In order to move things forward lets bot Gregor and Kenderella

Whe he sees the predators fly in to attack Gregor is trying to chase them off with his longbow, but barely misses.

Shalissa hit the Red Dimorphodon for 5 damage.
Kerndrew and Davor stand ready, but the Saurians were to far away to attack this turn so they readied attacks have not been used.
Davor might still attack the red one, iff it chooses to attack.
The Dimorphodons did only move this turn and are currently circling above you. They are now near enough to attack on their next turn.
Gregor is not up, I only forgot to delete the flag.

Kerndrew did not post for almost 2 days, so I will bot him.
He takes a 5ft. step for better position and keep his ready action

Seeing the Dimorphodons circling above, The Paladin step back to better protect the magic users and raises his sword ready to strike

Finally the first Saurian drops out of the sky and strikes for Shalissa, trying to make her drop the chicken.

Flyby Attack, Davor and then Father Kerndrew can execute there readied attack

Davor strikes it and damages its vulnerable wing. The dimorphodon tumbles to the ground and thereby cast of Kerndrews timing enough to make him miss.

On the ground the saurian tries to take revenge by taking a bite out of Shalissa but failing.

Noticing the flying beast could have wiped her out easily, the gray elf resolves to try finish the work with his new companions "C'mon we can shot them down!" as she says this, she points with her right arm towards Mother Saurian and her hand crackles with electricity, a bolt flying to hunt the prehistoric animal.

Father Kerndrew tries to keep an eye on both of the remaining creatures. He follows Davor's strike, and tries to make a quick judgement.

If it looks like blue is dead or unconscious:

He returns his eyes to the sky, watching for another strike from the flying dimorphodon.

I think you meant blue attacked Davor as he was next to it and Gregor wasnt. Not that it changes the action Gregor is doing.

With only 1 in the air, and 1 on the ground damaged snapping at Davor, he left Father Kerndrew to guard and dropped the bow to the ground, pulling his axe as he moved quickly to Davors side swinging the axe, and nodded as he felt the axe smash through feather skin and bone.

Shalissa jumps to the side as the blue dimorphodon crashes with the group. "Why you are still here... you better fly away before you end like your companions... C'mon fly away!" seeing the group has the ground under control, the elf tries to scare the remaining dimorphodon that is still flying. Her hand loads with electricity once more and a lightning arc flies to strike!

Day 7 (Midsummer) - Dimorphodon cliff on the westen end of Smugglers Shiv
Early morning

After another 10 Minutes the jungle opens up and you step on top of another large cliff. Below you, you find the now abandoned dimorphodon nest.
In front of you a small strait between the northern end of the shiv and a small island about 2 miles away.

Whereas the rest of Smuggler’s Shiv is a luscious green and a riot of jungle sounds, this island is a silent gray scar on the horizon, covered in some strage trees. Now that you are nearer to the island you see that they look like giant stalagmites reaching into the sky.

Shalissa:

When you went to that island, you were very soon attacked by a group of 4 vegepympies which soon overwhelmed your companion.

"I hope your friends are not attacked while they try to befriend these dinosaurs. As you see they get quite aggressive when they are in number" Shalissa soothes Chivito shaking it and smiling when she sees the chicken is all right "Is everyone ok?"

Observing Gregor or Davor is also injured like her, she approaches and picks her leaf amulet "Wave of the ocean, you who sooth the ones that respect your depths, please, close the our wounds, guard our survival in this island"

A sudden succession of positive energy pulses close all the wounds caused by the dinosaurs, although the poison remains.

Once the group reaches the cliff's edge she looks through the mass of water and into the island at the other side. Pointing the island with her right hand she explains to the group "Look, that is the island I told you. As soon as we landed there, a group of four vegepympies attacked us and soon overwhelmed Dalendry. I could barely escape"

Shalissa looks down at the nest and checks if there is any egg remaining in the nest and whether if it would be easy to pick it up.

Gregor glances down at the nest. Egg would make a good omelet. On the otherhand, its said that birds imprint the first person they see to be 'mom', wonder if these behave similarly. Then he glances at the rocks jutting out of the sea. For another time after we get a boat.

Father Kerndrew taps his heavy armor. "Yet again, I wonder at the wisdom of sending knights and crusaders to the jungle... but my mission is my mission, I guess," he offers with a chuckle. "I'll be happy to try, but if someone wants to save me the disrobing, I'll definitely defer to your offer."

When nobody wants to climb down, Kendrella decides to go for the egg. With a short command the jaguar begins to jumo down the cliff gracefully, finding places to stand on, you wouldn't have thought possible. After a few seconds they are down by the egg, where Kendrella collects the egg into her backpack.

Enzi starts climbing upwards again, when suddenly the last surviving dimorphodon appears out of the jungle. Seeing The gnome near the nest the creatures attacks the pair. Enzi is able to dodge the attack, but unfortunately also misses the next foothold. While he is barely trying to hold on, the Dimorphodon attacks again, hiotting Kendrella, and trying to drag her away. With this enzi looses his hold on the mountain and he and the gnome tumble down the cliff with the Dimorphodon still clinging on.

