Lavinia says "The tunnels are somewhat deep underground from what I know. I doubt they're lit unless you can find one in use. "Yeah, I can sail. Kinda sort almost maybe navigate, too. As for climbing and stuff, I'm okay there too. Falls and jumping are really easy for me to handle, and I can see in the dark. If we think we're gonna be a while down there, maybe some food would be a good idea though. Other than that, I think we're ready, right everyone?"

On the way to her rowboat, Lila reluctantly purchases 50 feet of silk rope, storing it under one of the vessel's seats.


Does anyone else want to make preparations before heading off to Parrot Island?


If anyone wants to chip in a bit extra (or we can split it multiple ways), I think it would be a good idea to invest in Ye Olde Wand of Cure Light Wounds at this stage in the game. I have 644 gp; I'd need an extra 106 gp from someone to buy it. Apemantus and Lila can both use it.

Sasserine is a large city of 15,000 people with a base purxchase value of 8,000 gp, so you have a 75% chance of buying a CLW stick. Poof! A CLW stick appears and uses cure. It's slightly effective. Do you buy it?

Lila hops onto the passenger bench of her rowboat and waits to see which two men will offer to do the rowing.

Since she provided the boat, Lila believes she shouldn't have to do any rowing. :)

Richter makes a show of rubbing his stump and groaning to guilt Apemantus into offering, before giving him a cheeky grin and bypassing the dilemma by summoning a Utility Construct to do the rowing.

"No need to tire ourselves out before we even get there, right?"


The construct takes form and rows the party out to Parrot Island.


With eyes wide open, Sebastian admires the construct rowing. "That's superb! I wouldn't have had the accident if I had one of these!"


The rocky shores of Parrot Island comes into view. A narrow beach provides the only means of access via boat.

With or without Sebastian's help, the boat seems to reach the coast safe. Joining the rest and after securing the small vessel, Sebastian has a look around while he conjures his throwing blade just in case.
