Tiger gets in position and Corona gets in range and her voice booms. The shard of Aslynn seems to be badly affected and blood is pouring from her ears.

One of the giant skunk uses the stairs to get toward Tiger and Corona while the other moves in, has difficulty but manages to move behind shelves just before attacking Sunshine. The creature manages to bite him but the wound is not deep.

Rain is still quite afraid and does not act at all, he stays away.

Biglock is nowhere to be found, it probably took the form of some furniture hoping Aslynn does not find it. You remember it was also hiding the last time the shard was active.
Mr. Glovely can’t be seen either.

Elsha’s first bomb hit the creature in the back, it hisses in pain. The second bomb misses but it is close enough and the creature is even more in pain. With the last bomb the creature will not be a thread to anyone anymore.

I forgot to move Tiger 10 feet north as the creature was not down. That might make Corona change her turn to avoid being too close to the creature. Due to what the creature does I do not think redoing the turn is necessary.

The remaining giant skunk sends some musk toward Corona, Tiger, and Rangi, it then moves closer to them.

Corona, Tiger, and Rangi both needs to do a fortitude save, DC 16.

Corona retches, attempting to make herself sick to counteract the overwhelming nausea that grips her...

Between Tiger’s first strike, Anshluss first strike and Elsa’s first bomb, the combined attack is enough to defeat the shard. Like the other creatures, it vanishes as if a nightmare.

The Vault’s door almost immediately opens, as Zarta Dralneen
rushes into the vault along with Society leaders Ambrus Valsin, Eando Kline, Eliza Petulengro, Fola Barun, and Calisro Benarry. They look fierce some as they are ready to fight, and put their weapon down as they see you have handled the matter. They immediately starts checking on each of you to make some no one is in near death condition. Hearing of the various conditions, they give order to bring something to help. They asks reports of the situation, so you have the time to talk and heal and be healed. Rain seems getting better already. Biglocks is also visible in his treasure chest form and Mr. Glovely too.

You all have an opportunity to provide your reports before a final wrap up.

At first Rangi tunrs quickly and points his sword at the newcommers. "Is it another trick?" but then he realize that those are real Fola, Calisro, Eando, Ambrus and Zarta.

"I think the hag had interfered, and tried to get back some of her artifacts. At the same time we met speaking skull, mimic and invisible hands." he points at the ones that they found.

The society leaders listen to Rangi before spending time getting reports from everyone, including Rain and Biglock.

They meet back in the vault a few hours later. In the mean time, you all got healed and got rid of any averse condition.

Zarta turns the chalice over multiple times, trying to see if she can get any of the magic liquid to appear. When everyone has finally gathered for the debrief, she says, “Well, I’m still not sure what this is, but all your reports are consistent. It’s obviously a central piece of Aslynn’s plan. In a way, it’s a good thing that shard of her mind infiltrated our vaults, as it’s allowed us to understand a few things we might have otherwise missed! I wish we could’ve learned about this without putting your lives in danger, and for that, I apologize. I hope you’re ready for more adventures. We’ve just scratched the surface of the vault’s contents, and we need to act fast to learn more about some of these items. One thing is certain: we can’t leave everything here and wait around for Aslynn to strike again.

The faction leaders quickly fall into a heated discussion over the best approach to the items—it’s clear that they don’t see eye to eye, but they all agree that they’ll need to work together for the sake of the Society’s future!
While the Society’s leaders argue, Biglock gives a smug grin to the PCs. “Nice work. Hey—Zarta is pretty great. She says Mr. Glovely and I don’t have to stick around this dusty vault! Don’t worry, though. We’ll be in touch. I’ve got a few schemes in mind. When I’m done making arrangements, Mr. Glovely will come calling!

Your adventure begins off the shores of Wavebreak Haven. You have been on board the vessel of Captain Thernalore Vamys called the Flawless Diamond. The captain has just called you to assemble on deck to meet with Venture-Captain Rashmivati Melipdra.

"I said keep it steady!" Captain Thernalore Vamys barks at the undine workers on the shore as the Flawless Diamond begins to drift. Wavebreak Haven is small, with only a few dozen buildings visible further inland. The dockworkers panic as the ship’s hull collides with the pier, battered bushels of palm fronds failing to completely cushion the impact. "Now look," Thernalore leans over the rail and inhales deeply, ready to chastise the inexperienced crew, before she sees a familiar face approaching the ship.

"The Society will reimburse you for any damages, captain." The authority of Venture-Captain Rashmivati Melipdra puts an end to the turmoil. The middle-aged Vudrani woman carries herself with the upright posture of a martial artist as she moves to meet the ship, though she does have trouble finding purchase with her cane as she crosses the sand. Meleeka Sanvara, a muscular monk in tan robes , runs ahead of the venture-captain with a gangplank.

"Greetings, Pathfinders. As you can see, we are in dire need of experienced volunteers. But I’m getting ahead of myself." Meleeka helps the venture-captain onto the deck of the ship before stepping aside to allow several dockhands room to begin unloading cargo. "The Society has enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship with the Monastery of Unbreaking Waves since—"

A scream from the shore interrupts the briefing. A porter claws at the blood-soaked sand as he is dragged into the sea with a trident in his chest. A battle cry drowns out the victim’s screams as several scaly raiders emerge from the bloody brine, charging with teeth and spears. The shore erupts into chaos, and the Venture-Captain calls out over the din of battle to establish order.

"Pathfinders," Melipdra turns and gestures toward the carnage. "Protect the porters! Meleeka and I will lead the monks in defense of the ship and stop the sea devils from reaching the settlement! Hurry!"

Smell of the Pines is a leshy mostly made up of a big potato, the rest is intertwined roots and its hair is like a coniferous, with several small pine cones in his hair. It presented itself to the other, gladly talking and listening.

During the journey, on a couple occasion, it grabbed a cone on its head, throw it on the floor and concentrates on it. As green energy flares between them, a human sized pine tree creature quickly grows up, some of its needles looking very thin and long. The creature has the red tint of the Finadar pines. The plant creature presented herself by saying “I am Resinosa.” She did not pronounce any other word.

The leshy is busy squishing some algae and mixing it with some powder and a bit of water before putting it in same vial. It finishes the last batch as the captain calls up to meet with the Venture-Captain.

They both listen and watch the venture captain. They’re both surprised when the creatures attacks and freeze for the moment.
