Shayna, you wedged the door with your AnyTool. Standard action to remove that, then a move action to unlock the door.
A good deal of noise comes from Shayna's room as the door splinters somewhat, and her key turns in the lock. The swashbuckler calls out through the door.

It's a Standard to remove the AnyTool, a Move to use the key, and a Move to open the door, so you're not out in the corridor yet. (Sorry Brady)
Similarly Jarrett, you're a little ahead of yourself. You unlocked the door last round, this round you can open it and take a single move as well as draw your sword and call out.
The injured Razmiran withdraws behind his commander.
"Sounds like the other spies are waking up" says light blue mask to his fellow as he looses another arrow at Brady.

Holy Ahendile waves her wand again, and the ball of fire bounces into Brady.

Shayna appears from her room - spotting the wounded Brady opposite - and challenges the Razmirans.
The two blue-masked Razmirans look from Shayna to Jarrett and back again. They nod to each other, a silent decision made.
Dark blue mask hops up on the nearby table and runs along it, drawing his morningstar whilst he holds his bow with the other hand. He drops down off the table on one side of Jarrett and readies an attack, as light blue mask jumps on the opposite table and takes his own morningstar out in similar wise. They strike.... taking your parry & riposte from above Jarrett

light blue morningstar damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 3 + (4) = 8
"She wants to protect her fellow spy - get her out of the way" Holy Ahendile orders.
Dark red mask steps forwards, and instead of leading with his morningstar goes in with his shoulder. But Shayna is ready. She slashes the cultist with her falcata! Her swordplay gives the cultist pause, but he tries to shove her backwards... Improved Bull Rush
bull rush, shaken: 1d20 + 6 - 2 ⇒ (10) + 6 - 2 = 14
Shayna easily parries the Razmiran, but he's ready for her parry and blocks it.
Light red mask takes up his comrades dropped bow and moves up behind.
"I'll deal with you myself" Holy Ahendile says as she gestures with her wand again. She sends the sphere of flames against Shayna, and just as she did to Brady she follows it up with a barrage of force missiles.

As a standard action that provokes attacks of opportunity (as drinking a potion), you gain one of the following benefits. When you have used a given benefit, check the adjacent box, indicating that the extract has been expended. The pathfinders start to turn the tables.
Kra'ak slashes at the legs of one of the Razmirans. They're all human, your Favoured Enemy is in effect.
Brady drinks a secret-stash pick-me-up that mends the worst of his wounds. He readies his shield and prepares to return to the fight.
Wisp makes it to the top of the common room and summons up his power - then blasts one of the Razmiran's and knocks him to the ground!
Shayna is badly hurt by Holy Ahendile's magic, but it just makes her mad! She cuts down the cultist in her way! Crit doesn't confirm but you do enough damage to drop dark red
Jarrett helps Kra'ak finish the cultist between them, then flees without a word, heading for the stables. Removing Jarrett now.
Consider the blue Razmirans removed from the battle entirely; dark red could conceivably return if healed.
The last Razmiran soldier doesn't bother to step forwards, but stands his ground and looses an arrow at Shayna:
bow vs Shayna: 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 5 + 1 + 1 = 26damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
From 10 feet away it would seem to be harder to miss than to hit, but the wound is not as severe as Shayna's burns.
Holy Ahendile does not react to the sounds of falling bodies in the common room, but presses her attacks against the present foe, repeating her magical assault against Shayna.