The whole sequence took barely took a few seconds, and now you stand shocked at the top of the cliff, looking down at your broken compagnion.

Sorry for railroading this, but I had to write out Kendrella somewhere.

Shalissa is shocked by the scene "Oh my! Why the gnome did not hear me? I said it is dangerous and the dimorphodons are not pets"

The elf attempts to launch some of her sparks without much result, she observes how Enzi disappears in a tangle of waves and dinosaur talons "I don't have clear if the water took her or if the dimorphodon cling on it to take it to another place, can you see anything?"

After a long struggle to try do something for the fate of the poor gnome, when it seems clear there is nothing the group can do to find out what happened with her or her body Shalissa just resigns "It is better we rush back to the camp. If we don't get out of this island it won't pass long before all of us are claimed in similar ways"

"I start to think this island is cursed" the idea makes the elf chill.

Gregor looked down at the broken bodies of the Gnome and the Jaguar...and sighs. May her soul find rest. His visage was grim but sad. he turned abruptly and said Yes, lets make our way back down the other side of the peninsula see what we find as we go.

And he turned and began making his way along the south side of the cliff edge.

Davor stands on the cliff edge staring down, hoping to see some movement. After a short while he looks up and across the sea. "We work as a team and we survive. As an individual.... Nature is dangerous."

He stays in place, silent for another minute or so, then turns. "Yes. Let's go."

Seeing that you can do nothing anymore for the Gnome you start the long march back to your camp with heavy hearts. Even the weather seems conspire against you, as the heavy rain is growing more frequent.

The way back takes another two days which pas by without further complications.

About halfway you find another dimorphodon colony, but after the last events you decide to give it a wider berth.
Marked on Map, Hope I read the mood correctly. If you want to explore and fight instead just tell and I will roll back.

But in the morning of the second day finally some good news lift up your spirit. When ypu once more step out on the cliff to let your gaze flow over the laguun, Davor and Gregor are sure they have spotted a thin column of smoke like from a camp fire on the other side of the island.

After another day of hacking yourself through the jungle you successfully manage to get back to the camp.

You find everything in good order, with the exception of Hewit who seems to have contracted some kind of jungle disease. (Meaning he is unavailable to join adventures)

Shalissa struggles to follow the pace of the group, breathing heavily and sweating, but she does not complain much "You know, this requires to be in good shape. I was expecting to face the jungle, but all these cliffs... and the heat. Can any of you share some water?"

When the group observes the column of smoke Shalissa stops to observe it "It seems a campfire. Something controlled. It seems far from your base camp. Your Captain perhaps?"

While they advance through the peninsula's heights, Shalissa keeps looking for berries and other easy to pick resources the group might use to keep fed along the day.

Back at the camp the elf looks around trying to make a clear picture of the living conditions of the place and whether if any of the other companions might be a danger.

"Let's not relax for too long, we must rush to the place we saw the column of fire before whomever is there can move far away" observing the diseased Hewit she adds "We also have to find a way to escape the island very fast, because it seems we won't have a long time before we fall diseased or break our heads on a cliff"

Day8 (Midsummer) -Back at the camp
Late Afternoon

When you arrive at the camp you get the feeling that everything is in good order. The defenses have not been extended very much, but everybody is in a good mood. Due to Jask and Hewit Illness there was nobody left to build defenses. But when you come closer you notice a few cuts and bruises on Ishirou and Sasha.

Sasha is down at the beach, catching some more fish. She seems much more at ease than at first few days and laughing a lot. Sashas morale is up to hopeful.

Ishirou and Aerys are cooking the evening meal which looks suspiciously like a goat. You are happy to see that it is almost done, as you are very hungry from todays march.

As you approach the cave, you see Gelik inside caring for two patients, Jask and Hewit.

Shalissa feels relieved when the group finally spots the camp "Ah, some rest finally" she asks some guidance to the gods to make a good entry in the camp.

Noticing there is some cooking going on, that is the first place the elf approaches after taking a quick impression of the place "Mmmm... smells great after this long trek. Hi. I am Shalissa, the boys rescued me at the tip of the cliff peninsula. I was shripwrecked here like you a couple of weeks ago. Whom are the cookers I shall compliment for this blessing of food?"

Shalissa notes Ishirou's cuts and bruises looking at his arms while he keeps preparing the food in the fire, but decides to just observe and not comment for now.

Gregor rushed forward seeing the camp in a bit of disarray. He sees Sasha catching fish and laughing and waves at her. Sees Isharou and Aerys both looking at little worse for wear and not talking...he stopped there and glances at Hewit and Jask both looking poorly. Gelik tending them.

