The planatar tilts his head to the side and says "That depends on what wounds they have suffered. This looks more than physical. I am not omniscient. I don't know anything happening outside these walls."
This is said in the same dull tone that his first statement was. It was a statement of fact. No sarcasm, no condemnation, no ridicule. No Humor.
Enos Flamebrother
”More’s the pity, then. The nabasu fiend has drawn on their very life essence. More than merely physical, indeed. Is restoration of such a wound a boon you can grant?”
Ian Passeri
"... I am not omniscient. I don't know anything happening outside these walls."
I'm not sure I or Ian know what happened either.
Having found his way back to where they'd left the banner, Ian wearily nods at the planatar, "Your correct the wounds are more than physical, I feel like my life essence has been drained. Can you help?"
Leothar
"Some of the effect was Enervation, which we know wears off.
Some was the Nabasu's gaze, which is permanent unless healed by magic."
Leothar has no permanent negative levels. Just 6 temporary ones that do not pose a risk of becoming permanent.
Ardriel Zinro
Ardriel, in the best shape of everyone, covered the others as they journeyed back to the Planetar. Indeed, he may be the strongest of the party at the moment - a relatively unpleasant thought.
I have 0 negative levels, and am relatively unharmed.
"We have intelligence that there may still be a succubus who poses as a spy lurking somewhere."
Dadna Cloudbreaker
"No." Dadna said, pushing herself to her feet and trying to look like she was unharmed. In this, she failed miserably. Her armor weighed her down, her skin was pale and a sweat beaded on her brow. "I'm fine. I-" The effort was too much as she reached out and caught herself against the wall. "Alright, fine. Maybe I'm not." She admitted.

Leothar looks on with relief as the angel heals Dadna.
"I think we should go back to camp. Perhaps there are casters in the army who can heal the rest of us. We will want to bring in troops to guard the banner before the planetar departs."
Enos Flamebrother
Enos nods, checks his gear, and readies to depart. ”Sooner we go, sooner we get back with reinforcements.”
Enos Flamebrother
I guess I'm rushing things. The planetar can restore as many hit points as we can use and can remove the temporary levels, can it not? We are just stuck with the permanent levels?
DM Trawets
I guess I'm rushing things. The planetar can restore as many hit points as we can use and can remove the temporary levels, can it not? We are just stuck with the permanent levels?
No it can not. I has lessor restoration at will which will not remove any negative levels. It has greater restoration 1/day. It doesn't have restoration. HP wise he has 2xregenerate, heal, mass cure moderate wounds, 2xcure serious wounds, 2x cure moderate wounds, 4x clw and he might be able to summon something that can cast cure wounds. Those are all at your disposal.
Enos Flamebrother
My bad - misremembering the effect of lesser restoration. It does sound like hit points should not be a problem, though. That said, Enos is at max possible, anyway.
Dadna Cloudbreaker
"That isn't what they're going to care about." Dadna interjected, sleeping Ian on the back. Forcing a smile on her face that she didn't really feel, she said "We have secured the Sword of Valor." She exclaimed, loud and clear for all to hear. "A plantar, one of the greatest Angels of the Heavens, standards guard over it for the day." Pausing and looking around, as she knew that this would get the attention of everyone nearby, she waited for the inevitable murmuring to die down.
Looking at Irabeth, she continued "As Sir Ian said, we fought a vile demon. It nearly killed us. I was..." For a brief moment the doubt and shame filled her, but she pushed it down, knowing that now was not the time or place. Duty demanded that she put on a brave face, for the good of the army's morale. "...incapacitated by it. For a moment I did not know if we would prevail. But the darkness was pushed back, and the demon fell under Radiance. We are here now, because the army must move in to secure the banner. The Planatar will only stay on our plane for a single day. It is up to all of us to ensure that the banner remains safe."
She walked over to Irabeth, and much more quietly said "We have reason to believe that there is still a succubus in the Keep. The shadow demon nearly killed us, and it was only by the grace of the Gods that we managed to walk out. And if not for the Planatar, I would have been carried out. Now, while the Planatar healed the damage done to me, as you can see my comrades are still suffering greatly. If you could summon any healers we have to tend to them, it would be greatly appreciated."
Perform Oration?: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Enos Flamebrother
Enos is not showing the effects nearly as much as Ian, but he nods in affirmation. "We need to assure the banner is guarded before the angel's time is up and it must return. We intend to focus on finding and defeating the succubus."
DM Trawets
Irabeth looks grim at the news Dadna gives her and says, "I'll have Sosiel come see what he can do though I don't think it will be much. We can't move any of the army into the Citadel itself until that demon is gone. They are brave soldiers but wouldn't stand up to a succubus even in numbers." She then sends a runner to find Sosiel.
After a little while Sosiel comes and examines the group. He then says "I can cast restoration once today. We will need 1,000 gp of diamond dust for me to cast it to restore part of what was stolen. I can pray and see if I can do it twice tomorrow. We will need the dust for each casting. Whomever I cast this on can only receive it once per week."
Enos Flamebrother
Enos steps back. ”I was not affected as much. I can wait.”

As the others discussed healing, Ardriel, having come through the fight relatively unscathed, heads for their supply stash, trying to see what they have that they might be able to use. He grabs a couple of wands that are in there, including one of daylight that would have been very useful to have previously, and some arrows with a holy enchantment on them.
Grabbing the wand of daylight, wand of magic missile (CL 5), and the 5 holy arrows +1.
Ian Passeri
Blushing slightly as Dadna explains Irabeth was asking about the 'hunt' for the banner, not the hunt for evil doers, Ian nods, "Of course you are right."