Brady's voice emerges from the bedroom. "Good idea, Kra'ak, but we can't just leave Shayna lying there!" And you're a kobold, you'll never be able to carry her. Ugh! Why do you keep giving a s*+$ about these people! You could've just jumped out that window, dude, and saved yourself. Now, you're probably just going to get killed like the dumb dummie you are.
"I'll grab her; try to cover me!" Brady dashes out of his room, darts around the flaming sphere and stands defensively, blocking Shayna from attack.
Move: 20'
Standard: total defense
Brady is going to try to pick up or drag Shayna next round. I reviewed the lifting and dragging rules from Carrying Capacity, and I don't see anything that states what effect dragging has on encumbrance and thus Max Dex to AC, speed, etc. Does that mean that if Brady drags Shayna away next round, instead of picking her up and carrying her, he would incur no penalties? Also, can you rule on whether carrying Shayna would put Brady at Med or Heavy encumbrance? Without his armor and backpack, Brady is currently carrying 31.5 lbs of a 133 lb light load, up to 266 for med and 400 for heavy.
Lifting and Dragging: A character can lift as much as his maximum load over his head. A character’s maximum load is the highest amount of weight listed for a character’s Strength in the heavy load column of Table 7–4.
A character can lift as much as double his maximum load off the ground, but he or she can only stagger around with it. While overloaded in this way, the character loses any Dexterity bonus to AC and can move only 5 feet per round (as a full-round action).
A character can generally push or drag along the ground as much as five times his maximum load. Favorable conditions can double these numbers, and bad circumstances can reduce them by half or more.
| GM supervillan |
The 'Drag' spoiler below answers Brady's questions - but you can all read it, it's just tidier like this.
Average human female weight is 140lbs, but Shayna is probably slightly less being a dextrous but not heavily muscled warrior - add in light armour and gear, say 150lbs total. Medium encumbrance feels fair if you carry her over your shoulder. Move action to pick her up, which would provoke.
You might wish to use the Drag combat manoeuvre, with Shayna's CMD adjusted for being helpless and unconscious (DEX=0, effective STR=0) which would be 3. Roll CMB against that, follow the Drag manoeuvre rule (provoke from Shayna - but she's an ally - your movement will provoke from enemies); you and Shayna move 5' plus 5' for every 5 points you beat the CMB by. She finishes up behind you. Max distance you can Drag is your speed. Standard action. No effect on your AC or defences.
Edit: I wrote that ^ before looking at the map and adjudicating actions.
Wisp closes the distance, as quickly as his short legs allow.
"Get Radcek behind me" Holy Ahendile orders as she sees Brady re-emerge and stand over her fallen soldier to try to protect Shayna.
Light red mask grabs hold of dark red mask whilst Brady is preoccupied preventing any attacks. He hauls his comrade into the bathroom, leaving Holy Ahendile facing Brady directly.
The Razmiran priestess raises her wand.
"You should have surrendered when you had the chance."
She speaks a prayer to Razmir.
Kra-KOOM!! a bolt of lightning issues from her wand, filling the corridor.
electricity damage: 6d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 4, 3, 6, 5) = 25 DC18 Reflex for half damage

I think you read the Lightning Bolt slightly wrong, Kra'ak. 18 was the save DC, not the damage. Missing the save means 25 damage, and you're unconscious.
Holy Ahendile's lightning attack kills the already badly inured Shayna, and drops poor Kra'ak as well. But Brady throws his body to the wall and avoids the worst, dodging the fiery sphere as well. The sphere then burns away to nothingness duration expires at start of Ahendile's next turn.

Based on my recent research into picking up Shayna, I'll point out that a Med or Heavy load imposes a Max Dex limit that could lower the Razmiran's AC. Just trying to eek out anything I can here! This is one of the tightest spots Brady's been in.

Brady gets mad. His first attack is too hasty and is ineffective, but the old one-two works like a charm and Brady lands a solid gut-punch. But red-mask has been protected by Razmiran magic and still stands! Light red mask is encumbered whilst carrying his boss - though these guys have more STR than DEX.

As Wisp moves to help the dying Kra'ak, Brady ends the fight with two hard kicks to Holy Ahendile's prone body! Crit confirmed - and what a time for it, I don't think you wanted another lightning bolt down the corridor :o
Out of combat!
Can Wisp and Brady save Kra'ak?
You've got 7 rounds before Kra'ak expires - Kra'ak you can continue to make Stabilisation rolls and you are currently at -7.
Also you've got three unconscious Razmirans now :)

Brady gathers with Wisp near Kra'ak. "Are they going to be okay?" he asks Wisp, clearly not wanting to accept yet that one of their allies here won't be able to rise again... at least not without further aid from Pathfinders who aren't here.
Once Wisp has activated magical healing for him, Brady returns to the Razmirans, and drags them one by one to his room. He fishes in his backpack for a coil of rope, and begins tying them up, taking a moment to don his armor along the way. He makes sure that all three have gags to prevent them calling for aid later, too.
If moving and/or tying the Razmirans up risks waking them up, please let me know so I can adjust actions.
He then turns his attention to Shayna, silently moving her back into her room, and laying her out neatly to later collect her body.
"Akito. Akito! Where's Akito?"

"I didn't see anyone run off, so he must be nearby." He looks from the rondelero to his wand and back again. "I..uh...I don't think Shayna's gonna make it."
