing looks like it did a number on you. Get to the wagons and we'll give you some time to get your wounds patched up before giving you another mission. Let me or Benarry know when you're ready to head out again."
You have some time to rest up (an hour or two would be reasonable) before you go on the next mission. Speaking of which we have one vote for Enchanted Plants. I've updated the boon table in the slides for you guys to vote on.
Finally, I'm going to give a Hero Point to Oskar for making me laugh with that critic comment, and a second to Zabu for tripping the enemies and making them easier to hit for everyone.

Seeing that the worst of his charge's wounds are tended to, Phillipton will take a moment, hand out glasses to those who want them, and pour some wine. He takes his time explaining the origins of the grapes (a Druman syrah) and the bouquet and flavor profile, and in doing so, regains his connection to his deity. That's my refocus. I'm leaving the last couple HP to the other medics in our group. My math is right, Teja, Max and Oskar should be to full health.

Oskar heaves a sigh of relief at Phillipton's ministrations. "You can be assured that your character will be presented as a great hero! You may want to start practicing your autograph skills."
If anyone else is still down in health, Oskar can auto-heal 2d8 each person once/hour (unless that doesn't stack with the healing that Phillipton has already done?)
His ears perk up when he hears about the enchanted plants. "Indeed. Let's go there - I'm sure it will be very, um, inspirational. And after what we've just experienced, well, I'm sure that no harm can come from a bit of pipeweed..."

That’s enough votes for the next encounter. (The space to vote on the boons slide is still open for the next one). Feel free to finish healing up, but I’ll move us along to start the next encounter.
After a few hours to recover from the disguised horse, the group heads out to look for Blackthane. They get told by various people he headed to the front lines to handle some issue that seems to have popped up. Heading that way, you quickly enter the depths of the mwangi forest, the trees and the undergrowth thickening as you go. You quickly hear the sounds of cursing and angry dwarven in the distance and burst through another patch of undergrowth to find Khoumrock Blackthane and a group of pathfinders standing covered from head to toe in leaves and bits of vine. The dwarf pulls one long vine out of his face plat before catching sight of you. He tromps up to you, foliage shaking, “It appears that the Thorned Monarch has got the plants on their side. I just took out several, but there’s most definitely more. Why don’t you and your group go head that direction and make sure there are no more ambushes waiting for our caravan. They’re easy to miss until they’re trying to bite your head off. And bite they do! Watch your step!”
As you get to the area that Blackthane pointed, you hear a slight rustling in the grass nearby, putting everyone on immediate guard.

Sadly their movements gave away the precise location of some massive human sized Venus fly trap plants to the east of where you are. They would have blended into the undergrowth and patches of fungi around them if they hadn't moved at the wrong moment. Rolled a 1 on avoid notice
The scenario doesn't specify terrain here, but I think it would be safe to say that the dark green patches are difficult terrain as are all squares of rocks or downed trees. Also Probably goes without saying but Nature to identify the plants.
Second, we have a boon that decreases the difficulty for an encounter, would you like to use that here?

The first half of the party take their swings and attacks at the plants but all seem to miss. Teja's dagger's hilt catches on her hand as she throws it and it flies off into the brush a completely wrong direction. Max moves closer with Ruby, but misses with his rapier, while Ruby paws a the enemies in a semi-concvincing manner even through the carnivore is not really wanting to eat her greens. Horatio fires off a small ball of fire but the plant moves out of the way at the last second to avoid getting hit.
From nearby two patches of mushrooms give a shake and then resolve into the form of a small creature made of fungus. Both of them give a "Wa-ha-ha" as they move into better positions before plucking a small pod from their heads and lobbing it at the ranger and then his animal companion.

Oh, I expected the ammunition to be a pack of 10 or something... at least the melee weapon lasts for more than 1 fight I hope?
Roumatha picks up Teja's arrow. I generally favor melee combat but an arrow can be useful in a pinch.
Seeing the overgrown weeds rise up to attack, Roumatha studies the fungus creatures. Why do they have spider eyes? Spider-shrooms?
He runs up to the one attacked by Zabu and hits it from the back side (the one with hopefully less eyes)

Zabu starts to change and runs in closer, before taking a massive chunk of mushroom into his maw. It doesn't taste that bad even, which is lucky.
Oskar gets the acoustics for the woods down perfectly and sings a few lines of inspiring lyrics that echo about the clearing almost visibly hanging in the air. The halfling then gives Zabu a ward to protect him from the mushroom creature.
Roumatha marks the same creature as Zabu as his prey but can't quite seem to place what they are. The barbarian does prove to be extremely helpful in distracting the mushroom and much easier to hit that way. The cold iron doesn't seem to affect the mushroom any more than Zabu's bite though. There's no cold iron weakness here. You might do more damage with your normal +1 blade.
The big fly trap like creature near Max and Ruby has both heads lash out at the pair.