Listening more careful as Sosiel explains what spells he can cast, Ian nods, "I will need restoration cast twice."
He looks towards the others, hoping someone has a better record of their wealth than he, "I will begin the search for diamond dust."
Dadna Cloudbreaker
"Right." Dadna said, her face grim. Their successes and failures weighed heavily upon her. As much as she wanted to just stop, she knew that the only way was forward. "We only have a few hours left. Let's get back in there and take out that demon. Only then can we say that our duty has been accomplished."
Mythic endure elements cast. Once we are inside casting corruption resistance against evil and veil of heaven, as each have long durations
Dadna Cloudbreaker
"We have a few hours at most...I would start with the wall breach. Start sweeping the keep, and then head to the planatar if we are running out of time. That way we can end by securing the banner and we can carry it with us if needed." She responded, as she tightened the straps on her armor and did one final check of her gear.
Ardriel Zinro
Armed with some extra magical power in the form of a few wands - especially one of daylight - Ardriel quietly said, "It is possible that the final demon fled on foot, or snuck out and has already infiltrated the army. Regardless, I believe there was a temple of Torag in the keep that had some enemies in it we should find?"
Leothar
"Everyone in the army should be screened by Detect Evil from multiple paladins, and none should be permitted to object to this. We know that the succubus demons can change their form."
Enos Flamebrother
Enos rests and prays while they are in camp. He shows up early, ready to return to the citadel.
Ian Passeri
I was waiting to see if anyone was going to cast spells.
Nodding in agreement with Leothar's instructions, "Irabeth can see that the screening takes place. Let's head back through the breach in the wall then head east through the fortress."
Assuming the others would follow, Ian, sword and shield in hand, heads towards the breach in the wall where they first entered the fortress.
Ardriel Zinro
I will cast Magic Circle Against Evil (from Divine Source), centered on me, when we enter the fortress (100 minute duration). Everyone within the radius at casting also receives the benefits, but they lose the benefits if they leave the circle.
Ardriel concurs with Ian's plan. "Let's enter from the breech, then."
For a route, I think first we should check F9A and F9B, then go through F5 and F4 to F3B to clear that area. After that, if we can get to F10 and F3C from F4, we should check those two rooms, before circling back around to F12. That's a good start, at least.
DM Trawets
The heroes move back in to the citadel and finish clearing the western side. When they move back into the chapel to Iomadae the planetar greats them. They then finish up the center part and move through the eastern end. Enos has checked all the doors and had to unlock a few. Finally they come to the last room and the doors are opened.
A huge statue of a squat dwarf with a massive hammer and shield stands at forefront of this small chapel, flanked by twin tapestries depicting forges. Several rows of benches extend back from the dais on which the statue is mounted, watched over by three more stone dwarven sentinels in the alcoves along the eastern wall. A final, larger tapestry covers the back of the chamber, apparently illustrating and commemorating the construction of Citadel Drezen and its stand against demonkind. All of the room’s decorations have been torn, smashed, scratched, and otherwise befouled—their original sacred purpose can be barely seen below layers of filth and ruin. The three eastern statues in particular seem to have suffered the brunt of this blasphemy, for the entire surface of each has been etched with demonic runes.
Ian Passeri
Not sure what else to do, Ian follows Dadna into the chapel. Seeing the runes desecrating the statues, he nods slowly in agreement with his friend. He would help clean the temple, just as the dwarves had helped clean the desecrated ones belonging to Iomedae. As Dadna looks around the room, Ian moves to the far side and attempts to open the southernmost door.
Enos Flamebrother
Being a suspicious sort, Enos keeps his eyes open for any sign of an invisible foe, but he's particularly interested in the area that's seen the most damage. He examines the area for traps, thinking that an incensed dwarf might rush in and fall for it - and a demon might implement just such a plan.
He has his demon-bane kukri in hand as me moves about the room.
Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Enos Flamebrother
Enos moves into the room, drawing a kukri as the statues shift into life. He calls back to the others, "Dadna, Leothar, they've been corrupted! We need to destroy them or they will destroy us!"
Ian Passeri
Usure what they are up against, Ian lifts 'the ladies gift', performing an impressive display of prowess as he encourages friends "Fear not!"
Full round action: inspiring sword
For all of you:
Mythic Focus: Whenever a mythic ally that is within 30 feet uses the surge ability, it rolls its bonus die twice and takes the higher result.
Iomedae's Inspiring Sword Optional Replacement: 1/2 rds. While wielding a longsword, you can perform an impressive display of prowess as a full-round action. All allies within 30 feet who can see your display gain a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks for 1 round + 1 round per 5 points of base attack bonus you have.
Ardriel Zinro
Ardriel moves into the room as well, taking a position behind Leothar before he casts a spell and reaches out to touch the Dwarf's shoulder. "Yuelral, grant this warrior the spirit of courage and strength as we cleanse the abyssal taint from this place!"
Move into the room, then casting heroism on Leothar (+2 morale bonus to attacks, saves, and skill checks. Lasts 100 minutes.
Dadna Cloudbreaker
Keeping pace with Leothar, Dadna moved in, praying to her Goddess as she did so.
Mythic bless is cast! Sorry for the wait everyone, I wasn't tracking that I was up. I could have sworn that I had posted ages ago...
Mythic Bless: The +1 morale bonus applies on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, and all saving throws. Once during the spell’s duration, an affected creature can roll an attack roll or saving throw twice and take the higher result. The target must decide to use this ability before the first roll is attempted.
