Tahlumilali has no idea how to help Ohrmizd, but he swings his elven blade at the other slime, before that one brings someone else into such an unlucky situation.
Blade: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 151d10 ⇒ 8

Lofnaiali shoots an arrow at the same slime.
Blade: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 241d8 ⇒ 1

The slime is hit badly with the blade and staggers shortly before being taken down with the arrow. The blob of green goo disperses into a green puddle.

Grapple: 1d20 - 3 + 5 ⇒ (6) - 3 + 5 = 8
The slime on Qhrmizd loses its grip and slides down to the floor and into one of the many drains.

"Lets get out and regroup." Manuun tries to get out of the room without getting to near to one of the grates.

"And beware the grates. I am sure it will come back somewhere."

When the group meets outside Manuun takes a deep breath, happy not to be the target this time. "I have a plan, but I doubt Ohrmizd is gonna like it. Because it needs a guinea pig."

Ohrmizd gasps when Tahlumilali and Lofnaiali pair up to destroy one of the slimes "Thanks friends!"

The man smile comes back when the slime that has him suddenly fails to keep him on place. When he is almost to swing at it with his scimitar he hears Manuun, and with his tactics so far having placed him in a bad situation, Ohrmizd decides it is time for wits rather than force "Ok! Everybody back! Manuun has a plan!"

Knowing the light is in his scimitar and not willing to leave Tahl in the darkness, he waits for the elf to retreat, then he also withdraws trying to gather as close as possible to Manuun "Ok, Man, what is it? What do you got?" the black haired man breaths heavily, the fear still impregnating him very deep, his skin still burning from the contact with the slime.

It was a rather embarrassing affair for Heshan as he decided to heed his peers and retreat with the others.

Once they were gone, he listened intently with the others. "Just so you know, I don't have anything that affects them without hitting anyone who is attached to them."

Everybody is looking at Manuun who, feels a lot less sure of himself suddenly.

"Well I am pretty sure, all these drainage pipes are connected below the Laboratory and the mould might come out of any of the grates to jumpus again. And when he succeeds in that, we will have difficulties to hit it wothout hurting one of ours." Manuun looks up to check if the others agree with him.

"Now the mould was attacking Ohrmizd by clinging onto him and try to engulf him. And when he failed to do so it was shortly vunerable before it could hide in the drains again. Therefore I believe we must make him miss his jump, or rather make him slide off his intended target."

"And for this my spell for making things slippery might actually be useful. I am no alchemist and therefore I cannot tell for sure if it helps against the mould, but if I grease the victims armour I think we can make the slime miss."

"Therefore I propose we send somebody in with a greased armour. The rest of us ready ourselves to attack the slime after it has issed its attack. The person who goes in should be someone who can take a small beating, because if my plan fails, I think the backup is to hit the Slime while it is on that person and try to heal him back up afterwards."

Manuun looks expectantly at the others to see if they agree to his plan.

Greasing the Armour gives +10 CMD vs. Grapple or when escaping grapple,unless that it does not work against the slime.

Then he turns to Ohrmizd, "It will hold roughly a minute. Just tell me if you want to come out then or if I should get inside and refresh it. If we stand here near the door, and you move to that second grate inside the room, we should be able to handle it. If it doesnt Show up move to the grate where it disapperead and call us when it shows up."

Manuun loads his crossbow and when everybody is at his place, steps next to Ohrizd intoning (in Auran):"ルツルツ" While rubbing the a few drops of oil in his hands.

Ohrmizd nods in acceptance and let's Manuun to cast the spell on him "A minute shall be more than enough"

When he finds himself coated with a layer of grease, Ohrmizd passes his hand over it picking a chunk and shaking his hand towards the ground spilling part of the content with a grimace "I hope this is not some kind of warm dream of yours Man"

With a cocky smile the faithful of Sarenrae rushes forward towards the second grate "Do you want some tasty meat? Come and I will show you mine!"

Ohrmizd holds his shield and scimitar on each hand but with open arms in a defenseless stance. The light on the scimitar allows everyone to easily target any approaching enemy.

The slime squeezes though the openings in the drain closest to the door. It slurps over the floor, away from Ohrmizd. The gooey mass changes it's shape on the way to raise to four foot hight and grow an appendage. When it comes close to Manuun, it lunges out at Manuun.

Manuun looks surprised when he sees the Slime walking away from Ohrmizd and barely manages to get out his shot before panically trying to slink back.

When the slime lounges out at him, he instinctively cast Windy escape, turning vaporous and insubstantial, allowing the attack to pass harmlessly through him.

Ohrmizd approaches Manuun to check the injury made by the slime "You were lucky... it seemed like if... like if the slime just passed through you without leaving a mark. Strange" the man stretches his eyes then laughs "You are pretty special Man"

Taking breath, Ohrmizd also eyes the stairs and guessing they just go back up he heads towards them "Let's go, we shall finish cleaning this place"

The stairs lead up to a platform before a wall with a door that probably leads back to the ground floor of the monastery. But the door and the floor is mold encrusted and threfore the door won't open easily.

There are no hidden compartments or other treaures in the laboratory.

Ten bunk beds in various stages of disrepair fill this chamber, which must once have been a dormitory for students. The roof is mostly intact, and an open arch in the north wall leads to a large hallway. The east and west walls both bear sturdy wooden doors, one of which you came through. From under one of the beds a spider, four foot wide and three foot high, emerges.

With a flourish, he stretched out his hand to emit a ray of electricity at the spider, shooting away from the others in the process.

Heshan shoots the spider with pocket lightning. Which looks pretty impressive to those who haven't seen such a feat. A small cloud of smoke rises over the spider and the smells of singed hair fills the room.

Despite the heroic action of throwing himself at the spider, Ohrmizd doesn't manage to hit the beast. It scuttles out of harm's way with its many legs. Manuun on the other hand is lucky and kills the pillow as he inteded.

Having easily dispatched the most dangerous enemy in the room, Manuun tries to do his part in mop-up duty and joins the others in shooting at the spider.

Tahlumilali rushes up opposite of Ohrmizd. Unfortunately his natural aversion to anything with more than the number of legs the gods intended sends his aim off slashing harmlessly into the mattress.

Hashan roasts the spider til it's done, and Ohrmizds cuts it to pieces. The spiders legs cramp, drawing close, til the critter topples over and comes to rest on its back.

A quick search of the room turns up nothing of value.

Just as it looks like this could be an easy fight, some pugwampis stick their head out of the neighboring room.
