Huckle Jim winces as the force of his own baton blow rebounds back into his ribs, but he manages to grit his teeth and resist the jinsul hierarch furious spell Fail on the Share Pain effect, but saved on the more important Mind Thrust. He then strikes again at the hierarch, but once more his strike seems to be shifted back onto him. And the third save fails for another Share Pain this round.

Away, Quirk continues to out-trick his target, and this time his shot lands. In concert with Raatchet, the jinsul warrior is getting significantly bloodied. The hierarch, in contrast, seems barely touched, and a faint white glimmer shimmers around it as it appears further invigorated. It steps once more back from Jim and says in broken common. Weak meat-thing. Stay. Watch your friends see defeat. And as it speaks Huckle Jim’s limbs start to lock up…

Huckle Jim, need a DC 19 Will save or be held by Hold Person. If you succeed you’re free, but take 9 nonlethal mental damage from the strain of resisting the spell.

T'Kai: assuming you're targeting the Red warrior as the hierarch is out of range from you, unless I am missing something.

The jinsul yells out but seems less harmed than from the last mental assault. Still, it seems to be distracted by the constant mind probing and two slashes from its legblades deflect off of Quirk's armor.

With the combined one-two of Raatchet and Quirk's shots and it does take both hits unfortunately the jinsul fighter finally goes down. Meanwhile Huckle Jim continues to batter the hierarch directly. This time the baton strikes hard and the soldier resists the nagging sensation of backlash. The hierarch snaps, though the glimmer of a forcefield seems to absorb the force for now.

Fine. it hisses at Jim. Meat prefers personal force? Be beaten that way! And then it slashes at you with a flurry of its sharpened leg blades.

[Fitch] “This is Fitch and the Master of Stars, coming in to assist. Let’s punch a hole in that jinsul line, shall we? Wait, Kirkath don’t press that button!!!”

Blooming Catastrophe Return to Grave

As Navasi reinvigorates Huckle Jim whiel the soldier shifts into a defensive stance, the rest of you fire at the looming jinsul savaging your fellow Starfinder. Raatchet and T'Kai's shots connect (the latter punching right through the forcefield to draw blue blood) but Quirk finds it difficult to out-trick the religious commander. Shot missed and trick attack unsuccessful this round.

The hierarch itself curses at you in jinsul before turnging it's ire once more to the fleshy human still next to it. Jim's huddled form manaes to parry most of the strikes, but one gets through enough to cut him.

Jim braces himself for another strike, but instewad the hierarch moves away from the solider and advances towards the rest of you. Weak flesh things. I am better than all of you. Dhurus' might flows in me. It glares especially hard at Raatchet, the ysoki whose blasts are scorching it, and the ysoki's head starts to hurt...

Navasi tries to inspire Raatchet as best she can as the rat clutches his head, but the rest of you turn and unleash a full barrage onto the hierarch. It snarls and curses, but the cumulative engagement causes it to stumble. The hierarch finally falls and slams against the dais floor, smoldering.

As the hierarch falls, all of the screens on the command chamber’s
walls go black. Just as suddenly, they blink back to life,
displaying thousands of tiny blinking silver eyes that stare in
constantly shifting directions.

“You,” a gravelly voice that resembles a rough
engine sputtering echoes from the screens and throughout the room. In significantly better-accented common than the hierarch's speech. “I’ve watched you from afar. You’ve heard of me. I am Dhurus. I’ve seen the outcome of this pointless struggle through my endless eyes. You will go to great lengths only to be crushed under the weight of history. So futile. Every victory, every loss, it was predestined. Kadrical’s power shall
lead the jinsuls to a final victory, but he slumbers, forever and
ever. I, however, am very much awake. Kadrical’s power shall
rise through me. And I will not wait.”

Before you, the hierarch’s body starts twitching and thrashing.

Like many of his teammates, Raatchet moves closer to the terminal and initiates a remote hack, utilizing his exocortex to also join in on the hack if needed.

Wireless Hack:
Instead of combat tracking, your exocortex can access another computer system within 20 feet, allowing it to attempt a computers check against that computer each round, using your skill bonus. This counts as a standard action for the purpose of the computers skill. You must remain within 20 feet of the computer system for the entire time your exocortex is interacting with the computer. If the task requires multiple actions (or even rounds) to accomplish, you can spend your actions to work in concert with your exocortex, counting both your action and the exocortex's effective standard action toward the total time required. If you don't have the remote hack class feature, you must be adjacent to the computer to attempt your checks

We would have to be next to each other, so I would pick up my weapons sheath them and move to you, when I can do in 2 rounds and accept your sword. I moved over to you Thanks, this should slash well.
The sword will do 2d6+11 for me (str of 2 and weapon specialization is 9 to dmg) and I'd have a +12 to hit with it. +9 bab, +2 str and versatile focus

As the hierarch's corpse continues to spasm, Navasi and Jim ready themselves for a fight while the other three of you begin hacking away - proverbially - at the command bridge's consoles. It's a rush job, but given the circumstances turning as much as possible 'off' seems to be a quick yet useful mantra. As your hacks cascade through the carrier's programs, alarms begin blaring around you and you start hearing loud noises echoing through the halls. You also notice that while the jinsul vessel does not appear to have many escape pods or the like incorporated into it, you are able to override all doors giving you a quick and clear path back to your own shuttle.

Meanwhile the hierarch’s body starts twitching and thrashing. Its eyes give off a sinister glow, and with sickening pops and meaty cracks, the body rapidly grows and sprouts more limbs and eyes, transforming into what looks like a cross between a jinsul and an immense centipede. Suddenly, the whole command chamber trembles with strange energies emanating from the hierarch’s transformed body, and for a fleeting moment, all sounds blur into deafening white noise, and time seems to slow down. While everyone and everything else moves in slow motion, the body effortlessly oats o the ground, and looking like a puppet getting its strings tugged on, it reanimates and assumes a menacing fighting stance as time returns to its normal speed. Now the voice of Dhurus on the screens and the voice of the hierarch’s body speak as one: “Finally, we meet.”

Mysticism 20:
Somehow the divine herald Dhurus seems to have used its connection to the hierarch to manifest into his servant's body from across the galaxy. While the manifestation is not his full form or power, anything strong enough to even do this much is likely extremely dangerous.
