Giovanni slams the rapier in his hilt and stomps off. Sloppy, Gio. Just sloppy. You're gonna get yourself and these people killed if you keep taking shots like that. He takes a few deep breaths to center himself.
He turns to the group producing a wand of healing.

Lara does have CLW, so she can use any wands people want to heal with.
"Okay, maybe we should find a club or two before we proceed further. I have a feeling those won't be the last skeletons we'll fight in here. Blunt arrows wouldn't hurt either."
Are we early enough in the scenario to go buy items like that?

Broken marble litters the southern corners of this room, where a pair of toppled statues brandishing curved stone swords must once have reached nearly to the ceiling. Many broken weapons lie scattered about the room.

When those with darkvision climb the steps, their extended vision allows them to see that the steps are a kind of hump and the passage goes down again on the other side. From that vantage you cannot see the floor, only the space above it but it is clear that a larger chamber ensues.
However, Giovanni doubles back an explores the other passage from the chamber with the telepathic message.
Upon re-entering the chamber, the telepathic message is repeated.
Peering around the corner, Giovanni sees a battered, worn storage chest.
The chest pops open, within are dozens of small, dull gray stones with no apparent value. Many of the stones have cracks, divots, and pockmarks. Amongst them are four onyx gemstones worth 30gp each.

represent failed attempts at necromancy of some kind.
The stones are fairly soft and brittle, capable of being scratched by a fingernail. Dust scraped from a stone falls into patterns of Ancient Osiriani text on the floor, though the messages are gibberish as though formed from disjointed ideas.
I should warn you now, in many PFS quests the treasure is easy to ignore: your PCs will collect their reward at the end and don't need to carry it around.
This is not the case in this adventure. Any treasure you miss will be docked from your total GP reward at the end of the adventure. You are expected to find and take any and all treasure.

Detritus litters this room, including bits of metal, broken furniture, crushed glass, leather strips, and shredded parchment. The walls, ceiling, and floor are covered in deep gouges forming words and phrases in multiple languages.
This phrase is repeated over and over again:
“I will seek the Dungeons, find the screams, remember your name, KILL YOU”
One sturdy box in a corner has escaped damage and contains eight vials of alchemist's fire.
After a few minutes investigating the detritus, you determine that the room once contained a table with thick leather restraints, a single stool, and a small writing desk.

It looks like these are Ancient Osiriani. Sketches of skulls and gems, mixed in with some sort of arcane writing."

Luli studies the gouges first a few moments, then shakes his head. He fishes a wand out of his pack and taps it gently to his temples. ”Alright, let’s try that again...” His milky eyes go wide as he comprehends the engraved messages. “I will seek the Dungeons,” he reads out loud in a slow voice, ”Find the screams, Remember your name, Kill you.” He looks at his fellow Pathfinders. ”Certainly doesn’t sound like someone you’d want to meet in a rainy alley, does it?”

I don't usually push people on to the next room. That's your decision, not mine, but this room is not a danger and it's been long enough.
As you push into the next room, you find that over a dozen small alcoves line this hallway, each containing rusted shackles bolted to the walls and copious amounts of dust. Three of the alcoves contain brittle skeletons hanging from the shackles. Frantic whispers echo around the otherwise-silent chamber, seemingly originating from the skulls of the deceased.
