"Wa...wasn't there one more ritual? Wa...w..wasn't there a farmer or some...thing like that?"
Uwu |
Uwu puts a piece of paper in the model. Nothing happens. Maybe what she wrote was not very wise.
William puts a piece of paper in the model. His writing appears wiser. The party gets a +1 competence bonus on Knowledge checks made to identify the abilities and weaknesses of creatures.
Uwu does not notice that the temporary buff was not added to her character sheet until the more capable scholar added his own wisdom, and pats William on the elbow.
"Thank u fow twying, punkin spice fwiendo, but I think I had it covewed," she says condescendingly, nodding sagely.

Frowning at the miniature field that he had plowed, and wondering why nothing had happened
Either the gods must have frowned on your ritual and declared you unworthy, or the GM missed your post.
The four furrows fill with water and crops sprout, granting everyone a +1 luck bonus on Fortitude saves against poison.

Have we determined what city it is exactly?
Uwu mentioned earlier that it's Absawom, the City at the Centew of the Wowwd :)
GM Watery Soup |
The secret door isn't trapped, as far as Bahram can tell.
Stavarg Titanshade |
Oh right. Secret door, secret tunnel! Yes, let's try that.
Assuming Bahram doesn't stop him due to sensing traps, Stavarg throws it open.
GM Watery Soup |
The tunnel is tight and windy, but heads up towards the surface. The tight tunnels here range from 2 to 5 feet in width and average about 9 feet in height. The slick floors and steady incline from west to east increase the DC of all Acrobatics checks by 4.
You begin to hear the faint sounds of combat and a familiar woman’s voice half-shouting and half-reciting, “As the legendary Gregaro Voth successfully battled the wild beasts in the deepest reaches of the Mwangi Expanse, so shall I defeat you, foul servant of Lamashtu!”

William Grimm |
I don't know which way up is on the map, so feel free to move me wherever. Also, GM, given the space, I put Don in one of the half-wall spaces for now. Does that work, or should I move him?
At hearing Janira's (That's Janira, right?) voice, William looks confused. "Has she been fighting that thing this whole time we've been down here? It's been a while! I would have thought one of them would be dead at this point."
Kiyoko Tamahi |
"A good question," Kiyoko says, picking up her pace. "If she is still alive, then let us make sure it stays that way."

"Secwet tunnew! Thwough the mountaiiiiin!" whisper-sings Uwu as they ascend.
Stavarg hums along and continues the song under his breath. Secret, secret, secret, secret tunnel! Yeah!

Surely that's Janira. We must catch up and provide her with backup!

"Wait."
Boomer's voice echoes through the narrow chamber.
"What's that?"
None of you see anything, but he does. A young gelatinous cube straddles the narrow passage, waiting to ambush the imperceptive.

Gelatinous Hexahedron
Don Tasque |
With a great effort, Don phases through the walls, just barely making it out behind the cube.
Double move. Hoping it's flat-footed and there's no AoO.
Uwu |
Uwu gasps at the sight; figuring that weapon attacks aren't going to be very effective, but hoping to move quickly enough to take it unawares(?????), the little ninja trots forward and pulls a flask of acid from her bandolier.
"You oughta use this!! òwó" she offers.
I don't have the +1 BAB required to draw a weapon on the move yet, so no chance of getting it off this turn for me D: but feel free to grab it from her if you'd like! She's got a spare alchy fire.
Boomer Forgehammer |
Boomer hums along with the infectious halfling until he hears Janira's voice, "We're c...c...coming Janira!" He moves through the others, grabbing a bomb as he goes and throws it at the blob.
Explosive Bomb - 10' radius (removing square that Don Tasque is in w/ precise bombs) and opponents catches fire if hit directly

figuring that weapon attacks aren't going to be very effective,
Oh yeah... I forgot about that. Hopefully Don is still effective!
GM Watery Soup |
Relevant Knowledge is ... dungeoneering! (It's classified as an ooze)
Bahram al-Urgug "Jack" |
kn. dungeoneering: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Map looked different on my phone. Didn't realize that it was single file. Am I okay squeezing in here?
Bahram will follow Uwu's lead and draw his own alchy fire. don't think that I have a shot here.
Kiyoko Tamahi |
"Wait?" Kiyoko repeats to herself, her eyebrows furrowing. As soon as the gelatinous cube is pointed out to her, she mutters. "Oh."
Never one for hesitation, the samurai rushes the gelatinous cube, drawing and slashing with her katana in one swift motion.
One-handed Power Attack, charging: 1d20 + 4 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 4 + 2 - 1 = 17
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
GM Watery Soup |
Don passes through the wall and exits on the far side.
Uwu and Bahram ready some bottles.
If people didn't see the cube before Boomer acted, they certainly saw the giant ball of fire that engulfed the cube. Your roll is a crit, so I'm going to double the damage. Additionally, I'm not sure whether you meant to do this or not, but the cube has a -4 Reflex save so it basically can't put out the fire.
Kiyoko rushes up and slashes the cube.

