Woo levels! Lvl 2 for me goes rogue (dark lurker) 1.

Dark lurker replaces evasion and gives the ability to sneak attack creatures with cover. It also replaces a few rogue talents 1, 4, and 10 with blind fight feats but that's less important. I just don't want to have redundant abilities.

Reminder that we are using fractional bonuses for multiclassing.

Bab: +3/4
Fort save: +1/3
Reflex: +1/2
Will: +1/3

Picking up the Rogue skills and I get a d6 sneak attack.

Question, is anyone taking knowledge religion? Normally you'd expect a divine caster to pick that up, but we're working without one. It's not a class skill for me, but I have more skill ranks than most and a high int. I can pick it up if needed, though the lack of a class skill hurts.

He's slowly coming together now. First, he now has the feral mutagen to start the path of a real melee boy, and a couple extracts (Shield and Deathwatch). Nothing else yet, but next level things will keep ramping up.

So sorry I was kinda terse earlier, I didn't have time for a decent response on the firearms question and I didn't want to hold things up. Anyways I had assumed that being from the underlands and having martial weapon proficiency that Vraxiss would be proficient with firearms. Here's the post that said they were commonplace Common place guns, That said I understand if you want to rule that's not the case. Just wanted to let you know I wasn't just making stuff up. Anyways, Vraxiss does have a rank in knowledge engineering as well as 2 ranks in craft alchemy if that matters.

Thanks :) I figure at some point I might try to convince Saassraa to craft me a dragoon pistol and some ammo, but at level 1 it was just too expensive considering all the spells I wanted to buy. In the future though maybe.

While we haven't been paid just yet it's probably a good time to start discussing amongst ourselves what we want to spend our cash on.

57 at 200gp each nets us a tidy 11,400. Split 5 ways that would give us 2280 each.

That said I expect there's some party gear we probably want to purchase before we split the loot. A wand of cure light wounds comes to mind. Maybe some pack animals? Though if everyone without a mount purchases one maybe that's not necessary. Anything else anyone can think of?

CLW wand is a good idea. I wouldn't plan on spending all that because that is a lot of money for lvl 2. That's a good chunk of change if anyone is looking for an armor upgrade. Other than that, good question.

One minor thing, but we did get that first mushroom before the Big Haul so the total should be 2,320 per kobold.

We did want to grab an enormous beetle for a pack animal, could probably get a couple with this gold. Do we want to look into war-trained animals? Something more bulky than a kobold at these levels could be a huge help. And more replaceable than Wood Rot too.

Wand is smart. Harkness can hold onto it if no-one else wants to for theming and mechanical reasons. Cure Light Wounds isn't on the Warlocks spell list, right? They use the wizard list?

We need to hire some NPCs who can do labor stuff for the actual town building portion of things, your typical laborer charges in silvers per week too, so we could grab a few carpenters, masonry workers, etc...

I'm just talking in group purchasing ATM. Gonna have to spend some of this gold on an alchemy lab for my alchemist, pick up a tail blade for more melee attacks. Even with low damage for now, four attacks is great.

Edit: Tail attachment can wait til Tail Terror next level at least. May not have time to buy then tho.
