Father Emmett scratches his chin. The Cleric does recall some specific information about these types of Undead.
Father Emmett still has 2 Actions remaining; if you want to do otherwise?
The mindless undead skeletons hungrily move forward toward the disgustingly delicious life!

Round 1
The skeletons rattle in their old, dirty, worn to almost shreds leather armor. Their white boney claws seem to greedily flex as they approach the disgustingly sweet, sweet living flesh!
Father Emmet--recalling something about skeletons verses types of weapons--decides to heft his great axe in the spirit of it's purpose!
Hearing the good Father's assessment of this dangerous situation, Ono decides to go pugilists! Approaching from the North, our Elf swings a bit wildly with his fists; striking only air and hard skeleton bones!
Watanabe speaks a quick arcane word; a glowing shield of force surrounding him! The brave, brave wizard then steps closer to the evil Bones--Thugs---and Harmony group!
Miss Canella--being a bad ass!--decides to sacrifice defense for offense. The flashy Catfolk then raises her shield; just as she lashes out with mailed fist! She strikes only hard bone with not a single breakage!
Faktar--the most certainly acrobatic--easily tumbles through the boney skeleton's legs; confronting it from across our Miss Canella!
The White-scale then snaps his shield in place; just as his flash of a rapier strike knocks off a bit of white bone!
Hit!
Skeletons are up....

Trigger An enemy damages, Grabs, or Grapples your ally, and both are within 15 feet of you.
You free an ally from restraint. If the trigger was an ally taking damage, the ally gains resistance to all damage against the triggering damage equal to 2 + your level. The ally can attempt to break free of effects grabbing, restraining, immobilizing, or paralyzing them. They either attempt a new save against one such effect that allows a save, or attempt to Escape from one effect as a free action. If they can move, the ally can Step as a free action, even if they didn’t need to escape.
Ono takes 3 less damage; and he may take a Free Step

Commandant Lassard
Continuing on to their destination, the Agents turn onto the street that the reported shop owners are--misbehaving! There seems to be quite a crowd gathered about...
Smoke and profanities rise up from a cluster of food stalls near a small park overlooking Absalom Harbor. The commotion centers on two particularly decrepit booths positioned across from each other, each little more than piles of haphazardly nailed boards, their peripheries scorched and smoldering. Suddenly a clay pot flies across the intervening space, smashing against one of the scorched stalls and splattering flaming oil across several others.
Father Emmett Slade
Walking toward Pelmo's Pickle Hut, Father Emmett thinks to himself I hope we can resolve this situation peacefully without innocent citizens burned by flaming oil
"Pelmo! Or whoever is running this stand! Please stand down before innocent children are hurt! Focus instead on me, a customer with a mean appetite for goblin cuisine!"

With at least 1 minute of conversation, during which you engage in charismatic overtures, flattery, and other acts of goodwill, you seek to make a good impression on someone to make them temporarily agreeable. At the end of the conversation, attempt a Diplomacy check against the Will DC of one target, modified by any circumstances the GM sees fit. Ono Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Both Father Emmett and Ono notice that a few barrels seem to be smothering. There may be some fire peeking out around them....
Ono.
”So, about this burning barrel over here... This is probably going to get a lot worse pretty quickly.” Ono says, as he moves to smother the, as of now, small fire.
I hope these don’t explode in a massive fireball, he briefly thinks to himself.
Watanabe Ren
Watanabe wonders why there are unsupervised mules wandering the streets of Absalom but his pondering is quickly broken as the mule is set ablaze. He pinches his nose while the others talk the goblins down rather than arresting them and he suddenly wished he knew how to conjure water.
He looks around for some methods of smothering the flames.
Father Emmett Slade
Father Emmett looks around for any nearby pedestrians that may be in danger of being near an explosion, activates his Word of Truth, and yells to them.
"Attention: There is a risk of fire and explosion! For your safety, please move away quickly and safely!"
Word of Truth: You speak a statement you believe to be true and that is free of any attempt to deceive through twisting words, omission, and so on. The statement must be 25 words or fewer. A symbol of your deity glows above your head, and anyone who sees you and hears your statement knows that you believe it to be true.
Commandant Lassard
The two chef goblins continue to toss fiery oil-filled pots at each other!
The barrels do seem to be quickly catching fire; and they look mischievously about at the crowd!
Ono, Watanabe, and Faktar begin looking for ways to douse them.
Disable Survival DC 20 to smother the flames without rupturing the barrels