What has happened here? He said plainly and simply.

to Shalissa he said. The woman catching fish is Sasha, she has woodlore skills and is fond of those birds that tried to eat your chicken. These two are Isharou and Aerys, both have been quite critical in our survival with their aide here in camp. The Gnome tending the ill is Gelik, who besides having medicinal skills has been quite the entertainer. The two laying down is Hewit, a priest who doesnt look well and Jask who you can see is awake. He caught a rather nasty bit of jungle rash and is being tended for that. he is a priest and has been instrumental in our survival.

then he turned back to them saying again...Now what has occurred since we left.

"Greetings Gregor! As ever up for a little small talk I see. What happened you wnat to know? The first two days went quite well. Sasha managed to catch us some nice fish and rodents and I tended to Jask here. He has had a bad day yesterday, but today he is quite fine."

"Unfortunately Hewit got ill yesterday too, and seems to be a lot more serious. He has been mostly delirious since then."

"But today in the morning we ad a bit of a run-in with the local fauna. A pair of mountain goats decided we infringed on their territory and try to destroy outr camp. We managed to drive them off and Aerys even managed to secure us our evening meal by skewering one of them on her rapier. And that is how Ishirou came to cook this delicious goat here."

Davor walks with Shalissa for a bit. "Good water's not a problem. Great to have divine casters along for more than just healing!"

Later when she mentions escaping the island he looks away. "I'm fairly certain that the rest of us want to find our Captain before leaving, even if we found a way to escape. But you know, I'm not discounting the danger, but I find this island to be very interesting. It's hard work, but honest work. Not like the cities with all the crush of people. And I almost feel drawn to the shoreline, especially at night."

"Oh, that reminds me.... At night sometimes you will see some shapes moving around over the water. It's hard to see clearly, but sometimes it looks like people, or maybe ghosts of people that maybe have died in a shipwreck? But we've watched them, and I foolishly tried to go and save what I thought was one of the crew.... Don't know exactly what they are, but the deep water is dangerous so we're not investigating any more at this time."

Davor glances around when he hears about the goats. "Goats attacked? Where'd the other one go? Maybe we could hunt it down. They tend to be nasty critters, but they taste pretty good." Any chance to track it? If it was wounded it probably didn't get very far....

You find the tracks going into the jungle in a southeastern direction. You can easily follow them for half an hour, when they lead ontop a rocky patch of higher ground.

Shalissa walks by with Davor on the way back to the camp. She answers the half-orc with short sentences but she let's him talk extensively and do not shine away from him "Thanks. Magic is an important part of elven culture. We need to defend the Spire and what remains of Azlant"

"We are going through hard times here. I doubt your Captain will make it out alive. If he really crashed the ship, he probably discounted going out alive anyway" she does pick up interest when talking about the strange phenomena in the night waters "Interesting, could they be the souls that have been claimed by the island? Perhaps they are the responsible so many ships wreck in these waters. I will have to look at this"

Shalissa continues her conversation with Ishirou and Aerys for some minutes, making herself knowledgeable of each other.

When Jask comes by and addresses her she emits a playful laugh "Our ship crashed against the rocks and we swam to the shore. Well, in all seriousness, we were travelling to Sargava and I have been here stranded for a couple of weeks" Shalissa kind of repeats her story for him "Why are your reasons Jask? Why were you traveling in the Janivere?"

While talking she does observe the man's symptoms and she also insists to have a look at Hewit trying to discern what is their disease and whether if she can help.

When it comes about the goat Shalissa is happy to help track it down "Although they do good food, perhaps we can check if she is one of those that can be domesticated for milk"

Shalissa advocates for surrounding the goat and trying to capture it alive, but she is fine with a cautious approach trying to hunt it down.

If you manage to track the goat down, I am fine with deciding that 4 vs 1 is a given outcome if you dont want the battle, but survival is not a skilled you are allowed to roll untrained. So somebody else would have to show that he can find that goat.

"Almost the same as yours. We travveled to Sargave and our ship sunk, possibly through some treachery by our captain and some other passenger."

"But I assume you asked, why I was on the ship. Well gregor asked me VERY convincingly to accompany him back to Sargava to be brought to court there. Fortunately I was able to convince him by now, that I am more useful with my hands unchained", he points to some rejected Handcuffs lying in the back of the cave.

"Maybe I am even able to prove my innocence to him, now that fate has brought us to the island where Avret Kinkarian stranded with his Brine demon."

Heal check Infromation:
Jask has Red Ache a minor jungle disease. He needs to make two consecutive saves to be healed, and has currently managed one.
Hewit has Demon Fever, a deadly jungle disease meant to be a deus ex machina, so please dont waste your remove disease potion on him.

Davor, you can take 10 with your bonus for a 15 to successfully track the goat.

Father Kerndrew accompanies the party searching for the goat, but only to help corral it when found; he's unable to find the trail himself.

Even with the heavy rain destroying some of the track Davor, with a little help from Shalissa and Kerndrew, is able to follow the goats trail for half an hour, before it seems to cross over to some rocky area.

As Kerndrew pointed out, taking 10 was enough. If now somebody manages a DC17 check to follow the last few hundreds yards you have found your second goat barbecue.
