As a reminder for those new to PFS2, downtime can be spent in several ways. The most common is to attempt to earn income which can be done with Crafting, Performance, or any Lore.

Other options including actually crafting items, and retraining.

As we all are playing level 1 characters, retraining is free and can be done at any time (before playing at 2nd level or above) so it makes no sense to use your downtime for it in this instance.

Crafting an object requires the formula and at least half the price of the item in base materials. You spend four days (2 now and 2 next time) for the minimal crafting aspect, then can choose to spend more time crafting to reduce the price or pay the remaining price to have the item.

Most people have been sticking to Earn Income as their downtime activity.

Also, if any are field commissioned you gain 50% downtime, so you would have 3 days after a quest, 12 days (instead of 8) after a scenario.

I have enjoyed playing this quest with all of you. Thank you for helping me start to develop Barb as a character.

Vigilant Seal

N (female) Half-Orc Barbarian 1| HP 15/23 +4 temp while raging| AC 18 17 while raging| F +8 R +4 W +6 | Perc(E) +6 darkvision, low-light vision | Stealth(U) +1 | speed 25| Hero Points: 1 |Active Conditions: none

Barb will try her hand at crafting to earn some extra spending money.

Crafting to earn income: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

Fail but not critically fail - earn 2cp.

Underworld Lore to earn income: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Critical success for 2 silver x 2 days = 4 silver total.

Thank you for running, GM! I know I threw you a curveball with the trip, and this being an area which the rules do not cover as explicitly as one might like, you handled it very reasonably. (I've run into the same situation in my own games and do prefer to rule in favor of the players in cases of ambiguity.) I also enjoyed your well-written and timely update posts. I'd play with you again!

Performance: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

Kazikli makes 2 copper pieces trying to play his flute - probably with Elemental Toss, considering the results.

I'd certainly be up for playing the follow-up quests with you!

Just to be clear, I'd be happy to continue through the quests with this team.

Question on reporting the session. I created an event, GM Steinkrug's PbP. It's my understanding I can just leave that event open and report all my PbP games under it.

I then created a session for this game. I filled out everyone's PFS # and it populated your names.

1. "Prestige" = 1st edition, correct? I leave this blank I assume?

2. I can still edit the session. Do I have to do something to finalize it so that everyone gets credit? It says "Reporting Not Completed" on the sidebar.

3. Should "tables of credit" for Pathfinder Society update?

Thanks for any help!!

Prestige is indeed a 1E term, but you'd put the 2E rep earned here.

I see your session showing up under the org play sessions for my char, but with blank rep.

As implied by the above statement, you don't need to do anything special to make the session show up for the players.

GM credit display functionality on the site is fairly broken right now so you will not see the right tables of credit or achievement points. You should however see the GM credit for the table appear in the sessions of your assigned org play character.

Yeah, between the three systems (including SFS) the whole prestige, reputation, and fame applications can be mighty confusing and the online reporting is not up to date for PFS2.

Otherwise, like logsig said, just report it and keep an eye on your tracking. You can definitely continue to use the same event to report all you PbP.

Do keep in mind that if you GM PFS1 or SFS and recruit publicly, you have the option of reporting it through the OSP (online support program) to receive regional support for you and your players. PFS2 uses the ACP (achievement points) instead of regional support. Hopefully, we will shortly see what that means once the tech is figured out for the system.

Awesome, thanks to you both. I had a feeling the Prestige field would still be used. I updated it, so you should see your 1 fame and rep. now.

If I did everything correctly, Barb, Lande, Lusinel and Kazikli should be able to access their Chronicles here.

Rolling downtime for my GM credit character:
Lore (Forest): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

So, that's Myra and Koruk needing to declare/roll downtime.

And for the next Quest:
I've got Kazikli, Barb and Koruk stating they'd like to continue. Lusinel, I know you said you'd play with me again (thanks!) but I don't want to assume you meant right away. :)

I'm assuming, since it hasn't been stated otherwise, that those wanting to continue haven't played either Quest #2 or #3.

Yep, I can and would be happy to continue with Q2 and Q3. And after that, hopefully, Q4 (which comes out in a couple weeks).

Envoy's Alliance

Female Female Dwarven (Fortune Teller) Bard 1 (Enigma Muse) HP 20/20 AC 15 Fort +5 Ref +3 Will +6 Per +6 Bard 1

Myra has some performance gigs she attends to.

performance: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18

Envoy's Alliance

Male Dwarf (Death Warden) Ranger 1 HP 22/22 | AC 18 | F +7 R +9 W +6 | Perc(E) +8, Darkvision | Stealth(T) +7 | Spd 20 | Hero Points: 1 | Active Conditions: none

Koruk gathers herbs for the market

Nature: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11

Ah true, that would work out nice since Q1-Q4 would give equal XP to a scenario.

Myra and Koruk's Chronicle sheets have been added to the folder.

I'm assuming this thread goes inactive and moves to previous campaigns automatically after a given amount of inactivity?

Edit: Actually, I just found that there's a check box "This Campaign is no longer active."

Vigilant Seal

LN (Male) Human (Skilled) Cleric of Abadar level 1| HP 17/17 | AC 18/19(shield) | F +6 R +6 W +9 | Perc(T) +7 | Stealth(U) +3 | speed 25| spell DC 17| focus 1/1| spells 1st 2/2 | Hero Points: 1 |Active Conditions: none

I would enjoy going through the rest of the Quests.

Vigilant Seal

N (female) Half-Orc Barbarian 1| HP 15/23 +4 temp while raging| AC 18 17 while raging| F +8 R +4 W +6 | Perc(E) +6 darkvision, low-light vision | Stealth(U) +1 | speed 25| Hero Points: 1 |Active Conditions: none

Yep, once you have completely finished with this game and everyone has collected their chronicle sheets you use the checkbox.

Perhaps you could start your discussion page for the next quest and provide the link before you close this one. That way we could all go sign in first.

Funny you should suggest that...

Folks can head over here for Unforgiving Fire.

Myra, I haven't heard it you're joining us. You're welcome, but if not, no problem. If not, I'll open recruitment for a little bit.