Leaf 3 vs. Max: 1d20 + 11 - 10 ⇒ (5) + 11 - 10 = 6
Sadly both initial flurries of attacks miss and then the third much more sluggish one is dodged away from as well.
The other flytrap moves in closer to the fight and preforms a very similar maneuver to the first, but this time on Zabu and Roumatha.
Leaf 1 vs. Zabu: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 11 - 2 = 19 Improved Grab, Zabu is now grabbed

Leaf 2 vs. Roumatha, FF: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (6) + 11 - 2 = 15
Only the first head is able to catch ahold of Zabu and only because the barbarian was a little lax on his defense. The plant quickly latches on to the man and holds on tight.

GM, if Zabu's AC is ordinarily 19, wouldn't the plant have missed due to Oskar's Forbidding Ward on Zabu?
Sadly, I think that only applies to attacks from the black mushroom, not the yellow fly trap. Unless I misread the spell.
Philipton is able to recognize these as Snapping fly traps, a plant creature able to gulp up medium creatures whole. They are also pretty flammable which makes his next cantrip all the more deadly when it lands. With Inspire Courage that's a crit for 18+5
Teja comes in closer and recognizes that the creature in front of her is a fungus leshy, known for their poisonous spores that they can scatter about at a moment's notice.
Max changes his weapon and tries to stab at the fly trap in front of him but misses. He tells ruby to attack as well but her flaming claws terrify the fire adverse plant and it dodges her attacks to the best of its ability. Her second claw is just barely able to rake down the plant's second jaw and burn the flesh there.
The two leshy's give another sound of fey laughter and move again. The one in black shakes its head and puffs up a cloud of spores affecting everyone standing around it.

Certainly her eyes stream, but her weapon is right on target.
How do I remove the persistent poison damage? Flat check?
GM Sedoriku
There's a few ways to remove persistent damage. First there's the easy way where you take the damage at the end of your turn and then roll a DC 15 flat check. Second, you could use (typically) 2 actions to do an appropriate act to try removing it (Read under Assisted Recovery.) The second is a bit up to GM interpretation, so feel free to get creative. You can have someone help you, too.
Teja feels the acid burn some as she scores a massive critical hit. Seems that having her vision narrowed helps the woman focus with a deadly amount of precision. The rapier punctures through the tap root of the plant killing it in the process.
Flat Check: 1d20 ⇒ 19
Her vision and the burning acid sensations fade.
Zabu is still swallowed and at risk of suffocating but an adjacent creature can cut him out with three actions and some way of dealing slashing or piercing damage. He can also cut him self out as described earlier.

Fort: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Maximilian grunts as the plant's tendrils wrap around him. "Hey, hey! Keep those tendrils to yourself!" In his attempt to free himself his flailing feet manages to kick the plant in the mouth.
"Ruby! Help!
Ruby, Fiery Leopard
With Maximilian in the tendrils of the plant Ruby attacks the tendril in the hope of freeing her companion.

GM, did you possibly forget to add the effects of Oskar's Sound Burst on the tracker? Unless they are immune to sonic, Red would have taken 4 dmg, Yellow 8 dmg (and deafened 1 round if it matters), and White 16 dmg and stunned 1 (and deafened 1 minute).

Also, a reminder to everyone: you have +1 to attacks and damage from Inspire Courage.
GM Sedoriku
I did note the damage for Red and Yellow, and had completely missed that white crit failed. Black dying healed it for 10 hit points, which would have healed it completely if it only failed.
Roumatha moves around yellow before Teja finishes it off.
Max fails around in the grasp of the plant. Did you miss a roll for an escape or unarmed strike there? He orders Ruby to help but she can't get close without possibly hurting her master so she refrains some from attacking at full strength missing both claws.

**HOUSE GM ANNOUNCEMENT**
Excellent teamwork, agents! We have rescued our fellow Pathfinders from mortal peril!
GMs, the Pathfinders Rescued condition on page 8 is in effect.
GM Sedoriku
Pathfinders Rescued: With the befuddled Pathfinders protected, they can assist with medical needs. At the end of one encounter, a helpful cleric casts a three-action heal, recovering 2d8 Hit Points.
Philipton fires a small ball of fire at red and just hits the creature dealing it a massive deal of fire damage that the plant seems to loathe.
The white fungus slowly breaks out of the funk that the massive burst of sound dealt to it. Stunned 1 before it pulls off two seed pods and flings them at Roumatha and Ruby.

I can't tell what the green template on the map is?
Oskar wishes he knew a fiery spell, then shrugs and uses his mind to hurl a razor blade at Red.

S dmg: 1d6 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 4 + 1 = 9

GM Sedoriku
Difficult terrain, I'll add it to the header. Also Oskar, your telekinetic projectile should be level 2 and thus dealing an extra d6
Extra d6: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Max frees himself from the plant as Oskar fires a razor blade from his pack at the last fly trap creature. The blade cuts off both heads as it flies and leaves the plant dying.
