Yahtzee!

I couldn't find a bit in the book about things like hideouts, so I'm assuming that's part of lifestyle?

If I have a Medium lifestyle, can I be living out of an old docks warehouse or something so I have a place to store all my sweet vehicles?

Yeah, for a medium lifestyle, i can allow one garage/storage garage for it.

Hey face man! Ask if there are any more conditions to the offer. And are the additional amounts per person, like the lovely credsticks on the table, or total?

Getting all the specifics of the job first, then going to negotiate. Doing it the other way can get messy.

Coolio, you da man!

So exactly how paranoid should the average Shadowrunner be? I imagine everybody has a "base" of some kind but I'm not sure who would actually offer to reveal the location of theirs to someone who might be contracted to rob or kill them later(?).

BOD 5; AGI 4; REA 3; STR 3; WIL 3; LOG 3; INT 5; CHA 9 | EDG 3; Magic: 6

Decently paranoid. Most shadowrunner teams that work together for a while will end up getting a base imo, but it's also usually not the only base they have.

In my last team, I offered up my secure location after the first run, but it was not to the whole team...just a member that was even poorer than I...

I have a large investment in a skill called small unit tactics. It allows me to grant a small amount of extra dice to the team for different challenges, but it has a catch. To benefit from the pool, you will have to accept Sam as a "leader". This does not mean he is the group leader or face, it is a generic term in connection with the skill meaning he is giving direction for a certain set of actions. Essentially, I give up a portion of action to give benefit to team members toward such actions. Just want to throw this out cause he will ask that question some point soon and I wanted to give it some context.

Just want to run this past the GM first. I have Mobmind spell...can I use it to target just the cops and have them return to their offices? How many are there? Just really want them to all go out the front door and mill about as we exit the back.

there are 15 agents.

according to the book, area spells can be cast on a specific target or point in space, it's in a sphere shape, and the area of effect of the spell centered on the target with a radius in meters equal to the Force of the spell.

so, the larger the amount of Force used, the bigger the area of effect(sphere). A force 2 control mind has a radius of 2 meters, while a Force 6, has a radius of 6 meters.

So if I wanted to catch all the agents how much force would I need to use...I believe I could go up to Force 15, but of course, I would like a much lower number...lol

Well, that would be a huge area of effect!

So, lets say the 15 agents are within an area of 10 meters, so for you, itd be a force 5 spell. Force 5, 5 meter radius becomes 10 meter diameter. Youd get all the agents plus some eaters as well.

You're capped on Force equal to double your magic rating.

That would be 14...but do you add any focus or power focus you have?? I thought the rules said something about that...

I'm going to bow out of this game. Some stuff has come up and I don't have the mental energy to learn a new system right now, and I still haven't technically completed Ezekial's sheet, looking through those item tables to finish buying gear is stressing me out.

So probably better if I just pull out now so I don't hold up the proceedings.

Sorry to see you go, storm. Totally understand the stressed out effect. Going through the same thing. Hope ya feel better!!

Are we heading to my place? Living in a dance studio at a location like that would be an excellent choice...

Hey gang, apologies for my absence, picked up a virus on the computer and tried to save it when not at work. I failed and had to rebuild. Catching up today.