GM Watery Soup |
Stavarg's kinetic blast strikes true on the gelatinous cube (!) but the electricity doesn't seem to do any damage.
You have discovered that the gelatinous cube is immune to electricity.
The gelatinous cube moves forward, into Kiyoko's square.
This is an engulf attack, and Kiyoko has two options. First option: she can attempt a DC 12 Reflex save to avoid being engulfed. Second option: she can make an attack of opportunity (likely hitting and damaging the cube) but become automatically engulfed.
Fire: 1d6 ⇒ 6

Uwu steps forward, hurling her vial of alchemist's fire at the space past the blob!
Alch. Fire into melee, through cover: 1d20 + 5 - 4 - 4 ⇒ (5) + 5 - 4 - 4 = 2
...Well, maybe.
Boomer Forgehammer |
Boomer grabs a vial containing an orange, swirling liquid from his belt, pops the top and drinks it. Steam starts issuing from his mouth. "L...let me get a clear shot at it!"
move action to draw extract; standard to drink; Firebelly (2 min)
GM Watery Soup |
The tunnels to the south and north are unopened but there is space back there if people want space to move. (But maybe there are more gelatinous cubes muhahahahaha.)
Kiyoko Tamahi |
Shifting to a two-handed grip, and mindful that she really doesn't want to kick the gelatinous cube, Kiyoko slashes at the monster again. Her katana connects solidly, driving a long gash through the monster's body before spraying the cavern walls with its ooze. She then dives into one of the side tunnels.
Two-handed power attack: 1d20 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 4 - 1 = 23
Crit confirm: 1d20 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 - 1 = 9

GM Watery Soup |
Uwu's flask bounces off the gelatinous cube and lands
Misdirection: 1d8 ⇒ 1
in Kitoro's square.
Kitoro, Boomer, Bahram, and the Cube all take 1 splash fire damage.
Kitoro cuts the cube with Reitenseiya. Its damage is fatal, slicing the cube into two flaming halves. Technically, it is only "unconscious," but it's on fire so I'm ruling it dead.
An audible yelp from Janira and some glimmering sunlight suggests you're close to the surface.
GM Watery Soup |
You charge up the corridor, following the echoes of a whip cracking. The light of the surface world above provides a welcome reprieve from the blue and green fungus of the caverns below, and light illuminates a stream whose water is hastened by runoff from a recent storm further up the mountains. A ledge to the north rises up to the nearby forest canopy.
See Slide 6. The water is rough terrain and the squares with black dots have tree trunks - you'll need to move around them and you can use them for cover.
Nearly 100 feet from the cave’s entrance, Janira Gavix is locked in combat with her relentless minotaur foe in a clearing on the western bank of the stream.
Kiyoko Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Stavarg Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Bahram Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 1 = 15
Uwu Initiative: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23

Boomer Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Minotaur Initiative: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (19) + 0 = 19
Janira shouts, “You vile beast! I know not what drives your black heart, but I shall not fail in my duty. I shall see you driven from this forest, back to the hills from whence you came!”
She cracks her whip at the minotaur
Whip: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

but the minotaur laughs it off.

Uwu |
Uwu gasps at the sight, and is off like a light.
Her feet carry her quickly, as Janira looks sickly.
"Dis way, Janiwa!!!" Uwu's voice fills their ear-a's.
Of course, she runs with her upper body tilted forward, arms held out behind her.
GM Watery Soup |
The minotaur attacks Janira!
Broken Battleaxe: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 6) + 4 = 16
Broken Battleaxe: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (1, 6) + 4 = 11
She briefly takes her eyes off of the minotaur and he gets her on the backswing.
"Help!" Janira manages to scream before she falls.
The minotaur turns toward the running Pathfinders. It smiles and says something in Giant.

I'm guessing Boomer can still go as he did not earlier.
Boomer takes off towards the bridge. As he is running, he pulls his giant hammer from his back.
double move; is Firebelly still active for Boomer - 2 minute duration to start?
GM Watery Soup |
Oops, sorry - I saw Bahram's post and assumed it was yours. Looks like I'm crit failimg the name game this week! Yes, firebelly is still active.
William Grimm |
William runs toward the bridge. As he runs, a nearby rock starts floating up and flings itself at the minotaur.
Telekinetic Projectile: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15, 1d6 ⇒ 5
Don Tasque |
Don starts floating towards the minotaur, seemingly ignoring the bridge.
Stavarg Titanshade |
Stavarg runs forward with an increased sense of urgency as Janira falls. He lets out a blast of electricity as he runs.