The Mule seems to be just a bit singed; and just a bit annoyed. He seems to be eyeing Father Emmeett....
Father Emmett makes eye contact with the mule and blushes, awash with unfamiliar feelings.
Well this is new!
He calmly and confidently approaches the mule with hands outstretched to calm the gentle beast.
Commandant Lassard
There does seem to be plenty of dirt, refuse to help smother the fires. Watanabe does a valiant effort, but the flames seem to be cackling at him!
The mule sniffs and he wonders away....
Faktar
Faktar looks at Ren and at the fire and looks at his own fine silk cloak and thinks better of singeing it. Instead, he tries flipping a barrel on its side and rolling the barrel over the flames to smother them. He hopes the barrel is sealed but isn't tall enough to check.

Commandant Lassard
The Agents of Edgewatch shall not be done in by a bit of fire!
Miss Canella snoozes up to the goblin chefs; each taking a liking to the spunky catfolk. They both present her with mouth-watering delicacies of which her stomach aches....
The fire is roaring. The fire is rolling. The fire is....wait just a sec! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No! It's Father Emmett who bravely...face plants into the dirt; as his concentration seemed otherwise preoccupied!
Ono and Watanabe strut up to the blazing (not really) infernal! They each appraise the situation carefully. A bit of hmmming and huhhing goes about. The fire greedily licks at the oil-filled barrels. The heat stiffens...err...well...you see...the heat stifles the air around them. But these are Agents! Brave, brave Agents! The poor pitiful fire-like hazard becomes nothing but a memory as they both smother them!
Well done!
Grunka and Pelmo each have 15 gp in their respective cashboxes. If the guards decide to fine the goblins for their antics, they can claim that money, or the goblins may offer it as a bribe to keep the Edgewatch from shutting down their stalls.
Choices...?
Father Emmett Slade
Dusting himself off, Father Emmett suggests to his brave and effective colleagues that as Agents, we should fine the reckless goblins to help teach the consequences of public recklessness.
Commandant Lassard
The Agents decide to fine the chef goblins 30gp total for their dangerous and fiery hijinks.
Promising that they have come to see the error of their ways; each chef politely offers the Agents samples of their delicious culinary delights!

Panic at the Zoo!
In addition to permanent exhibits like the Graveraker and the Gyroscopic Towers, the Radiant Festival has attracted hundreds of smaller-scale entertainers who rent space by the hour to perform their traveling shows or set up temporary installations for the duration of the festival. One such temporary attraction is Knight’s Marvelous Menagerie, a small zoo in which patrons can gawk at rare creatures both magical and mundane.
When the agents return to Edgewatch Headquarters after completing their beat, they’re met at the door by an uncharacteristically animated Sergeant Ollo. He’s just received word that some of Knight’s creatures have managed to escape and are terrorizing not just the zoo’s visitors, but surrounding businesses. It’s up to the agents of Edgewatch to put things right as quickly as possible and then report back.

Miss Canella purrs as she tries the delicacy.

This is no time for rest! Citizens are in danger from unruly beasts! We need to soothe and comfort these beasts promptly...to remove the danger!
Father Emmett rushes to exit Edgewatch Headquarters and head to the vicinity of Knight's Marvelous Menagerie.

B1. Marketplace
Tents, wagons, and carpets displaying goods for sale define a small marketplace just outside the zoo’s fence. Panicked merchants shout from behind wagon doors or tightly closed tent flaps. On one of the carpets, a life-sized statue of a merchant wraps its arms around an array of fine vases, as if trying to protect them from something. Several other small rugs and pillows have been piled haphazardly in the market’s center, around which stalks a strange creature resembling a bat-winged chicken screeching challenges.
