Should we think about assigning newly captured gear to the villagers? If so, could use a run-down of what the Thornwood folk have currently, if anything (or did they have nothing so we should just assign gear from our loot list?).
If we're at a point where that can be handled more abstractly, that's fine too. I just expect we're going to soon want a total for new stuff we can sell....

I have assigned some gear to the new Phlanking Phorce. I'm not done yet they still need ranged weapons. But that's an after work problem.
Ryll, I see you have 2 magic daggers +1, a MW ColdIron dagger, and a MW dagger. Can I give the MW dagger to the Phlanking Phorce to round out their arsenal?

Are all the masterwork items assigned marked as such? Without getting into any of those, if I total up only things we don't need:
Amethyst (14) = 350
Aquamarine (9) = 270
Aquamarine necklace = 150
Bent leaf pin = 150
Geode = 25
Gold dust = 100
Gold holy symbol of Iomedae = 100
Greenblood oil (4) = 200
Onyx (2) = 50
Precious stone: Star Rose Quartz = 55
Silver Dust = 150
Silver Cup = 15
Silver locket = 25
Silver powder = 400
Small Gems (15) = 150
Star Crystal = 25
Wolf fang necklace = 100
= 2315 gp
Are any of the Phlankers strong enough to use the composite (+2) longbows? Anything they aren't going to use we'll want to sell, since those are 150gp sale value each.

Premek |

Ok, I assigned it to him. That leaves 750gp sale value on the other 5 longbows, +2315 = 3065
For reference, the total value of what Novvi is offering is 3277.5. So we could certainly buy all of those things, if we want them.

Premek |

Let's do it and find out! They could probably use at least some training.
Do we want to buy all the things? Ryll could certainly use the sword (which is why we asked for it), and the scrolls and potions are useful. The bag of tricks is fun, but I don't know whether we would use it...?

So... if we turn down Fahrak's offer and he gets away, presumably we get besieged.
If we accept his offer, maybe he'll actually honor it, but eventually there will be something we don't want to deliver on, and then we get besieged. So it kind of kicks the can down the road but it's the same problem. That said, they'll probably send another emissary eventually.
Keeping him from leaving is probably the best outcome. The wolf likely gives him considerable speed, so we need to address that. But if he's actually traveling on his own, he probably has some evasive abilities so it might not be easy.
It might be useful to at least initially suggest we are interested in his offer, to see what information we can weasel out of him, and make sure we are positioned to act.

At first glance, I'm inclined go with the "get info then murder him" plan. No guarantee that he came alone, and no way to know that until Premek has had a chance to scout first.
The only upside to the "play along" plan is that it may give us more info, while theoretically buying us a bit of time to move folks out of here. I don't think they would keep their word and actually spare the refugees.
If/when we attack, we'll want to hit the wolf first, to keep him from fleeing at a speed we can't match.
Either way, we may need to look at moving again.
